Very nice apartment very close to the sea. Super clean and had almost everything we needed - could have used a small fan to get cold air to the bedrooms (Neven probably had one if we had asked). Really a nice experience- will definitely come back 😊

It is a perfect place to relax. Neven's family was really nice, we had everything. I loved that view. Perfectly clean house. We were there with a 4 years old girl and a child friendly beach is in 100 m from the gate, so i highly recommended that place.

Wohnung mit einem traumhaften Ausblick über das Meer von einer großen Terrasse. Ideal für Familien mit bis zu zwei Kindern. Große Wohnküche. Ruhige Lage an einer sehr verkehrsarmen Straße. Bademöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Flughafen nur in 20min und der Ort in 10min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca. 1.5km.

We enjoyed the stay in the apartment for one month and really felt like home. Hosts are very nice and friendly, they greeted us well and showed us everything despite of our late arrival. The hosts also provided us with everything we needed for a stay. Quiet location in the end of the lane without passers-by is great for those, looking for some privacy. We loved spending warm summer evening at the terrace in the beautiful garden. The apartment is spacious for the family of 4 adults, baby and 🐱.The kitchen is well-equipped, bathrooms are just renovated. For families with little children, this apartment is fantastic—it's safe for a crawling baby, soundproof, and equipped with blinds. Having washing machine was helpful as we had lot of laundry daily. The beach is just 10 minutes slow walk with a manageable incline. We are incredibly grateful for the hospitality and friendly attitude that made our stay awesome. witam serdecznie nasz pobyt w tym miejscu był super mieszkanie może nie jest duże ale wszystko niezbędne do komfortowego wypoczynku się w nim znajduje właßciciele bardzo mili i uczynni pierwszego dnia przywitali nas przekazali gdzie i jak najlepiej spędzić czas w okolicy w razie pytań byli zawsze do dyspozycji ,same plusy profesjonalne podejście ,największy atut to widoki, ogólnie serdecznie polecamy Adam i Sylwia.

Wszystko super, dwa tarasy to super opcja ,bardzo blisko do morza,spokój i cisza,jak ktoś szuka hałasu i klubów polecam plażę Copacabana oddaloną około 2,5km,polecam🙂

Práve sme sa vrátili z našej čarovnej dovolenky v Okrug Gornji. Ubytovanie bolo bez chyby. S nádherným výhľadom a skvelými hostiteľmi. Iva bola vždy nápomocná, poradila nám vhodné lokality, perfektnú reštiku, možnosti cestovania po okolí. Umožnila nám aj skorší odchod, gril. Vždy sa zaujímala či je všetko v poriadku. Má skvelú angličtinu. Ubytovanie bolo čisté, dokonca poskytla aj osušky. Cítili sme sa tu ako doma, nechcelo sa nám odísť. Parkovanie hneď v areáli, všetko pod kamerou. V tichej lokalite, všetko dostupné do 5min. Chodili sme na pláž Rožac, kde bolo menej ľudí. Pri kampe predávajú skvelé pečivo. Voda čistá priezračná. V reštike na pláži sa snažia oklamať hostí keď si z ponuky vypýtate karlovačko načapujú niečo iné. Nenechajte sa oklamať. Do 5 minút promenáda a krásna pláž okrug, chodili sme na zmrzlinu a prechádzku každý večer. Obchod tiež do 5 minút. Skvelá reštika Leonardo odporúčam. Odporúčam boat taxi do trogiru krásny zážitok. Ak sa sem niekedy vrátim určite len k Ive.

Logement conforme aux attentes, dans un environnement calme et proche des commerces et restaurants/bars à pieds. Anita est très attentionnée et hyper réactif aux demandes . Je recommande à 200% cette location.

Vi hadde noen fantastiske dager på terrassen og leiligheten til Ivana. Det føltes litt som å være med i «Mamma Mia» da vi åpnet døren og gikk ned mot stranden som ligger 20 sekunder unna. Ubeskrivelig vakkert både Strand område og terrasse som skjermet for innsyn.. Leiligheten var sjarmerende, og med et utekjøkken på terrassen som var helt perfekt for oss. Kommunikasjonen med Ivana var god. Hun svarte raskt og prøvde å fikse det vi spurte om. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake hit.

Das Haus entsprach perfekt der Beschreibung ... Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt... Podstrana ist ein perfekter Ort, um Ruhe und schöne Landschaft zu finden. Der Strand ist perfekt zu 5-10 min zu Fuß zuerreichen. Sind als eine Familie mit klein Kindern verreist. Das Haus ist kinderfreundlich und sehr sauber. Es ist an alles gedacht. Ich kann dieses Haus und Damira wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Dujes Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und am Pool kann man entspannen und den schönen Ausblick genießen. Duje und seine Mama sind so gastfreundlich und herzensgute Menschen. Beide sind jederzeit bereit gute Tipps für Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung zu geben. Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage - ruhig, aber man ist zu Fuß schnell am Strand und im Zentrum. Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!! Wir werden die beiden sehr vermissen

The house is very cozy, clean and tastefully decorated. Marija is a great hostess, very warm and pleasant. We had the cottage in the immediate vicinity, yet always had our privacy. We usually saw each other briefly in the evening when we sat outside the cottage. We enjoyed talking about our excursions, for which Marija gave us great recommendations. We were able to contact Marija at any time if necessary. We only took advantage of this offer once, when we were missing a little something while cooking; she was standing in front of our door less than 5 minutes later. She also gave us fresh basil, which she picked for us in the garden, and a large bowl of her own peppers to go with our meal. Super nice! By the way: in the kitchen we found the finest olive oil (homemade of her family) which we were expressly allowed to use. We can recommend Marija and her apartment without reservation, we felt very comfortable and we will certainly not be the only ones. 😉

La mamma di Karlo e Miroslav ci ha accolti e spiegato tutto per filo e per segno, non parlando inglese, si è fatta capire in altri modi ma nessun problema! L'appartamento era pulito, ordinato con tanto di bagno altrettanto sistemato. Non erano presenti olio, sale o zucchero ma non è stato un gran problema. La posizione ottima ci ha permesso di raggiungere a piedi in neanche 10 minuti le spiagge. Sono presenti ben due supermercati nelle vicinanze dell'appartamento, entrambi raggiungibili a piedi. Nell'appartamento inoltre è presente una televisione da 43 pollici proprio davanti il letto!

Die Unterkunft bot eine tolle Grundlage für einen aktiven Urlaub in Split. Sie ist sehr minimalistisch, besitzt jedoch alles was man braucht. Man kommt von ihr aus mit dem Bus überall hin (dieser fährt alle paar Minuten). Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und Entgegenkommend. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

We would like to thank Ivan for his warm welcome and all the help he gave us throughout the trip (such as transportation from the airport to the accommodation) and his availability! We feel that he takes care of his guests and it is very significant. Conversations with him are very enriching. The accommodation corresponds to the photos and its cleanliness and equipment were impeccable. Thank you 😁

It is safe to say this is the best Airbnb experience we've ever had (and we've had a lot). Hosts were very welcoming, friendly and flexible and were very detailed in their check-in instructions. Beach and restaurant recommendations were provided and we were very happy with these. The house itself is spacious, the bedrooms are on two separate floors and the whole place is beautifully decorated. The yard is very cozy, we enjoyed our morning coffee there and also had a relaxing time in the jacuzzi at night. We definitely recommend Nikola's place to anyone who's looking for a stay in one of Split's most gorgeous areas. Thanks for everything!
