Jose's space was excellent! It had a lot of useful amenities and was really peaceful and quiet! the space was beautiful too! Jose is an amazing host and I would gladly book with him again.

First Airbnb and it was amazing. Very clean, comfortable and just absolutely awesome. My family had an amazing time and Renee is an awesome host. I will be renting from her again.

Place was perfect for a quick weekend stay. Located in a very nice neighborhood, it was very convenient and close to all places we needed to go to in Athens.

We were very happy to stay with Mike & Becky! Their home was very clean with all the essential amenities. Their personal touches were extra sweet and appreciated. Really enjoyed the relaxing home atmosphere.

Paul’s house was very comfortable and convenient for our weekend visit to Athens with friends! The house is spacious and clean. We also appreciated the welcome basket of snacks that were waiting for us when we arrived! Paul was very communicative and helpful. We would stay here again for a group trip!

This was a great place in a nice neighborhood. The house its self was in great condition and was very cozy for our group. It had nice big bedrooms and space to hang out and visit. I would highly recommend it if you are staying in the Winder area. Ludmila's is a great host and everything was just like she said. She was very responsive and helpful getting us set up.

Clorinda was friendly and attentive, checkin in with us on our stay. The house was well maintained and suited our needs very well. Nice open living room and kitchen so we felt right at home. Although we didn’t have pets there was a nice big space with kennels in one room.

This home was perfect. The furniture was nice, charming, and comfortable. We felt very much like we were at home. The neighborhood was quiet and you felt safe. The owner had stocked with many essentials and more! I hope to stay here every time I am in the Athens area.

My sister and husband stayed, loved the Master on the main, he has knee issues. They bragged on how well equipped the house was. My other sister also stayed. Experienced Airbnb people, this was the best experience ever.

This is a very nice accommodation close to Lay Park. We had two adult couples sharing the unit. Quite enjoyable. Host very responsive. Would definitely book again.

Our host Margaret was very easy to contact and replied quickly. There was one minor mechanical issue on Friday night but she had it resolved almost immediately and caused us no problem at all. The house is spacious, private, and ideal for a large group--we used it for a bridal party to stay before a wedding, and to take photos and get ready the day of the wedding. Highly recommend this house and this host with no hesitation.

Our stay was perfect. Within walking distance to so many restaurants. The neighborhood is also so quaint and was a great place to walk. Michele was very friendly and super responsive. Plan to stay again!

My family really enjoyed this house. It was super clean and Lucy supplied everything we needed. She was extremely easy to work with, and her house rules were fair and easy to follow. I would definitely stay here again, and may just do that next year when I am in town.

Marc was great - super responsive and helpful. Best checkout policy out there, no cleaning task list! Marc was very flexible in our checkout time, which was a big help. The house is older but very clean and open feeling - great high ceilings. Parking is huge and the back yard is large and private. Super comfortable beds and great linens. Kitchen is clean and very functional. All in all, a great stay!

Had a great stay! We came for a Georgia football game and it was close to the stadium and spacious for everyone. The hosts are accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend!

Was a perfect location in Athens! Had fun hanging out for dinner and walking around downtown. Beautiful and relaxing decor. Everything we needed. It was perfect for my daughter and me to take in the town!

This was a great property for a gathering of 5 former college roommates. There was ample sleeping space and two full bathrooms. We loved the character of the neighborhood and enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and to the nearby rails-to-trails conversion which was in a great park! We made use of the backyard firepit (BYO firewood). The Ring camera was a bit disconcerting with the beeping all over when a door was opened which made it a bit challenging for the early risers to sneak out without awakening the slumbering but this would definitely be a plus for families with children. 😊
