This place was very cute and charming. Megan communicated very proactively and was very kind. I slept in the bedroom with the TV and the bed was extremely comfortable. There are restaurants and a bar within walking distance (the bar was LGBTQ+ friendly, too, which was a plus for me). It was easy to get inside and comfortable to spend time in. The one note I will make is when you first walk in the pet smell is a bit overpowering, but the place is clearly very clean. I did get used to it very quickly and stopped noticing, but something to consider if you're sensitive to smells. I didn't get to bring my pup here, but it would be a perfect spot for traveling with a cat or dog!

This was one of the BEST houses we have ever rented! Great location, very spacious house, very well put together and literally had everything we needed! Loved the covered section out back and was nice to sit out there! The whole experience is exactly what we needed and very comfortable!

This was the perfect place for us to use has home base while doing a series of day trips. Restaurants and grocery stores were just minutes away. Loved how quiet the neighborhood was, and especially enjoyed waking over to a nearby park with a great playground and open spaces for frisbee and running around. Beds were so comfortable, and there was a variety of pillows to choose from.

He was a great host and attended to all my questions and help. My family and I enjoyed it so much! Perfect location! Beautiful home! And the pool is the perfect touch!

Ein sehr schöner Ort, um einige Tage in Orlando zu verbringen. Ich war mit meiner Familie dort und es war perfekt. Es gibt einen großen Garten mit Grill, wo Kinder sicher spielen können. Im Haus gibt es sogar Spielzeug und einen Kindersitz. Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Es gibt 2 Fahrräder mit denen man bequem die Gegend erkunden kann oder schnell zu Walmart (5 Minuten) zum einkaufen fahren kann. Miguel ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Place was a peaceful stay, area was quiet which i loved ! Place was clean loved my stay here and would highly recommend to anyone :)

The house was comfortable , inviting and very nice. Spacious layout within minutes of the UCF campus. Our family had a wonderful time, even with a few hiccups with the pool. But rest assured Jeremy made those few issues right. Will stay again and hopefully soon!

We had a great stay! Host was super quick to reply and even offered to take our Instacart order in for us as it was going to arrive before our flight - and quick to drop off some laundry detergent when requested. Loved the pool - great for the two of us to enjoy the warm weather and cool down. Very private and quiet, had no issues during stay. Washer and dryer were an asset to clean our towels - the air fryer was great as well! Thank you so much!

Nicholas was a super responsive communicative and friendly host. He was able to accommodate an early arrival with no problem and met us upon arrival to review the workings of the house. He lives next door and was able to respond immediately to any questions. The interior of the house is beautiful and looks to have been very recently completely remodeled and renovated and furnished. The pool was a great amenity and very refreshing after a day in the heat and humidity. Appliances and televisions were new and furnishings stylish and up to date. We hope to stay at his home again next year. Nicholas is a super friendly guy and was a pleasure to encounter.

Amanda and Dan's place was perfect for us. We have a large (70 lb) dog, so their "any size dog" policy was key. There's a fenced area on the property to let her out, and the place included a nice bathroom (with towels and essential toiletries), kitchen, two bedrooms, and a cute living room. The neighborhood is nice, and it's a short walk to an Einstein's bagels. Amanda and Dan were also understanding and kind after a problem we caused. Highly recommend booking with them!

Victors place was really great! Our beds were super comfortable and we would stay here again because the area is quiet and safe! We really liked the stay because of the proximity to Epic universe and the universal parks! The parking is first come first serve, so if you plan on getting to the place late(like we did) you’ll probably have a parking space further out vs right in front. The area itself doesn’t have many food places around besides Zaxbys and Checkers HOWEVER, it is within a very close driving distance to many places ~15 minutes or less.

So much better than staying in a hotel. The location is a quiet residential neighborhood. You have your own small side yard for a morning yoga stretch or a quick potty break for your dog. The apartment has a separate space for the bedroom, bath and kitchen/living/study area. Everything was very clean and new. Plenty of hot water, towels and coffee for three days. Will stay here again.

Our family of 5 felt right at home at the Cozy Knight Haven. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was clean and stocked with essentials, and there were board games for the kiddos if they don’t feel like watching t.v. The duplex is tucked away on a peaceful side street just minutes away from UCF.

Just stayed at Vincent’s place for a Universal Studios trip and it was amazing. I brought my dog, which was such a plus, and the location was perfect, really close to the parks. The place felt so homey, super clean, and honestly even better than the pictures. Vincent was an awesome host, very responsive and helpful anytime I had a question. We stayed over Easter and he even left us an Easter basket, which was such a thoughtful touch. I’d 100% recommend staying here to anyone visiting Orlando. This will definitely be my go-to spot whenever I’m back. Thank you so much, Vincent!!!!

This has been the best Airbnb we have stayed at. Easy to find. Jason was outside and we chatted for sometime before entering the Airbnb. The house was clean and so fresh smelling. Everything you need, for your stay, is there! The bathroom is large as well as the bedroom. The bed was so comfortable, we had no issues with sleep. It is a shared property with Jason’s family, yet they always respected our space. They have two adorable, well mannered boys. Jason is very responsive and always reached out to make sure our stay was perfect! The only downside was we had to leave! We look forward to our next visit.

Lovely place. Small cottage behind the main house, you have to walk behind the house to get to it. Large backyard (not completely fenced in). Perfect for my dog and I! 🐶
