Luxury Villa Julian has 200 m² of living space, divided into a ground floor, a first floor, and a rooftop terrace. It has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and one half-bath, comfortably accommodating up to nine people.The ground floor is designed as a resting area and consists of 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (one of the beds can be separated into two single beds). One of the bedrooms has its own private bathroom, while the other two share a bathroom. All bedrooms offer a sea view and have direct access to the outdoor area with the pool.The first floor is designed as a lounge area, featuring a spacious open-concept living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, and a half-bath.A staircase leads to the rooftop terrace, where guests can enjoy a dining table and a grill for preparing meals while admiring the sea view.The outdoor area features a private heated pool (30 m²) surrounded by sun loungers, where guests can relax during hot summer days.
