We had a wonderful stay in Pićan in a very pleasant, atypical accommodation. The small, bright and clean house has been tastefully renovated. The village of Pićan is peaceful and very pretty, perfect for those looking for a serene and charming stay. We particularly appreciated the warm welcome and flexibility of our host, Igor. We were touched by his kindness. As our flight was cancelled, we arrived very late in Pićan, but Igor kindly welcomed us despite the late hour. When we arrived, a welcome gift was waiting for us. Everything was done to ensure that our stay went perfectly and it did. We highly recommend this accommodation! Thank you again, Igor. We wish you all the best.

L’ alloggio è perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione , spazioso, funzionale e completo di tutto. La piscina è davvero splendida e l’host è sempre disponibile e molto molto cordiale.

The house is called “Olimfos”, which can be no coincidence. The view from the house is simply a sight for gods. The mountain vista is magnificent and dreamlike - especially in the early morning. You are in a serene setting where the only distractions are the wine yards and olive groves inviting you for a stroll on the nearby paths. A beautiful garden and an very charming swimming pool to cool you down on those warm summer days. Alas! One week was not enough.

Ez volt a legszebb, legkülönlegesebb, legkènyelmesebb ès legpinentetőbb magàn szàllàs, ahol eddig voltunk. Ezen a helyen minden megvan, amire csak egy 8 fős csalàdnak szüksège van. Csodàs ès hangulatos közös terek, tökèletesen felszerelt konyha ès helyisègek, kènyelem ès magánszfèra, nyugalom, szabadsàg, egy hatalmas kert ès medence a gyerekeknek, jàtszósarok ès jàtèkok. A kèpek ès a leíràs vissza sem adja, mennyire szuper ez a hely! Ha van rà pènzed, csak ajànlani tudom, biztosan nem fogsz csalódni!

The most important question first: Would we come back and/or would I recommend this stay to my best friend? Both yes! Villa d‘Arsa was among my favorite AirBnB stays ever! Barbara and her father were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the calm and scenic surroundings as much as exploring beautiful Istria. Inside was spacious and clean and one or another table tennis match was played. As someone else put this: The pictures acurrately portray the experience, although I‘d argue that reality is even better! 5/5 stay for sure!

Appartement très propre et calme avec un beau paysage reposant. Photos conformes à la réalité .Très bon accueil de la part d'Edvard avec de très bonnes attentions. Pot de bienvenue avec des produits locaux et boissons fraîches. Localisation idéale pour visiter l'Istrie . Adresses de plage et de resto données par Edvard qui nous ont satisfaites. Bonne réactivité par mail. Très bon séjour à Sutivanac. Encore merci.

Der Kontakt vorm Check-in war immer freundlich und hilfreich. Der Empfang vor Ort und der Rundgang durchs Haus war sehr herzlich. Alle Zimmer waren sauber und entsprachen den Bildern in der Beschreibung. Der Garten war riesig und genau richtig ausgestattet für Kinder. Der Pool und die Terrasse waren sauber und sehr einladend. Für die Kinder gab es auch im Haus Spielsachen. Für den innen- und Außenkamin war Holz und Anzünder vorhanden. Die Umgebung war ruhig und mitten in der Natur gelegen. Das Gelände war komplett eingezäunt und der Garten war hübsch angelegt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war super, alles war vorhanden. Alle Zimmer waren modern dekoriert und gemütlich eingerichtet. Abends waren Pool und Garten schick beleuchtet. Bei Fragen oder Ähnlichem war die Vermieterin immer erreichbar und konnte helfen und Tipps geben für Z. Bsp. Unternehmungen. Wir würden das Haus immer wieder buchen und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
