Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con chimenea en Old Town, Boloña

Appartement très propre, mais je n'avais pas vu qu'il n'y avait que deux petites fenêtres ce qui rend l'appartement sombre il n'y a pas de fenêtre dans les chambres ce qui est dommage, la vue est magnifique très calme et reposant. Le logement est bien chauffée même un peu trop nous avons eu chaud, j'ai pas réussi à baisser la température mais j'ai pas demandé non plus. Sinon le jacuzzi et le bain turc étaient bien agréable. Je recommande quand même l'appartement pour se reposer au calme d'un petit village charmant avec tout le nécessaire à proximité. Andrea est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. Merci

Andrea hat uns einen sehr persönlichen und schönen Empfang bereitet. Die Wohnung war mit Kerzen stimmungsvoll beleuchtet, Selbstgebackenes auf dem Tisch, ein volles Frühstücksbuffet,- was will man mehr? Viele Tipps für Ausflüge und Unternehmungen haben wir bekommen nachdem wir von unseren Plänen erzählt haben. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt.

Merci beaucoup. Le logement de Maria Rosa était très coquet et confortable. Maria Rosa nous a très bien accueillis malgré notre retard et nous a gâté de gâteaux et boissons. Le jardin avec les oiseaux est très agréable aussi. Un grand merci.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We were a group of 3 couples traveling together and this was the first location on our trip. We all loved this beautiful home!! It was very large so we had plenty of room to gather but it also felt very private for each couple. The location was perfect to explore Modena. Very walkable to all restaurants and sites. Frederica was a lovely host who made several reservations for us and was very easy to communicate with. Staying here was a fantastic experience and all of us would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful family home with us.

Hvis du vil langt væk fra turisme og opleve at komme op i højden så er det her stedet. Vejen fører op til det sidste hus hvor der er ro og stilhed. Det er meget autentisk indrette og gammel stil i hele boligen , vi blev budt på kaffe af underboen som var meget søde . Vi sov her i to dage, det ligger godt i midten til Firenze, bologne, Pisa

Gianraniero's place is perfect for a stay in Bologna. Only a few minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore but situated on a nice quiet street. We never heard any noise from the street. The apartment was bigger than I expected and the courtyard was a lovely space to sit in with a glass of wine. Other reviews mentioned noise from the flats above - we could hear some noise of people moving about, and also some noise from the open windows into the courtyard but, it was nothing more than you would expect in such accommodation - it certainly never bothered us and we didn't hear anything at all during the night. We would happily stay here again.

l'appartamento è molto particolare, pulito, luminoso e confortevole. Stefania è una superhost nel vero senso della parola: cordiale e discreta, puntuale, disponibile e premurosa. Moltissime le indicazioni che ci ha fornito...utilissime. Colazione variegata.

L’attico di Antonella è semplicemente splendido. Ancor più bello rispetto alle foto, in una posizione centrale che offre una vista impagabile su Bologna. L’appartamento è spaziosissimo, luminosissimo, ordinato e perfettamente pulito. Insomma, tutto impeccabile, veramente. Inoltre emerge la cura per il design e per i dettagli di ogni ambiente. Veramente delizioso. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Antonella e Viola sono state molto gentili e disponibili, puntuali, sempre reattive nel comunicare con noi. Inoltre, tra le altre cose, ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di ottimo Prosecco in frigo; gesto davvero di classe e molto apprezzato. Che dire, consigliatissimo. Non vedo l’ora di tornare! Grazie.

Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und heimelig eingerichtet. Die Fotos stimmen mit der Wohnung überrein. Im Quartier hatte es alles, was man braucht und das Stadtzentrum war zu Fuss schnell erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit Davide hat supper funktioniert und auch mit dem Check-in war alles flexibel. Wir würden wiederkommen.

The Canton De Fiori airbnb was excellent in all ways…! The location is perfect, with a view of Neptunes fountain just across the street…! High ceiling in the living room makes the unit feel very luxurious and spacious. Beautiful bathroom with elegant features…..Highly recommended..!

After 1 day, our booking had to be cancelled due to extreme weather around Bologna. The owners are incredibly friendly and took the effort of delivering all our luggage to a nearby hotel, despite inaccessible roads, so we could move to a new location. The place is nice and in a good location. We were sad that the weather blocked our booking but otherwise it would have been a great location for our stay in Italy.

We had a great time at Oscar’s place: the location offers great views and the house itself is spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire in the evenings and hikes in the area during the day. Oscar was a great host - very communicative and generous with his time, recommendations and wine! Highly recommended!

We stayed 3 nights and everything was amazing. Edoardo met us, instructions were clear, location is amazing, clean, modern, comfortable. Quick WiFi, all necessary amenities. Just is very friendly, always responded quickly. House has everything you need for stay. Perfect place for starting with family and kids who like nature. Location is close to Bologna, Modena, and all surrounding cities. We hope to stay again some time. Kids liked it very much. Very recommended.

Die Villa ist sehr schön, gross und sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gut, wenn man ein Auto hat und Ausflüge in die Umgebung machen möchte. Innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht man mit dem Auto einen Supermarkt. Wir können es für 6 Personen empfehlen!

La casa è isolata ed immersa nella natura, molto grande, ben curata , ed è persino meglio di quanto risulta in foto. Arrivando all’ultimo tratto per raggiungerla, la strada diventa sterrata è sembra essere impegnativa e lunga, ma già alla seconda volta risulta persino divertente e piacevole scrutare i boschi dall’interno percorrendola non abbiamo avuto nessuna difficoltà neanche nei 2 giorni di pioggia intensa, ne vale la pena. Michele ci ha accolti con premura e durante tutto il nostro soggiorno è stato sempre reperibile, soddisfacendo anche la nostra richiesta di sdraio aggiuntivi. La casa è dotata di tutto ciò che può servire, utensili e stoviglie,Smart Tv, BBQ, spazi esterni, cancello automatico. La piscina è più grande di quanto si possa capire dalle foto, pulita,funzionale e piacevole. Siamo stati davvero bene e anche il nostro cagnone negli enormi spazi esterni incontaminati. Assolutamente consigliata se si cerca una soluzione di tranquillità. Torneremo sicuramente volentieri

Magical villa that was just perfect for our group of 4 couples. We appreciate that Lisa allowed us to book so early in the season. This is such a fantastically unique home! Loved, loved, LOVED walking through the old section. The bodega was so convenient. HIGHLY recommend Casato Maria Clarice for a special prix fixe meal. We so enjoyed learning how to make cheese at Caseificio Bio Reggiani. Visiting the Spilamberto Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Museum. We would definitely stay here again!

Das Haus war groß und liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet mit tollem riesigen Garten. Für uns war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Italien in dieser Gegend zu erkunden. Gianna und John waren sehr aufmerksame und super warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns auch mal mit einer Flasche Wein überraschten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
