It's a beautiful cabin and location. Saw Kerry out talked a few minutes she was wonderful and very nice. Everything was perfect. Loved early morning coffee on porch swing. Would love to do it again when we visit family.

A very peaceful cabin! Was a great place to stay for our travels. Loved the hot tub! James was very proactive in informing us about the recent nationwide flooding that affected the outdoor space, so we didn’t get to use the fire pit but it was still a great space for our needs. It was an amazing cabin and we would definitely stay here again!

This cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway! My kids loved being greeted by the sheep as soon as you pulled up! It was so peaceful and had everything you would need!

We had a group of guys heading into town for the Black Fork gravel race. House was close the start, host was super responsive, and everything was as described! We loved it! Thanks Tennille!!

The cabin was perfect! My fiance and I traveled here for a long weekend stay with our two lab mixes and this is one of the most pet friendly places we've ever stayed! Plenty of opportunity to explore the property, nearby parks and nature preserves. Under 10 minutes to downtown Logan for dinner but was overall very quiet and peaceful! Driveway is pretty steep, so keep in mind if you're deciding on what vehicle to take. I will be recommending this place to friends and family!

If I could give 100 stars, I would! We had such a wonderful experience, and Margot & John are the most lovely, welcoming & kind people. They were so generous with their time and space, and it was a blessing to get to know them! We learned so much about farm life, and were so grateful for the opportunity to be hands-on with the farm chores. My daughter loved gathering eggs, feeding the chickens & caring for the goats. We loved Tibby the barn cat and Barron the horse. It was so fun watching Jim the border collie (the friendliest dog ever) herd the sheep and goats. The cabin is perfect - cozy & comfortable with everything we needed. The location is so peaceful & quiet with beautiful views of the pastures. Roasting marshmallows around the fire pit & admiring the stars was the perfect way to end an evening. Also close to the popular hiking trails (Old Man’s Cave, Rockhouse, etc) & 5 minutes from Lake Hope which has beautiful trails. Perfect trip for families. We can’t wait to go back!

This was a great spot! It’s not too far from restaurants and stores. We felt safe and it was a quiet area. We felt secluded even though there are two other cabins close by. The cabin was really clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Gd was super responsive and friendly. We felt like Gd was always available as needed. We will definitely be back! Too, the kids loved it (our dog too)😊!!

We've stayed here multiple times, and each time and season has been enjoyable in its own way. Sitting riverside around the fire ring into evening is wonderful. There's so much to do outside that it's easy to forget how lovely a space the cabin is...you're right in the middle of a town but elevated so it's possible to have privacy to hang out on the porch and read or watch the geese and ducks float by. It's been years now, and this cabin is still our favorite getaway spot.

The cabin is a great place, very private, and quiet. Eric was very responsive to messages and gave detailed instructions.

We absolutely love staying in your cabin. It’s our favorite one. We definitely plan on renting it quite a bit in the future. It’s just absolutely home away from home when we’re there. So peaceful and quiet and relaxing as well. Thank you for letting us stay and being wonderful host and helping us and answering, any question we may have. We’ll be back.

What a great anniversary get away! We stayed at Carla’s beautiful, rustic, octagon “cabin” equipped with everything we could possibly need. We loved that it is super dog friendly with as many thoughtful details for our “girls” as for us! Our pups loved it! There were even areas just for four legged friends on both levels. We enjoyed the hot tub and a wood burning stove on the chilly nights. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some! A few mornings we cooked breakfast on the griddle on the deck just outside the kitchen. The wrap around porch was amazing! So many sitting areas to enjoy the views. So peaceful! The bed was very comfortable and had a remote control to adjust the head and feet on each side. Carla was extremely responsive to any questions we had. We loved the privacy and close proximity to trails and restaurants. This place is a true gem in Hocking Hills!

Shawn’s place was a great overnight stay for my fiancée and our dog! The property was great and the cabin itself was very spacious and had everything we needed!

Fantastic location, beautifully crafted cabins. Spent a weekend celebrating my brother before his wedding next month. Hung out with Astro the dog and ate great food including ribs over the open fire. Also biked on the wheeling river trail down to the market. Jim and Jo Ellen were incredibly helpful and communicative. Thanks for sharing your property!

These cabins are a perfect get a way. The host called prior to our arrival to tell us the pipes were frozen. He already had an alternate plan which worked out even better. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. I highly recommend staying here. It’s so peaceful and relaxing and the cabins are cute and quaint. We definitely plan on staying here again.

We had a great stay! The directions that Rachel were perfect and helped us have no issue finding the cabin - even when we arrived at night. We were prepared with a 4WD vehicle due to predicted snow while we were there, and it worked out well with the 1”-2” they got. The “driveway” and road leading to the cabin is a narrow, curvy, steep, one-lane gravel road, but for us (from a small rural town) it was no big deal, and it wouldn’t be for anyone in the non-snowy months. The space was clean and had a nice view! Beds were comfortable and clean. Rachel was quick to respond to questions or concerns. We appreciate her sharing their space with us!

Cabin was super clean and comfortable. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us. We enjoyed the fire pit and porch swing. My kids loved all the room to play outside and fishing in the lake. Bathhouse was nearby and very clean. Temps got down into the 40s at night but we stayed cozy.

Very clean and neat. The cabin is a little tricky to find at first but if you follow the directions, it really isn’t too bad. The hot tub was very clean and the kitchen was too. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another trip to this cabin in the future.

We had such an amazing stay! We enjoy coming to town quite frequently, and this was our first time staying at Mary’s cabin. I have nothing but excellent things to say, and we will most likely be staying here every single time we come! The hospitality was amazing and everything item we had forgotten was provided. The cleanliness was exceptional as well as the comfort. We cannot wait to come back!

Wonderful time and experience. Even though its off a state highway, the property is far enough back that you dont see or hear the road. Neighbors are within sight but very far away through trees. It was nice a secluded for us. Beautiful scene to wake up to and eat breakfast on the deck. Lots of space to enjoy and play games outside. Plenty of room as well. Plenty of beds and rules are clearly outlined and reminded. A lot of tools and things to use within the house so we didn't need much for cooking and grilling. Only issue is the backyard is to a downward slant so any games needing flat ground like cornhole, its a bit rough to find but interesting. Our Host was excellent in letting us know if we needed anything. Keeping us involved. He kept us updated on the local flooding so we knew what we were to expect. He also let us know he had to come over for some work on the property. Didnt bother us but just let us know he was there. Great experience, would definitely come back.
