Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille. La villa est magnifique les enfants ont aimé le coin jeux ainsi que la piscine. C’était très propre. Un endroit calme et apaisant pour pouvoir se relaxer. Merci je recommande.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa von Sabrina und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen! Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Sabrina hat bei Fragen etc. sehr schnell reagiert und uns Tipps gegeben für die Umgebung. Die Villa ist gut zu finden. Ab dem Airport SLL ist Hawana schon ausgeschildert. Parkplätze sind ausreichend direkt davor vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber, das Bett frisch bezogen und ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden. Sabrina war so lieb und hatte Wasser im Kühlschrank bereit gestellt sowie ein paar Chips/Snacks. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Auch einige Gewürze, Öle etc. waren vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse mit Lagunenblick steht ein großer Tisch, so dass man auch draußen essen kann. Insgesamt ist es ruhig, so dass man nachts gut schlafen kann. Ab und an ist abends in einem nahen Hotel Kinderdisco, aber spätestens ab 23 Uhr ist Ruhe. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen (Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden). Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

Das Appartment ist in einer exclusiven Wohnanlage zwischen Muscat und Al Seeb gelegen. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und der 1 minütige Fußweg zum Jachthafen und der Bummelmeile The Walk mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés ist sehr bequem zu erreichen. Zum Stand geht man ca. 5 Minuten, dort gibt es keine Sonnenschirme, diesen sollte man sich mitbringen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und komfortabel eingerichtet, es fehlte uns nichts. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner sind vorhanden, so dass man nicht zu viele Kleidung einpacken muss. Bei unserer Ankunft war die Wohnung sauber und Armani kümmerte sich umgehend um unsere zusätzlichen Wünsche, es fehlte noch ein Handtuch und ein frisches Bettlaken, dieses wurde gleich am nächsten Morgen gebracht. Die Klimaanlage nutzten wir nur zeitweise, um ab und zu die Schlafzimmer etwas runterzukühlen, sie ist sehr leise und leistungsstark. Toll ist auch der nebenan gelegen Privatpool! Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

5/5 Beautiful villa in Hawana resort located only a few metres walk from the communal swimming pool. Has a grass private garden area at the back, which leads onto the bigger communal area, which is beautifully landscaped with coconut trees and colourful flowers. All areas including the swimming pool are cleaned daily and kept in immaculate condition. The host was friendly, responsive and welcoming. We had an amazing stay in Salalah and would love to come back!

I would like to say that the place is really nice, near to the old city, with beautiful garden. Then he offered to us dates and accommodation. Do not hesitate to be his guest . Thanks a lot .

Das Apartment liegt in einer wunderschönen Anlage mit einem tollen Blick auf den kleinen Hafen. Für fünf Personen bietet die Wohnung ausreichend Platz und sie ist vollständig ausgestattet. Innerhalb von drei Minuten erreicht man den Gemeinschaftspool, den Strand "Sandyz Beach", der für die Nicht-Hotelgäste vorgesehen ist, kann man innerhalb von 15 Minuten erreichen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist einwandfrei und sehr freundlich. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wieder kommen.

I had a wonderful stay at Waleed’s apartment in Al Khuwair, central Muscat. The location is peaceful yet very central—close to iconic sites, shopping malls, and all the amenities you could need. The apartment is in a quiet block and has stunning views of the sand dunes and even the NJ Muscat sign on Mount Al Jabel. It really feels like you’re surrounded by beauty on all sides. The living room is spacious and inviting, the beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms are clean and fully functional. The photos are an accurate representation of the home, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. Waleed and his team were incredibly welcoming, efficient, and always accessible whenever we needed anything. The home felt safe and secure, and it was easy to find. I stayed with my sister and husband, and we also had family visit us a couple of times—they were really impressed and reassured to see that we were in such a lovely and well-kept space. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Muscat! The highlight of the property is undoubtedly the breathtaking beach view — waking up to the gentle sound of waves and sipping my morning coffee while gazing at the turquoise waters was simply magical. The view from the balcony is something out of a postcard — clear blue skies, pristine waters, anchored boats, and a peaceful stretch of sandy beach. It felt like having a private slice of paradise all to myself. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. If you're looking for a serene getaway with unbeatable views and direct access to nature, this is the place to be. I can't wait to come back!

Great place, clean and close to the airport. A little far from Muscat itself. The only thing that really made this place not a 5 star was the living room smelt of old cigarette smoke and I wasn’t able to enjoy the room due to that, it was that strong. The bedrooms however were smoke free.

Great stay, easy check in and convenient location

We loved staying at Mehran’s place. He and Pani were always super responsive and the place looked just like the pictures. It had everything we needed, including some fruit and cooking essentials. There’s a small shop nearby, which is quite convenient. Highly recommend!

This is one of the best airbnb I have stayed so far. Hassan is a kind person and the room he rents as well as the attached private bathroom were spotlessly clean. Around the area - which is very close to the airport - there are also numerous restaurants. Higly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay in Zahir’s flat. He was very responsive and anytime we needed help, Zahir helped us or sent someone. We stayed in muscat for one month and was able to work from home as there is high speed internet available. It’s easier to get a taxi or rent a car to go to the beach. However, my husband and I enjoy walking and we managed walking to the beach a couple of times. Nearby grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants are also perfect when you want something quick. We loved our stay in Oman and will remember great memories. Thank you Zahir for making our stay a great experience!

A very hospitable host. Everything was as described and beyond. Really enjoyed the stay and will try to book with Abdullah for my next visit. The amenities around the residential were adequate and enough to save the trip far for the kitchen essentials. Access routes were very much of comfort to drive around the Muscat and way back to apartment.

Hatem is an amazing host and person. I am planning to return to Oman to explore it even more and I would definitely stay at Hatem’s place again. We arrived at 4 AM and it was very easy to check in. Hatem was always available to support with any anything that we needed. He helped us with local recommendations and he pointed us to an amazing pastry😊. The beach is 5 minutes walk and Azaiba beach which for us was much nicer 5 minutes drive. Car rental from my perspective is a must in Oman. All in all a very nice experience.

If you are looking for somewhere peaceful and picturesque then I would definitely recommend this location. The apartment facilities (beach and pool) were brilliant. Andrin was proactive and extremely from the moment we booked. The location is slightly remote (about 30 minutes from airport and city centre). The apartment itself is was clean, comfortable and as described. We will definitely be back!
