Renato war ein super Host. Immer hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft ist auch schön, etwas kleiner als wir sie auf den Fotos eingeschätzt hatten, aber voll ausreichend. Die Terasse ist auch super schön, man fühlt sich direkt entspannt. Man sieht das Meer und man kann auch bei starker Sonne in den Schatten. Also alles super! Großen Dank an Renato Ein Auto ist hilfreich, aber Bolt/Uber geht auch.

Very easy and fast communication throughout, apartment was as described. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful private pool overlooking the water and surrounding mountains. Clean towels were brought to us during the stay.

Es war insgesamt ein super Aufenthalt. Wir wurden freundlich umsorgt. Die Unterkunft war klasse und in der Umgebung konnte man vieles unternehmen. Kommen gerne wieder. Ivanka war immer erreichbar und stehts freundlich und nett sowie hilfreich.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Apartment Agave Lux. Die Ausstellung ist sehr hochwertig. Alles ist neu, sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Anamarija und ihre Eltern sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die immer zur Stelle waren wenn wir eine Frage hatten.

Das Appartement ist super gelegen und direkt am Meer, man hat vom Balkon direkte Sicht aufs Meer. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und vor Ort. Die Küche ist zweckmässig eingerichtet und die sanitären Anlagen sind einwandfrei.

Vi hadde noen fantastiske dager i leiligheten, og det var utrolig deilig å ha en egen terrasse med private solsenger og spisestue utendørs. Det var veldig rent og pent der, og bassenget var nydelig. Akkurat like pent som på bildene! Utrolig deilig at det var egen aircondition på begge soverommene og i stuen, og at de kunne styres med fjernkontroll. Parkering i garasjen under bygget var også et stort pluss. Anbefaler vertskapet og leiligheten til alle rolige par og barnefamilier som liker sol, bading og privatliv i idylliske omgivelser. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Nocleg ze znakomitym widokiem. Bardzo blisko jest plaża na której nie ma tłumów. Dodatkowo blisko jest market i przystanek autobusowy gdyby ktoś nie wynajmował auta znakomita opcja. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek i zwiedzanie okolicy

Super séjour au sein de ce logement, l’accueil réalisé était top, nous avons passé une excellente semaine ici. Je recommande à tout le monde !

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Boris! Die sehr spontane Buchung hat unkompliziert geklappt 😊 Alles war super sauber, der Gastgeber war immer erreichbar, wir hatten einen zauberhaften Blick aufs Meer und waren in 2min am Strand. Im Apartment war alles was man benötigt bereits vorhanden. Egal ob Zahnpasta, Shampoo oder Waschpulver, alles lag schon bereit. Entertainment- und Haushaltsgeräte sind alles markenhafte high end Geräte (Miele, Dyson, Samsung usw.) Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Trochu menší apartmán, no zato krásny, čistý a so skvelou súkromnom terasou, ktora bola veľkým plusom. Vynikajúca je aj spoločné terasa s grilom a očarujúcim vyhľadom. S hostiteľom výborná komunikácia a priateľsky prístup. Od vstupu do mora je to síce 70 metrov, no treba sa pripraviť, že je to veľmi strmých 70 metrov, kde človek spáli kalórie😄 Malým mínusom je, že aj keď je možnosť ubytovania s kojencom, tak nebola možnosť detskej jedálenskej stoličky či cestovnej postieľky (doporučujem do budúcna ponúkať aj túto možnosť). Aj cez to ale s rodinou tomu dávame to najlepšie možné hodnotenie a veľmi radi sa vrátime. Okrug Gornij a celý ostrov Otok Čiovo aj cez to, že už je dosť preľudnený, tak ma svoje čaro❤

Schöne Ferienwohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Tolle Aussicht und kleiner Pool, alles wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos👍😊 Wir würden sofort wieder buchen! Gute Kommunikation mit Christian und der Verwalterin Anita. Beiden ein herzliches Dankeschön. Liebe Grüsse Beatrice und Familie

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay , apartment is beautiful, fantastic view. We had a lovely relaxing time enjoyed the balcony with great local wine. Only one suggestion an Iron / ironing board would be useful. With that fab view it means it is obviously hilly but you just take your time as your on holiday! Shortcut to Okrug main area up through rugged path not suitable for people with mobility issues or a pram takes about 25/30mins. Go this way to main supermarket Tommy but there is another small shop a walk of 20mins Plus Market Gadza from apartment within Rastica. Lots of restaurants in Okrug and further in Trogir. Get water taxi for €5. Local taxi company Sasa very helpful. So would highly recommend staying in Okrug in Tonkas beautiful apartment.

Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft von Ankica, wir waren 6 Personen dort mit Kind. Ist nicht weit vom Strand ca. 5 min Laufweg. Die Unterkunft war sauber und alles war vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit und war Tag und Nacht da wenn was war. Würde sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und wir würden auch diese Unterkunft nochmal buchen.

The apartment was just as described and clean upon our arrival. The water is just a few stairs down and the view from the balcony is amazing. There’s a parking space right in front of the house. There’s a bus you can take to go to the bigger cities nearby, but it only departs every 2 hours, so you need to plan your trips. We didn’t go shopping in Okrug Donji so I can’t judge the small super market you can reach by foot, but there are bigger stores in Trogir. Besides some occasional planes and the sound of your neighbours, everything is peacefully quiet. If you want a relaxing vacation at the ocean this is a perfect place to stay.

Logement très appréciable,plage très agréable à proximité,terrasse avec une vue magnifique,accès étroit pour arriver au logement. Nous avons passé un très bon moment,jurica est très réactif, manque un store occultant dans une des chambres, sinon location très agréable

Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu. Wszystko czyste, dostępne, widok z okna na morze zapiera dech w piersiach. Komunikacja na super poziomie. Na pewno jeszcze wrócimy 😊

As a family of 4, we really enjoyed our stay in this place. Our apartment was literally spotless, to high standard, and felt brand new. Although you share the pool, jacuzzi and billiard with the other apartments of the villa, it always felt we had the place for ourselves (and this during high season). The pool is actually big and was heated so we could enjoy until the late hours. Our apartment had a large private roof terrace which we enjoyed for breakfast or dinner. Everything is walkable and Trogir is an easy drive to get to. Can recommend 👍

A great apartment with a beautiful big swimming pool. As described and accurate photos. Walkable to the local beach,bars ,supermarket and the local taxi boats to Trogir. Marina and her family were delightful and lovely to meet them,so friendly to chat to.A lovely 2 night stop.

Un emplacement de choix a 15 min de l'aéroport de Split. Mehdi ainsi que Goran ont toujours été de bon conseil pour nous faire profiter de la Croatie et des alentours. Une voiture reste necessaire si vous souhaitez bouger un minimum. Je recommande vivement cette appartement amenagé avec gout et de tres bon standing

Fabulous apartment with breathtaking views. The apartment was exactly as shown in the pictures and everything was to a very high standard and comfortable. Zeljka couldn't have been more helpful - from booking right through to the time of our stay and departure. The beach is just a two minute walk down the steps and it's very easy to get an Uber to Trogir in the evening for restaurants. A wonderful stay - we had a fantastic time exploring the island, coves and nearby Split. Highly recommended!

Logement au top ! Très bien équipé et bien aménagé avec vue sur la mer !! La SDB est grande et agréable . L hôte Ivica est disponible et très sympathique et nous a bien accueilli avec bouteille de vin et petits chocolats La piscine était ouverte nous avons pu en profiter.

Nous avons passés un super séjour chez Nenad ! Un hôte très accueillant et à l’écoute. Il n’a pas hésiter à nous donner une super adresse de restaurant pour manger d’excellents poissons et fruits de mer avec vue sur la mer. La maison est parfaitement située, à quelques pas de la mer, en bout de ruelle et très calme. Le studio est parfait pour un couple. Un grand merci à Nenad et Nathalia pour leurs accueils !

We had a most enjoyable time. the apartment was cleaned very well (no dust anywhere) but is somewhat dated. we felt that the kitchen are could be modernised to include an over (or at least a microwave). The lounge area seating /sleeping area was not suitable for a family of 4 (only seating for 2 people). We cannot praise Goran enough for his hospitality. The outside area was well maintained and lovely to sit beside the pool (could do with some padding for the loungers). The location was fantastic. only a 3 or 4 minute walk down to the beach/harbour area, with 2 beach bars. Easy access to Trogir (watch out for the mopeds!) would definitely recommend as a great family location or for couples enjoying the peace and quiet
