We had a fantastic stay at Fiona's property over the Easter weekend and we have to say we could fault nothing. The space was airy, light and relaxing. The beds were so fresh and comfy. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equiped and thoughtfully stocked. We all agreed that not being bombarded with a huge book of house rules and instructions on arrival was so refreshing. Having a leisurely check out time of 11am was really appreciated too. We all adored the house and the stunning garden and would love to return in the future Fiona ... if you'll have us that is 😀

Our 4th stay here and loved it once again! Perfect location to enjoy this incredible part of the country. House is great as always and Sophie was on hand to help when needed. Already booked to come back later this year!

Wow, what can I say. This beautiful little gem of a place is just so fabulous. Situated in a tiny village ( one pub and general store) you get to appreciate the space and quiet around you. The house has a fabulous garden to relax in, with a lovely decked eating area. Very dog friendly too ( my spaniel loved the garden) The accommodation was clean, stylish and cosy. The bed was super comfy and the mezzanine gave a different view of the chapel. Cressida was always available and responsive, giving recommendations for places to eat. However, kings Lynn is just down the road ( by car) and there’s plenty to do there plus all supermarkets etc. just such a fabulous stay. I’m looking forward to coming again in the autumn months, so I can light that lovely coal fire. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything we needed and more ❤️

Extremely accommodating and thoughtful, truly one of the best airbnbs iv been to. Great price range, free parking, simple instructions. The place has covered all bases. Guidebooks and help, simple and idiot proofed. Entry and staying was seamless. Very impressed Paul, 100% id recommend. Positive vibes, clear labels, good water pressure in the shower and homely place. I was visiting family and truly I will come and stay again if Paul will have me!

Tealby Dune is a perfect home from home if you want to walk on the beach and enjoy the fresh air on the east coast. Out of season the beach is yours to claim, with little interruption from others. The property is very close to the beach and the promenade.

We couldn't have asked for more from our stay - there was everything you could need and much more for guests of all ages. There was plenty of room in the house for us as a group of 8 adults, 3 young children and a dog, and a lovely spacious garden and play area outside. Communication was excellent and we were given thorough instructions, information, local recommendations and much more ahead of our visit which meant we could plan so much better. Can't praise this place enough, and the incredible hosts who went above and beyond! After they found out we were there for a birthday we arrived to find banners, cake and prosecco which was such a touching and appreciated touch. Everyone was so impressed with the place and if we were to stay in Hunstanton again we could never find anywhere better than this!

We had a great stay. The place was exactly as described. Comfy beds and had everything we needed. Secure garden which was great for our dog too.

Was a beautiful location, peaceful and good environment and was lovely a clean. Was so nice to have a guest area to see and interact with animals. Good amount of things to entertain children and even had games for adults to do. Host was friendly and responsive, also had a good book filled with information about the area.

Or fantastic place very quiet to relax good swimming pool and hot tub nice land for taking photos great memories for all ower family I hope I can go again

We had a wonderful stay, the lodge was well equipped, clean and spacious. The men enjoyed the fishing from the decking. The lodge had everything we could need, in a quiet location.

Marc, the host, was extremely helpful and responsive. He ensured we had all the necessary information prior to arrival. There was an issue with the first bathroom toilet, however Marc immediately offered for someone to come and have a look at it. The place was very peaceful and had a beautiful setting. It was cosy and we felt right at home! We only stayed for one night but we will definitely be returning! Lovely place and beautiful surroundings Thankyou!

5 Stars – A Relaxing and Thoughtful Stay! We had such a lovely 3-night stay at this lodge! The place was spotless on arrival—so clean and well-kept, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. One of the sweetest touches was the free welcome gift waiting for us—it really made us feel appreciated and set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The hot tub was a dream and a massive hit with the children. It was perfect for soaking under the stars in the peaceful surroundings. The lodge itself was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the quiet location, but it was also close enough to explore some great local spots. Everything was so easy, and Ruth clearly cares about their guests’ experience. Ruth messaged me and kept me updated with when the lodge was ready. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to unwind in a clean, welcoming, and peaceful setting. We’ll definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our time at the Hideaway and would happily recommend it to others. Finding it and check-in were both straight forward. As described, the accommodation is well equipped and comfortable. Although there's not much in walking distance, the location is great for exploring the NW Norfolk area by car. Thank you!

Just home after a very relaxing three days in Pentney. So lovely to spend quality time with the family in such a beautiful location. We all loved having a spa on our doorstep, and the use of the wonderful accommodation. The beds were so comfortable. Tan was very helpful throughout and the staff at the spa were lovely too. Would thoroughly recommend.

Lorna and Dean's cottage was a so comfortable for our group and a wonderful place to make our Easter memories. Everything is so well appointed and there are detailed notes about absolutely everything. The house is so lovingly lived in and has real cozy character. The garden and pool are stunning and a sun trap for the whole afternoon. The house is located within an easy distance to so many places, we enjoyed a visit to Sandringham while there. We would love to come back and stay in the future and would recommend to family and friends.

The property was great for our family with 5 adults, 2 children and a 10 month old baby. The home was warm and comfortable with lots to do. We had full use of the property with a bbq hut and instructional video on how to use it, a spa that was set up with wood ready to light and swimming pool that was heated to 34 degrees. The facilities were modern, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were great, with beautiful, peaceful surroundings. We could not have asked for more from a home that allowed our family to enjoy a lot of quality time together at a very affordable price. There were also shops, take away coffees and pubs just 1 minutes drive up the road. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone wanting to enjoy the same quality time with family and friends, with everything you could possibly want in a home.

We had a lovely weekend, the perfect location to explore Louth which is a beautiful and friendly town. Peaceful walks from the doorstep. Guy’s place is very comfortable and has everything we needed, we felt completely at home. Highly recommended, thank you Guy and Julie

We had a really relaxing stay in this beautiful place with a stunning outdoor forest directly accessible through the large garden. A tastefully decorated house with interesting artefacts and ceramics. A great place for reading books, cooking and having fires outside in the fire pit. Super quiet and peaceful and a perfect place for rest and recuperation. Also a good location from which to explore forests and sights of Norfolk.

We stayed at forestry cottage for the weekend for my mums 70th birthday. The cottage was so homely and comfortable and a really good size for 7 people. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive, little touches like doggy treats and supplies (we bought our family dog) and balloons, party poppers and a happy birthday banner was left for my mum which was a really nice touch! The cottage is set in the most beautiful/peaceful place with decent walks around the lake. All in all we had a very lovely stay, would 100% recommend.

We really enjoyed our two nights at Chuck's Cabin in April. We cooked both nights and had all the pots, pans, crockery and utensils that one might need. We enjoyed walking to Anderby Creek and then back along the beautiful and quiet beach. The cabin isn't overlooked in any way and although there weren't cows in the field just yet it was lovely having a private patio area where we could sit and read and eat. Linda was really helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely go back.

The house was one of the nicest we’ve stayed in. We loved what the owners had done to the property. The attention to detail was great. Both the interior and exterior spaces were very well designed and the workmanship and quality of fittings etc. were exceptional. If we lived nearer we would be asking for details of all of your contractors! 😊 Bedding and towels were of good quality. Felt rather like staying in a boutique hotel.

Marilyn’s place is great for a short stay. Ideal for couples. Immaculately clean. Easy walk to beach and town. There is everything you could possibly want in the chalet. Tea, milk and biscuits a nice touch! The toaster was causing problems but as soon we alerted Marilyn she popped in with a new one. Great service.

Our week long stay at Lucy’s cottage was just perfect. The cottage had everything and more and the Aga was a joy to have. On first entering the property it was evident that time and effort had been put into the housekeeping as it smelled fresh and clean. Lots of extra Easter touches making it even more special. The outside of the property is well maintained and secure which was perfect to sit outside when the sun was shining with our little dog. Having stayed in Holme five times before Myrtle cottage it is by far the best and we will have no hesitations in booking again. Communication with Lucy was prompt and clear making her the perfect host. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we looking forward to staying again. 🙂
