Ontzettend mooi appartement met een prachtige tuin en zwembad ! Alles brandschoon! Ik zou het enorm aanraden voor iedereen die naar Zadar wil komen. Ivan is super vriendelijk, staat altijd voor je klaar en heeft ons ontzettend leuke tips gegeven voor restaurants enz.

Savršen smještaj sa svime što vam može trebati na odmoru, sa osiguranim parking mjestom u garaži i liftom za doći do stana. Lara je super domaćin, uvijek spremna pomoći i brzo odgovara na sve upite. Svakako bih preporučio za boravak u Zadru!! Hvala Lara!

Nicolas was really helpful, place had a dryer, washer and an oven. The dishwasher was the cherry on top, it was convenient and made for a great stay in Zadar. Thank you!

Bien situé, beau balcon belle vue et près du Old Town et des restaurants. Nous avions pas besoin de prendre la voiture tout le temps. Tranquille

My daughter had a great few days at Durdica’s apartment she felt safe, even arriving late from the airport and enjoyed the proximity to the sea for a morning dip. The apartment is a prefect size to be independent and cook meals at home but close to shops and restaurants. It was great for a few days meeting up with friends.

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Lovre und seiner Frau, seiner Familie, war für mich einfach wunderbar. Der Ausblick auf Zadar, das Meer und Kali, manchmal verbunden mit einfach unbeschreiblichen Sonnenuntergängen (Alfred Hitchcock hat sich wohl mal zu den Sonnenuntergängen von Zadar geäußert) war - ist einfach unbezahlbar. Lovre und seine Familie sind einfach herzlich und sowas von gastfreundlich… …ich bin ganz erfüllt von meinem Aufenthalt dort und sage einfach: Danke für all das - soviel! …und sende von dieser Stelle nochmal einen lieben Gruß! Our 10-day stay at Elza's place was fantastic! The apartment is in a perfect spot—close to beautiful beaches and great restaurants, yet in a quiet and private area where we could really relax. Elza is an incredible host—warm, welcoming, and always ready with great recommendations. Thanks to her insider tips, we discovered hidden gems and avoided the usual tourist crowds. Thank you so much, Elza, for everything! We absolutely loved our time here!

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Fiore. Katarina and Predrag could not have been more hospitable, friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious, modern, immaculately clean, the en-suites from every bedroom made life much easier for us and the kitchen was very well equipped. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the sunsets stunning. In terms of location, the villa was ideal for us - we hired a car and Zadar city centre was easily accessible in 20 minutes. We reached Plitvice Lakes within 2 hours and visited beaches nearby too. There was a well-stocked Tommy supermarket and bakery within 5km and there was a fantastic mall within 15 minutes drive (called Supernova), which was great for souvenirs etc. I must mention the BQQ - Predrag is an expert and his offer is not to be missed! Liebe Danijela, es war unser schönster Ausflug bisher. Das Haus ist einfach wow!und wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, bekamen alles erklärt und es gab sogar Obst, Süßigkeiten, Bier, Grillkohle. Besser geht es nicht. Der beheizte Pool war v.a für die Kids mega. Liebe Grüße.

Dali was wonderful and gave us a warm welcome. She was there to clean the pool and answer any questions we had about the area. Very friendly and kind. The house was comfortable and well equity with everything we wanted and more! We had a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach!

Mateo was very responsive and provided us with clear instructions. The home was absolutely beautiful and matches the photo/description!! The backyard was stunning and there was a great place to hang out as a family. The property is very clean and very well cared for. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Wir haben im August unseren Urlaub mit 8 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern bei Tomislav in Posedarje verbracht. Tomislav war ein toller Gastgeber. Er war vor, während und auch nach der Reise immer erreichbar und hat schnell geantwortet. Die Unterkunft war für uns und unsere Kinder ein Traum. Die Außenküche im Poolbereich war unser täglicher Anlaufpunkt. Hier wurde wunderschöne Abende verbracht und hier kam jeder auf seine Kosten und konnte den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen. Auch die beiden Wohnungen sind sehr geschmackvoll, gepflegt und haben es uns leicht gemacht sich wohlzufühlen. Wir können die Unterkunft und Tomislav als Gastgeber nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit und wir waren traurig als der Urlaub zu Ende ging. In der Umgebung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte und Restaurants die zu Fuß erreichbar sind und auch der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach Zadar ca. 30 Minuten. Ich kann diese Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Zeit :)

This is one of the best air b and bs we have ever stayed in. The hosts were definitely the most friendly and welcoming we have ever met. Such lovely people. Villa very luxurious, and decor and amenities very well thought out. Very clean. As described exactly. Can’t thank Antonija and Marco enough.

A great apartment for 5 guests. We were given a welcome by the host's daughter who showed us everything we needed. Everything was clean, tidy and spacious. The outside seating and dining areas were perfect and the shared pool was the highlight (we were all sad to leave it behind!). If you have a car, as we did, the location is fine (7 or 8 minutes drive from the old town car parks) but it would have been a long walk without a car. Highly recommended!

Ottima esperienza, l’appartamento corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, tutto è curato e pulito. A pochi passi dal mare (spiaggia in cemento) e da una spiaggia di sabbia. Il paese con alimentari e ristoranti si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 15 minuti. Gentilissima e disponibile la famiglia host. Consigliato al 100%!

The accommodation is great and looks exactly like the photos, the check-in was flexible which was very convenient for us. Communication was super nice and quick and Šime gave us some tips for our stay!

The host made us feel very welcome when checking in. The apartment is located in a peaceful neighborhood, only a 10 minute walk from the centre. It’s furnished beautifully and was completely spotless. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation or is looking to explore the town of Zadar.

Sehr schönes, modernes Apartment. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Es ist alles vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Tolle Lage, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer. Das Apartment liegt in einer Apartment Anlage. Wir hatten Glück und waren die meiste Zeit alleine in der Bucht. Vielleicht hatten wir nur Pech, doch oberhalb der Bucht verläuft eine Straße auf der während unseres Aufenthalts tagsüber sehr viele Motorrad Fahrer unterwegs waren. Abends und in den frühen Morgen Stunden war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Zeit bei Christian sehr genossen.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons su que nous avions fait le bon choix ! L'appartement de Gordana est parfait. On s'y sent instantanément comme à la maison. Il est propre, spacieux, décoré avec goût, moderne et chaleureux. Chaque détail est pensé pour notre confort. Ce qui nous a impressionnés, c'est l'attention portée aux petites choses : du shampoing à l'huile d'olive, tout est fourni généreusement. Nous avions également à disposition deux serviettes de bain chacun. L'emplacement est imbattable, à quelques pas du pont menant à la vieille ville de Zadar. Nous avons tout exploré à pied facilement. Le stationnement dans la rue était relativement facile surtout après 17h (en avril, cela pourrait être différent en haute saison). Le quartier regorge de commodités : commerces et restaurants à proximité. Gordana, notre hôte, a été extrêmement réactive et disponible. Si vous cherchez un pied-à-terre idéal pour explorer Zadar, ne cherchez plus.

What a great apartment! Rodavan has been very helpful and advised us on some places to visit and eat. The apartment itself was beautiful and very clean! It’s only 7min drive to the airport and 10minutes away from Zadar old town so ideal for us. Lidl is only 5minute drive and we tried couple local restaurants that are within 15minute walk. We highly recommend and we hope to come back one day!

Sanel si è subito dimostrato molto gentile e affidabile , tempo di risposta molto breve . Eravamo un gruppo di ragazzi , ci siamo trovati benissimo . Vicino al centro , pieno di cose da fare . Ringraziamo veramente Sanel per averci fatto scoprire questo posto fantastico . Grazie .
