Отдыхали компанией 8 человек( три семьи +собака). Парковочные места есть,до ближайшего , очень мелкого и песчаного пляжа , 400 метров. Мы ездили на галечный пляж и более глубокое море 4 км. В пешей доступности магазины,пекарня, набережная, старый город Омиш. Аппартаменты находятся на втором этаже, приветливая и заботливая хозяйка встретит вас и проведет. В жилье есть всё необходимое. На кухне обитают маленькие муравьи, хозяйка очень извинялась и говорила что борьба с ними успеха не приносит. мы их не видели, если все хорошо убирать, вытирать стол и продукты все прятать в холодильник. Хорошего отдыха!

Dugi Rat is a beautiful place with amazing beaches in the centre of town with small pebbles and great access to the sea. It is a smaller town that is bordered by a main road - which is the only downside. The road is very frequented and there is a lot of noise, even at night when nobody is keeping the speed limit. However, if you closed all the windows, the noise was bearable and you could sleep. Nevertheless, sitting on the beautiful terrace of the apartment overlooking the sea in the evening had its moments when you couldn't hear what the person next to you was saying. Apartment very spacious, clean and modernly equipped. Location in a great location, beach almost in front of the house. The "best beach" with small pebbles within walking distance of about 10 minutes. Communication with the owner and his family was great, the landlady gave us a bowl of local fruit on arrival and the host gave us a bottle of homemade sherry on departure. We will drink to their health! The apartment provided not only space to sleep but also facilities for a family with children. Lots of space in all rooms, good Wi-Fi, private parking. I can only recommend and we thank the owner for the wonderful time we had in his property.

Great affordable stay in Omis. The apartment was extremely clean and bed was comfortable. The view off the patio was awesome and we made use of it both nights to cook a simple dinner and look out at the sea. The kitchen is stocked with basics…salt, pepper, and quality pots and pans. Bicycles were offered but we didn’t mind the walk into town with sidewalks the whole way.

Všetko bolo perfektné. V apartmáne nič nechýbalo. Dokonca aj žehlička, kávovar a práčka s umývačkou úplný bonus. Piesková pláž hneď pod apartmánom, ktorá bola pre deti dokonalá. Lokalita s krásnou promenádou plnou barov a reštaurácii. Vôbec tam ale nebolo rušno a nebola preplnená. Pre nás dokonalá lokalita pre rodiny s deťmi, ale aj bez. Určite sa vrátime.

Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich zuvorkommend. In der Unterkunft war eine Grundausstattung von allem was man braucht inklusive. Das Haus war sehr sauber und in einem Top Zustand. Besser geht es nicht!!!! Jederzeit wieder

Jag bodde i Markos Villa med mina kompisar i en vecka och alla var riktigt nöjda. Våra redan höga förväntningar överträffades när vi kom dit. Väldigt fräscht inomhus och utomhus. Marko tog emot oss väl och såg till att vi skulle trivas. Något som inte nämns i beskrivningen är högtalarna både inomhus och vid poolen som användes frekvent. Fanns både riktigt bra yta för att äta middag ute samt soffgrupp vid poolen för mer häng-tid. Det enda negativa jag har är att vägen dit inte var den lättaste. Överlag, välskött hus med bra service. Supernöjd och kan verkligen rekommendera det.
