The perfect location for our visit to UGA! Right across the street from campus and in the heart of the Athens action, this apartment is very comfortable and well equipped. Great communication from the host made check-in a breeze.

The apartment was well set up and great for our one night stay. The complex was secured by a code as was the apartment. It was a quiet building. Location was also great as it's directly across from UGA. It has plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The host was very attentive and sent us clear instructions of where to park, where the apartment was, and how to get in.

A great stay!! Nanda was great as far as communication and the spot was very cute and clean! We would absolutely return! :)

We have stayed there three or four times, and it's great, as always! It has easy access to downtown and campus, great views of the city, great parking, clean rooms, and nothing bad to say.

My husband, daughter, and I loved our stay at Alicia's! The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-stocked. There was plenty of room for the three of us! You can't beat the location, right on Broad St, adjacent to north campus. Parking was easy, and there is so much to do and see within walking distance. I highly recommend Alicia's place!

This unit was very clean, with the photos and description matching what we encountered while using the it. It is in a fantastic location as it's on the edge of downtown, across from campus and walkable to local attractions (i.e., UGA sporting events, fraternity houses for parents' weekend, etc.). The reserved parking is a huge benefit as parking is difficult downtown and close to UGA campus. Overall, it was a great experience and we hope to return soon.

This condo is perfectly located for a UGA visit or game day weekend. Great location in a quiet complex. The apartment is very cute and comfortable, with a nice layout. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Great location!! Wish the bedrooms were a little bigger and wish parking was closer. Other than that it was great!

Our stay was great — such a cozy (and spotless) atmosphere. Our hosts were kind and communicative throughout our stay. We ended up extending last-minute and our hosts made it quick and seamless.

This was my second time at this Air B and B: it is perfectly located and walkable to restaurants, shops and the UGA Campus. The unit is clean and comfortable. We have a student-athlete attending UGA and will be back again when the season starts in the fall!

We came up for our daughter’s graduation and felt right at home. Very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to all of our events for the weekend.

We have only stayed in a couple of Airbnbs, and this one was the best. It is very roomy and clean. The kitchen is big and very user-friendly. We enjoyed our stay here and look forward to booking it again the next time we are in town.

Great Athens stay! We came to bring Thanksgiving to our son who plays football for UGA and attend the game that weekend. Paul was a great host very responsive and friendly. Our son is a freshman so we definitely intend to visit Paul’s place again. We would definitely recommend you stay in this beautiful place!
