We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group of eight--two families with four kids ages 9-14. We especially appreciated the spacious bedrooms, the numerous bathrooms, and the balcony. We had fun the pool and the nearby beach.

This place is amazing! Clean and feels like home. So much space and room for so things to do. The house is secluded but not at the same time. The small “beach” at the house is a major bonus. Kids could easily go play and we could watch from the porch. We seen all kinds of wildlife from eagles, cranes and even a fox. This was the first family vacation we have had in years and it was over Christmas. Dillon did awesome with a Christmas tree and lights on the house and even supplied a gingerbread house for us to build. We definitely plan on being back in the warmer weather so we can enjoy the outside much more.

Great place to stay if you’re visiting the surrounding beaches! The host was very responsive and friendly.

We had an amazing stay at Joe’s place. The condo looks just like the pictures except the space feels bigger once you are inside. Villa 7 is in the most convenient location on the property….you literally walk outside and the hot tub is in front of you and the pools are just a couple steps away. Candidly, I was a little worried that perhaps it would be loud in the evening if people were still in the pool or hot tub, but once you close the door, you are in your own little peaceful slice of heaven. I spent every morning on the patio having my coffee and looking out onto the grounds. It was lovely. This was the first time I have ever stayed in an Airbnb that I never once had to reach out with a question or issue the entire duration of our stay. The host was very proactive….anticipating our needs, and even suggesting what we should bring and what would already be taken care of. Huge timesaver!! I would definitely stay here again. It was a wonderful, relaxing trip in a great location.

There were a few issues such as a clogged sink, pool light was out, no broom at the house, no beach towels as described and these were resolved immediately. The maintenance guy was there within minutes of our call to fix each problem and provide the missing amenities. Side note - Highly recommend renting the golf cart. We were able to access just about everything we wanted to do via golf cart. The kids loved it! Overall the house was exactly what we needed and our family of 16 had a wonderful stay there. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

We visit Destin for spring break and so far this place has been my favorite. It’s between Destin and Navarre so you have options. The house itself is very modern and comfortable. It feels very at home and gives beach vibes. I like how they made it dog friendly as well. The neighborhood is quiet and the extra touches with the beach equipment (especially the wagon) were very much appreciated. I got the best sleep ever in the king sized bed and the shower made me not even want to get out. I appreciated the hosts responsiveness. Even we were traveling all day and hadn’t reached out yet I love that he did just make sure everything was okay. Thanks so much! We will definitely be back in the summer!
