We loved staying here! It was perfect for our group. Very well equipped, spacious, and comfortable. It was also in a great location for getting around town. It was about 20 min from the Renaissance Faire and 10 from very good restaurants and grocery stores. A great backyard and communal space too.

This gem in Belmont Shores was great for a quick getaway. Walkable to the beach and second street which has some of the best restaurants in LB! The backyard space was so lovely and home was extremely clean. We used the backyard space everyday and probably spent more time outside than inside. The kitchen was fully stocked and having a washer dryer was great. All you need to purchase is food at this place.

We had a great stay! Three good-sized bedrooms and one bathroom on the top floor, a second bathroom on the main floor with a TON of living space - living room, family room, dining room, and an excellent kitchen. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the beautiful backyard garden. Tara was very responsive and even let us pick some ripe loquats from the trees in the yard. A very pleasant stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

Craig was very responsive and helpful. The place was exactly as pictured and for being in a very LA type location it was still relatively quiet throughout the day and night. We were a group of girls traveling and we really appreciated the makeup towels provided in the bathroom. Lots of cleaning supplies and was exactly as pictured.

Stephanie place was perfect. As a retired woman who was born & raised in HB; you couldn’t get a better location for the experience of what Surf City is. To walk across the street & stroll the boardwalk, the beach or an evening stroll on the pier was just what we hoped for in our stay. Stephanie had wagons & plenty of beach chairs & beach towels for everyone. So easy to pull our items across to the beach. The house was super comfortable and stocked. Comfortable beds & fluffy towels. Although we were in town for a sad occasion, Stephanie was very accommodating. We actually went to come back for a holiday visit. A+ host & beach house.

Paul wants his guests to have a to experience staying at this property. I have rented many properties through Airbnb, but none of the owners have come close to being as lovely to work with as Paul! Added bonus The back yard is truly an oasis!

This is a wonderful place to stay when visiting the colleges. Extremely well equipped, clean and pleasant. Great space for a group with a nice yard. Recommend and will stay again!

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

Stayed here multiple times—great option

Georgetta is an incredibly kind, responsive and helpful host. We were displaced by the Eaton fire, and so our needs were different than the routine Airbnb guest. For a single person or couple, or for a family on vacation, the apartment was perfect. Since we needed to cook our own meals while there, for a family of three, the apartment was not as fully stocked as we needed, but again, our needs were unique. Every time we reached out to Georgetta her response came within an hour and the problem was handled quickly and cheerfully. I encourage those looking for a place to stay in the LA area to consider this property.

Such a perfect space for my pup and I to relax and restore. I got a chance to bring my dog to the beach and it was walking distance, beautiful and probably one of the safest places I have ever been to. Appreciate that there is a legit refrigerator in there, not just something compact. Would love to come back and see some of the other spaces they offer in the future so I can bring some of my friends along too! Very responsive, even when my questions may have been silly. Appreciate the patience with that.
