The unit is a nice little penthouse in a multistorey building. The penthouse is located close to the CBD and other Auckland attractions like Auckland Harbour, City Tower and Mt Eden. The views from the balcony are great. The place is has all the modern amenities and was neat and clean. The building has good security features. The dedicated parking space is a great help. We loved the place and would highly recommend it. Thanks Nathan.

Spacious, Spotless, and Thoughtfully Designed Stay ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We absolutely enjoyed our time at this well-thought-out apartment, located on the ground floor of the main house. The space was squeaky clean—inside and out—and beautifully maintained, which made us feel instantly at home. We were greeted with thoughtful touches like treats, coffee, and tea, and truly appreciated the early check-in offered due to our early arrival. The apartment itself is spacious, light, and airy, perfect for relaxing after a day out. There’s a lovely backyard with a table to sit and unwind, although we didn’t get a chance to use it during our stay. While there's no parking on the property, we easily found street parking right outside the gate. There are also a few restaurants within walking distance, which was a bonus. Overall, a wonderful and welcoming stay—would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient base!

Naomi’s place was pristine. She had everything and everything seemed brand new. It’s located in a newly re-developed downtown area of Auckland that has lots to do within a short distance. It’s very close to the waterfront. We’d recommend it highly. Thank you so much, Naomi!

Other than a little trouble finding and getting into the parking garage, we had a fantastic stay. The location cannot be beat. Easy to explore and enjoy Auckland. Very walkable. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

My two sisters and I had a great stay. The unit is light, sunny and had everything we needed. Very good walking distance to the Viaduct area and downtown Auckland. It was lovely sitting on the wee balcony in the morning and evening, with the Harbour bridge lit up in the distance. Pam left good information, and responded immediately with helpful advice to the only question we had. This was an excellent spot to base ourselves for a weekend in the city, we would come again.

Je recommande ce logement à 1000%.

Thank you for providing our family with such beautiful accommodation that made our holiday truly memorable :) Astrid went above and beyond, providing essential supplies, a delicious cake on our arrival and regularly checked-in during our stay. The kids loved the extra special touches such as the Easter decorations, making the stay that extra bit special when away from home. We will definitely be returning when we plan our next trip back to New Zealand.

Great stay at Winnie’s place in remuera - plenty of space for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). Nice and quiet area but handy to Auckland activities. Winnie was a proactive and responsive host. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Exactly as described, with lots to do in the area. We have a toddler and our hosts provided toys and books for them, which we were really grateful for! Super handy having laundry facilities too. Thanks again.

Such a great stay! Beautiful home and very private and peaceful. Traffic was difficult at times and hiome seemed far away from everything but all in all worth it! Highly recommend!!

We stayed at Lyndal’s home to attend a Coldplay concert at Eden Stadium. The home is only a 5 minute walk away which made it perfectly located. The Kingsland area has many, many restaurants and with the train station only 500 metres away everything in Auckland is well within reach. We loved everything about our stay here.

Mission Bay Magic! From booking to check-out, the host was an absolute gem fast replies, early check-in, nothing was a hassle. The house was cozy, clean, and packed with everything you need (plus a few thoughtful extras!). Our dogs absolutely owned the fully fenced yard safe, happy, living their best lives. Bed was so comfy it basically tucked us in. Shower pressure? Basically a hydro-massage! Location was prime beach strolls, epic eateries, shopping sprees all right there. Already dreaming of round two!

We really enjoyed our stay. It's so close to Ponsonby Rd but also private and quiet. A lovely outlook to the garden downstairs. Plenty of space for our family of four. Everything was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Elena!

Our family of 4 had a great holiday in Auckland at Jon's place. The place was located quite centrally and within walking distance to Britomart and Wynyard Quarters. The place was spotless clean and had everything you could possible need. There were loads of amenities and bathroom basics. There were kitchen basics, coffee machine and snacks which was a very nice touch from Job. Best of all there we games and toys for the kids. The apartment is secure with ample parking and is right next to the park and grocery stores. It can get quite loud as it is on the main st when the windows are open esp on weekends which you need in the main living room and downstairs rooms because it doesn't have aircon but it was ok for us as the temp was coming down but it did get quite warm on some nights without aircon downstairs. Jon is an excellent host, very helpful, responsive and attentive. We felt right at home and would def stay here again if we come back to Auckland :) highly recommended

The location of the air bnb is right next to the harbor area and many things are within walking distance. This was a great location, clean and the host was so easy to work with. I would rent this unit again and I highly recommend it to others.

Tout à fait satisfait de notre séjour. On a notamment apprécié le petit balcon avec vue sur les gratte-ciel. L’appartement est confortable et très bien situé. Le wifi indiqué est trop faible, mais Ted nous a proposé une autre borne qui s’est révélée efficace. On recommande, bien sûr. Bertrand et Isabelle
