The flat is extremely close to a grocery store, great pizza take out (Bambina), Tram line 2 and very walkable to the old city. The view is outstanding and worth the stay. Both Susana and Marcella were very friendly and very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay at Philippe’s place. The unit is as per described. Bedding is good. Spacious (except for the bathroom) and bright. Complete amenities. Philippe is perhaps the most flexible host which I have met recently. We were offered both early check in and late check out. Philippe always communicate responsively and proactively. Thanks for the hospitality!

Communication was great, before check in, during stay for our questions and after check out. The apartment was perfect for our family stay. We traveled with small children and they slept well on the sleeper sofa and enjoyed the huge TV. My wife said she had the best nights sleep on the mattress in the bedroom, which also had a TV and ceiling fan. The Air conditioner works GREAT! The kitchen is well stocked with all you need to cook at home. The balcony was lovely, with an amazing view of the rue de Anglais and the ocean. There are multiple grocery stores close by, and one across the street for all your needs. The Gelato on the corner is amazing, and plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Very walk able area, less then a block to the beach. Thank you so much for having us.

Nous sommes arrivés en retard à cause de notre avion, Grégory a du modifié ce qui été prévu et sa compagne nous a accueillie avec le sourire malgré l’heure tardive. L’appartement est à 5 mn à pied du tram du port, ce qui rend l’accès à l’aéroport ou ville hyper facile. En cette fin septembre l’appartement était au calme et la température idéale .

Tamara was very easy to work with. I needed a last minute place to stay and this was perfect. My flight landed early in the morning and she was able to accommodate a bag drop off which was super helpful. The place is close to the train station so it was a good place to stop for further travel.

Pristine, beautifully laid out and decorated apartment. All necessary amenities, and more, for a comfortable stay are available. If the buzz of the Old Town in Nice is what you're looking for then this apartment could not be better located. 5 star experience.

Excellente semaine passée à Roquefort les Pins. Benjamin et son épouse ont été très accueillants et agiles malgré une arrivée tardive de notre part. Leurs enfants ont également été très amicaux avec notre fille avec notamment des parties de trampolines endiablées ! La maison contient tout ce qu'il faut et les activités dans le jardin sont nombreuses. Mention spéciale au terrain de pétanque où nous avons pu nous débattre dans de nombreuses parties de Molky ! L'emplacement de la maisonest au top, nous avons pu faire des balades à pied ou a5 min en voiture dans le parc naturel du Sinodon. Le centre du village est quant à lui à 15 minutes à pied où à peine 2 minutes en voiture avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Quant à la mère, les premières plages sont à 20 minutes à peine donc très accessibles aussi. Bref un très bel emplacement chez une famille très accueillante ! Merci pour cette semaine !

Olivier came in after we setteled in the house. The door was open at arrival. Everything was as we could wish. The property offered all we needed : privacy, a pool, bbq and just a very short walk to the town where all the restaurants are. This made it for us the perfect stay. The only minus is the “lamps” which are not located pratically so we bumped our head seversl times (but we are quite tall)

My siblings and I were there for a week. Downtown Nice was just a fifteen minute drive. And after a hot day of sightseeing, coming back and hanging in the pool was ideal. We spent every morning and evening on the back patio surrounded by beautiful plants and lit up pool. The views from upstairs of the ocean and city are amazing. We kept most windows open while we were there, so we had a breeze throughout. There is a small market and pastry place walking distance from the house ( we utilized it daily). And Phillipe recommended a lovely restaurant up the hill (also walking distance). Finally...Phillipe came by daily to make sure everything was good. He stayed and chatted with us and I told him he was "plus charmont". We even got some pics with him and gave him a thank you gift at the end of the stay. This was great home base for trips to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes. One of the BEST vacations I have ever had and I travel a lot!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Eric und Bénédicte! Die Wohnung und der angrenzende Garten boten alles was wir zum entspannen und toben brauchten. Trotz wechselnder Wetterbedingungen konnten wir von da aus viele tolle Unternehmungen starten. Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Nizza und bietet einen optimalen Start für Wander- oder Trailrunden. Monaco liegt nebenan und die Strände sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.

Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leurs sympathiques attentions. La villa est vraiment très agréable, aménagée avec soin et beaucoup de goût, d’une impeccable propreté. La climatisation de toute la villa et la très jolie piscine nous ont apporté toute la fraîcheur nécessaire. Très spacieuse pour un séjour à six personnes. Le sommeil assuré par une très bonne literie et le calme du quartier. Une vue exceptionnelle sur la côte. Nous reviendrons avec joie !

Nous avons passé un très bon moment, la maison était parfaite, propre , les critères correspondaient à la description. Le jardin est très beau, clôturé, parfait pour les chiens. Un séjour réussi dans la belle maison de jeremy. Un hôte très réactif quand nous avons eu un petit soucis avec le portail, et très arrangeant quand à notre heure d’arrivée tardive! une literie de qualité, une cuisine très bien équipée, et l’atout majeur, l’extérieur très agréable!

Si il était possible de mettre un 6/5 ou plus je l'aurai mis ! Ayant moi même des appartements sur Airbnb à Marrakech, Corinne met la barre très haute et rehausse les standards : - Excellent appartement avec un standing et une qualité irréprochable jusqu'au moindre petit détail. - Magnifique vue sur la plage à partir de l'appartement et de sa terrasse. - Accès à pieds direct à la plage avec possibilité d'accéder directement à une piscine collective en rooftop, vue à couper le souffle. et finalement Corinne et son partenaire sont réactifs, agréables et toujours à l'écoute. Je recommande vivement ! Merci pour l'accueil ! Je reviendrai à 100% !

Der Aufenthalt bei Giséle war wirklich toll, ich hab mich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ganz neu und sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Es gab sogar kaffekapseln 😉 für Nespresso Für mich besser als ein Hotel und zu Fuss erreicht man alle wichtigen Plätze in ein paar Minuten Giséle war immer erreichbar und für mich persönlich ist sie eine sehr nette Person Würde sehr empfehlen und wäre selber wieder Gast bei Giséle Merci

I really enjoyed my stay here! I'm a solo female traveler and I thought the apartment was safe and in a walkable area next to great restaurants and the ocean. It was a quick walk to the train station as well. Olivier was a wonderful host!

We had a great weekend in Mylene's apartment. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and it was easy to relax there. The location is perfect with walking distance to everything in Nice. Super lovely to stay so close to the sea. Mylene was nice and easy to communicate with and we were given access to the accommodation earlier which we really appreciated. Thanks Mylene!

This peaceful little studio was home for 10 weeks and it was perfect for my needs (a long-term stay) in Nice. The location is perfect - a 10 min walk to the station and to the promenade/beach. Theres an abundance of public transport links nearby. In regards to the space - I actually don't think the photos do it justice. The studio is blessed with natural light the whole day in abundance, and it creates a very homey vibe. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything you might need. Its not a bare bones airbnb - the place has Marie Annes personality and there are nick nacks scattered around the place but I did not mind this - adds to the charm of the space. The only things perhaps to note (and this is outside of the hosts' control!) as a non-smoker, it seems that many people in the building smoke leaving a bit of stench in the landing that occasionally seeps into the apartments' bathroom. The walls are also very thin so you can hear the neighbours. Marie Anne was a great host!

We had a great stay here and would love to stay again. The flat was spacious, bright, and comfortable. We cooked most meals, and found basically everything we needed. We loved being able to be at the beach in less than 5 minutes' walk! The host met us on time, gave us an thorough explanation of the flat and how to use everything, and then checked in on us multiple times during our nearly 3-week stay. She was very friendly and offered lots of local recommendations. This is a wonderful choice!

What a magical view from this beautiful condo. Finding it was a little challenging, especially in the rain , and it is quite a chore to get heavy luggage up to the unit, but so well worth it. It’s a post card view from the unit. Plenty of great restaurants and shopping in the quaint neighborhood.
