My family enjoyed staying at Elizabeth’s place. My daughter loved having access to the pools on the first floor; the first floor lap pool was not as warm as the children’s pools but the temperature difference was not too much in my opinion. On Sundays, children can access the warmer infinity pool on the 16th floor—which we definitely enjoyed. The rooftop views were amazing. The apartment itself was big for four of us. The stay was mostly quiet; the exception being Saturday night but that came from a party in the neighborhood; the unexpected city buzz did not disrupt our sleep. The neighborhood is safe, a grocery store, coffee shop and several shopping centers are nearby. My favorite was walking the neighborhood to the food stands for breakfast. My husband enjoyed the $20 peso gorditas I purchased just as much as any other food we had. Elizabeth checked in on us several times and was accommodating to our needs.

Great stay in a great location. Enrique was very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment.

Great rental! Had all the comforts of home. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water amd very quiet even with restaurants right outside the front of the building. Would definitely stay there again.

No sabemos por dónde empezar a decir lo maravilloso que fue alojarse en el departamento de Guillermo. El lugar es todo lo que se indica y más: la ubicación ideal, el edificio bellísimo, el departamento muy lindo, cómodo, limpio y bien equipado. Guillermo fue un excelente host. Se comunicó con nosotros desde el primer momento con instrucciones muy claras para que nos sintiéramos como en casa en todo momento. Definitivamente lo recomendamos y volveríamos sin dudarlo. Hizo que nuestra visita a CDMX sea inolvidable.

Unit provided exactly what we were looking for, clean 2 bedroom/2 bath, perfect location. Well stocked with everything we needed with some really appreciated unexpected items. Prompt responses to questions; we do not speak Spanish which was not a problem, google translate made communication easy. We were especially happy with the location; easy walks to Condesa, Roma, Polanco, Chapultepec. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

James y su esposa muy amable nos atendieron en el lobby, dando todas las indicaciones. Muy buena y amena persona, bastante comunicativos e informativos. Nos dieron tips para disfrutar aun más del edificio, del lugar y del área. El apto es como aparece en la foto. Nos gusto bastante. Super amplio y con todo lo necesario. Recomiendo el lugar, tanto para pareja como para familia. Un lugar bastante seguro y sobretodo se puede caminar para cualquier restaurante, café o mall.

We had a great stay with our 1.5 year old in Pedro’s place! The apartment was spacious and well stocked. It was super close to many destinations with lots of great restaurants nearby. The only thing is that there is no AC so we found it hot at night (but to be expected in Mexico). We had a great time and would stay again.

We loved our time here!! Such a beautiful space and neighborhood with great walkability and plenty of wonderful spots to eat and drink nearby. The apartment was tucked away and still felt quiet and private. Highly recommend!

This is a great little place to explore one of the best neighborhoods in Mexico City. You really can't beat the location. It's a super charming place. Certainly small, especially the kitchen, but the listing makes that clear, so it was expected on our end - and we found it to be really cute. All that Condesa has to offer is right outside your door, and Roma Norte is a very short walk away. Solid value and recommended.

This was the perfect Airbnb! Amazing location to walk to many coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants. Having 24/7 security with a gated residence was very nice - especially when we needed to store our luggage before being able to check in Eduardo was a very helpful host! Will stay here again!

La ubicación fue perfecta para mi esposo y para mi que teníamos un vuelo en la mañana, el lugar es espacioso y tiene todo lo que se necesita para descansar e incluso para estancias ya sea cortas o largas (: También el señor Rogelio muy amable y al pendiente en todo momento!

A group of us came to stay in Mexico City for a week in this splendid apartment. So spacious with great clean lines and large windows, so very bright! The amenities were top notch and the location terrific for getting around the Polanco district by foot as well as being easy Uber rides to tons of attractions, museums, etc.. We can highly recommend this luxurious getaway home-away-from-home, so snap it up if you get the chance!

Ximena was an incredibly attentive host, very responsive to my many questions, and accommodating of every request. The space was beautiful, safe, accessible to many parts of the city, and the facilities (pool, sauna, spa, etc.) were top notch. I would recommend highly to anyone headed to CDMX

Leticia is a very easy going and understanding host, I especially appreciated how flexible she was around check in / outs. The place is located in the best neighborhood of the city, making it very easy to discover different parts by foot. Amazing restaurants and cafe options within a stonethrow away.

Tal cual la descripción. Muy limpio Excelente atención de la anfitriona y de los guardias que están 24 horas. Lugar pequeño pero como lo usábamos solo para ir a descansar no nos incomodó. Metro a cuadra y media y paradas de metrobús también. Cafetería en la planta baja con buen sabor y porciones y buenos precios. El único pero que le pondría sería la conexión a internet que era muy débil y nunca nos pudimos conectar pero como todos teníamos internet en nuestros celulares no fue un inconveniente tan malo. Nosotros le damos un 10.

Susana was a wonderful host, who provided information before the trip and responded to any questions we had prior and during the trip. We were sad to depart as the location is a great spot and there are many things to do around. Thanks you, Susana, for making this easy and seamless!

El lugar es muy bonito y cómodo, desde que llegamos nos trataron muy bien, fueron muy amables siempre. La ubicación es muy buena ya que hay muchos comercios y todo queda muy cerca. Cuando regrese a CDMX sin duda volvería a reservar aquí

Excelente lugar, muy tranquilo y con acceso a pie a plazas comerciales. Buena seguridad, departamento impecable con todo lo necesario, las áreas comunes bien equipadas.

Sarali’s place was exactly as pictured. Easy check-in via the 24hr security desk at the front, and the apartment was perfect for a few remote work days. Nights were quite warm without AC, but the large sliding glass door with a screen plus the fan helped to quickly bring the temperature down before bed. Would stay here again.

great location, most places we wanted to go to were in roma norte or confess were 20min or less walking. we were able to rent bikes and bike everywhere. only downside is shower pressure was not very strong and we had issues with the temp (building ran out of hot water) but still a great value for price you’re paying.
