Was a beautiful place to stay for the weekend. Definitely worth the visit!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay for our girls trip. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the deck, firepit and hot tub. We were only a 10-minute drive to the store if we needed anything. We are looking forward to our next stay we have booked this summer so we can enjoy the inground pool! Thank you!

Had a fantastic stay- our focus was hiking at Starved Rock and it was perfect for that. We’re thinking of a summer trip to kayak now as well. The townhouse is very cozy and the dining table was great for playing games with the family. Beds are comfortable and rooms are large. Our kid was excited to use the big jacuzzi tub for bath time. Plenty of counter space to cook together. Recommend bringing foil or plastic wrap as there is none available. Will need to have all ingredients on hand- there are no supplies left from previous guests with things like oil/Pam. Big grocery options are just a short drive away though. For those with electric cars, the Flying J has good level 2 chargers-not as fast as described in listings though. Saw Tesla chargers at the HyVee as well.

I travelled to Utica for an extended work trip and stayed 7 weeks at Tricia's cabin. I had a great time and was very satisfied with everything. I especially liked the kitchen which is very spacious and perfectly equipped. It is a quiet place in a beautiful location, right next to Starved Rock state park. Tricia is a great host and communicated clearly. I would return anytime and wholeheartedly recommend her place to everyone

Fun stay! My boys loved the games. The location was perfect for getting to the state parks. It was quiet during the week we were there, but I hear the little town nearby has lots of festivals and such. We did not go to the Lodge for the waterpark or mini golf, but will inquire next time. We were able to run around the villas and get some exercise without traffic. Pretty well stocked with everyday items in the kitchen. Bring your toiletries with you. We would like to stay again and recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time. The cabin is very close to the trails. Jacuzzi in the cabin definitely helped with sore legs after long hiking. The cabin was great! Jacuzzi, fireplaces, comfortable beds made our stay super relaxing. Highly recommend. Tip: if you plan to go to the waterpark, which is walking distance from the cabin, buy your passes ahead of time. They had full capacity during our stay.

We stayed at Nicole's place for a weekend getaway from the city and had a fantastic time. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to make a great steak dinner. We loved the location and definitely plan on returning in the future!

This was a perfect place for a quick getaway before the holiday craziness starts at work. Cute place, clean, great location and peaceful atmosphere. Quick drive to town. Parking was easy at the location. Really was happy that it’s pet friendly, my dog Jordan loved walking around the property. The decoration for Christmas is super cute. In all this place has become one of my favorite places for a little quick getaway. Definitely going back!

This place was great. There isn’t much around here to do, especially in the winter, but we were looking to mostly disconnect from the outside world for a week and this was great for that. Aside from laundry there is really is everything you need to live here full time including a fully stocked kitchen with various helpful appliances like a crock pot and toaster stashed away but accessible. Perfect for a few days or a full week! It was a little dusty in some spots but otherwise clean and well kept. Had a great time. Hoping to come back when the weather is warmer and take advantage of the lake!

I didn’t want to leave this beautiful place, we had time for everything, ride bike, walk, starved rock walk, s’mores. Definitely this place is a must go.

We just had a great stay at Shelly's place. It is really spacious and clean. The beds are quite comfortable. Highly recommend!

We had a phenomenal stay. Sam went above and beyond and was the most courteous host I’ve ever had. Our car was stuck in the snow and he spent good time helping us get it un-stuck. I cannot thank him enough for that.

Super clean and absolutely beautiful! This cabin is amazing and the perfect location to Starved Rock. The rooms are huge and amazingly clean! We would absolutely stay here again.

Janette was super helpful and responsive to our needs. She helped us to get safe to the property and told us that we can reach out to her directly at any time which means a lot. The house was same as the description. The property have everything you need even though they have a full house of games boards!! They have a huge hockey table, a lot of variety of fun game IN the house!! Our kids really enjoyed the time there. The property was clean and looked same as the pictures on the website. The area was very quiet. We will definitely consider to come back and I will make sure that I recommend this property to our friends. Thank you Janette for being a great host!
