Brad and Jewel were great - extremely responsive and very flexible with check-in and check-out. The space is lovely and in a great building with lots of amenities to enjoy. Highly recommended!

Justin had accidentally used my home phone number for the contact number to gain access to the apartment. This was sorted with a phone call to him. No real issue. The only problems that we found with the apartment were, one light bulb needed to be replaced in the walk-in closet, and one door handle for the main bathroom needed to be tightened. The apartment is clean, has everything that you need for a week long stay. Location is good. Underground parking is a plus. We will probably stay again next year.

Enjoyed our 2 week vacation at Stay Location's condo in West Kelowna. Easy check-in instructions, well equipped and comfortable beds. Great views of the lake and mountains! Host was quick to respond to any of our questions. Would highly recommend staying here to explore the area!

Lisa was a fantastic host! She was proactive in getting to know her guests and offer recommendations that fit their wants/needs. Lisa went above and beyond by adding in special requests. Her place was very clean and had a beautiful view from the patio. I would definitely stay again.

You cannot beat the location and the view. So close to restaurants. Didn’t really need a car but parking was available on site anyhow.

Truly an oasis. In the most interesting area of Penticton with easy walking access to the waterfront and nearby commercial streets with a choice of pedestrian paths, bike routes, or sidewalks. A beautiful conversion of an historic building, and just a really comfortable space.

It was a great place and has a great host, the host was responsive to any concerns and provided great and timely instruction, I didn't have to go chase down anything. The building amenities were great, and the condo itself is nice and roomy and spacious, giving you a very relaxed feeling.

Really a fantastic stay. Host was responsive and helpful, and the condo was so nice. Bed was comfy, view was great, and the amenities are awesome. Access to a pool is so wonderful given the weather in the summer. Overall I was very happy!

We had a fantastic stay! The view from the balcony was stunning, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The place was very comfortable—our parents felt at ease, and our son had a blast running around and playing hide-and-seek. We'll definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back!

Sign in instructions were very clear and when we had questions response time was very fast. The apartment was clean and everything had labels to make living easy. Building was also very pet friendly all and all very good experience!

Overall, this is a great place to stay for group or family trips. Meng was very responsive, and check-in was easy with clear instructions provided. Since our schedule was quite packed, checking out before 10 a.m. wasn’t an issue. Some of our group members who prefer lower pillows experienced a bit of discomfort, but everything else was great.

Tammy was a great host, responding to our questions quickly. With a family of adults from across Canada getting together, it was perfect for sharing and relaxation. The o-t door kitchen and eating spaces was put to great use. The pool was also fantastic and clean with lounge chairs and games. With my boys being avid golfers, the mini-putt provided some challenges. Overall, the accommodation was perfect for our stay.

We had a great stay at Jennifer’s place. It is a perfect spot for a family getaway. The place was exactly as described and very clean. We loved using the hot tub and sauna and sitting outside on the patio. We would love to stay again on the future.

Our stay at Bryan's was fantastic! Lots of towels and bedding, the kitchen has most staples you will need, two pull-out couches are in the same living room space but the overall space is huge. The pool, sauna, and outdoor space were amazing and it was nice and clean. Bryan was available at all times when we had questions, and it was an amazing long weekend visit.

Great place! We loved Jen & Josh’s place. Just like as described but even better! We didn’t want to leave and would definitely come back. Highly recommend you to book if you are visiting Kelowna.

Carli was great to work with! She was very responsive. She responded right away when we needed an extra mirror. What a delight that they provided breakfast supplies!! We were all very appreciative for the variety and thoughtfulness of the food left for us. The house was comfortable and the views were beautiful!! Everything we needed was there! We had 10 staying there and we did not feel crowded. Having to share the ensuite bathroom was a bit awkward but we made it work.

We had a wonderful stay at Rodney’s. His place was spotless and we felt right at home. The kitchen was very well appointed and we had absolutely everything we needed. The backyard bbq and deck was very much appreciated. The neighbourhood is safe and pretty and I enjoyed coffee on the front deck each morning watching the birds and enjoying the atmosphere. We would definitely stay again.
