Nous avons passé un très beau séjour en famille. La villa est magnifique les enfants ont aimé le coin jeux ainsi que la piscine. C’était très propre. Un endroit calme et apaisant pour pouvoir se relaxer. Merci je recommande.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa von Sabrina und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen! Die Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Sabrina hat bei Fragen etc. sehr schnell reagiert und uns Tipps gegeben für die Umgebung. Die Villa ist gut zu finden. Ab dem Airport SLL ist Hawana schon ausgeschildert. Parkplätze sind ausreichend direkt davor vorhanden. Alles war sehr sauber, das Bett frisch bezogen und ausreichend Handtücher waren vorhanden. Sabrina war so lieb und hatte Wasser im Kühlschrank bereit gestellt sowie ein paar Chips/Snacks. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Auch einige Gewürze, Öle etc. waren vorhanden. Auf der Terrasse mit Lagunenblick steht ein großer Tisch, so dass man auch draußen essen kann. Insgesamt ist es ruhig, so dass man nachts gut schlafen kann. Ab und an ist abends in einem nahen Hotel Kinderdisco, aber spätestens ab 23 Uhr ist Ruhe. Der Strand ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen (Liegen und Sonnenschirme vorhanden). Wir kommen gerne wieder! :-)

5/5 Beautiful villa in Hawana resort located only a few metres walk from the communal swimming pool. Has a grass private garden area at the back, which leads onto the bigger communal area, which is beautifully landscaped with coconut trees and colourful flowers. All areas including the swimming pool are cleaned daily and kept in immaculate condition. The host was friendly, responsive and welcoming. We had an amazing stay in Salalah and would love to come back!

As a family of four, with two teens, we’ve just spent a truly wonderful 10 days at Ajwan Villa. We would highly recommend this gorgeous property to stay, if you’re after a quiet place to recharge the batteries. This lovely villa suits a family of up to six or three couples, as each bedroom comes with an ensuite. Fitted out to a high spec, with all the mod cons and everything that you may need has been carefully considered by the owners. Beautiful views of the sea to the front and mountains to side and rear of the house. Recommend you wake up early enough to take in those sunrises over the sea! The service we’ve received from the lovely owners has been fast and very helpful. We will be recommending this property to friends and family and hope to return to stay there again sometime in the future!

Wir waren zwei Nächte im Beachhouse und hatten eine der Villen mit zwei Schlafzimmern und Platz für ca. 5 Personen gemietet. Der Ort liegt es abseits und man muss für gute Restaurants bis nach Tiwi fahren. Uns hat das Platzangebot und die freundliche Unterstützung den Betreuer des Resorts gefallen Auch der Pool ist schön groß und der Blick von dort auf den Sonnenaufgang atemberaubend. Geschlafen haben wir auch sehr gut in den Betten. Insgesamt eine gute Erfahrung, zumal in Tiwi bei den Wadis alles ausgebucht war. Noch ein Tipp. Am Beachhouse ist der Strand nicht zu empfehlen (zu viel Müll und das Wasser ist von den Wellen trüb, aber ein paar Kilometer nördlich an der Küstenstrasse gibt es einen schönen Sandstrand, der zum Baden einlädt.

Very nice place to stay. The location is good and accessible to reach to center of the city and beach. The host was very responsive and always answered us in few minutes. The only thing to consider is the noisy highway close to houses at night and also the building is old. Otherwise everything was smooth and great for us. I recommend this place for the visitors.

We had a great stay at Abduls place, the apartment is beautiful, very clean and very comfortable, the kitchen has everything needed to cook all meals. The block has a beautiful pool to relax. Abdul is one of the nicest host we have ever come across, he gave us lots of local tips on where to go and things to do. Muscat is a wonderful place to visit and this Airbnb is the best you will find. Thanks Abdul.

Nice apartment, with all basic amenities. The locality was good and the host was helpful and co-operative. Overall it was a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay as everything in the apartment was very well organised and tidy. The location was very peaceful and there were a lot of nice eateries around. Haitham was a great host and was extremely helpful throughout the stay. His response was always prompt and all instructions were clear.

Bader was a great host, really friendly, quick to communicate and help/deliver anything we needed. The apartment was clean (although a little wear and tear is showing) and had plenty of space for cooking and hanging out. We appreciated having access to a washing machine and clothes dried quickly on the balcony. There is is a grocery store downstairs which was handy (also makes a good drop-off point for taxis) and parking was free and easy. Thank you again for hosting!

Happy to stayed at this place in Hawana. Apartment is perfectly located in Hawana. Existing dish washer and washing machine makes the stay very convenient. The host was really friendly and reply mostly immediately. W e can definitely recommend this place.

Great location, very cozy flat and sunny side of the building. Huge balcony on the silent side of the private road, extremely green area, very groin outside. Grocery Spinneys is in 5 min walk. Fast WiFi, good gym and swimming pool included. Highly recommended 🙏🏼
