Amazing place! Kara was insanely nice and accommodating for us and this is certainly a gem in Encinitas. - Cozy in every regard from the backyard to the bed to the design to the landscaping of the property - Great location with a short drive or enjoyable walk to many local eateries, coffee and shopping as well as the beach - The food, coffee, art and shops in this area are so amazing - Very low key, uncrowded beaches nearby If you are unfamiliar with this area and are debating, there is no debate...this is the best location in the greater San Diego area. Go adventure this zone and be sure to bring the same level of kindness, welcoming and good vibrations that this beautiful community exhibits :) Thanks for having us!

This place was phenomenal! We fit 7 guests and 2 pets comfortably. The house had great amenities and, by far, the best host communication! The house was very relaxing and close to everything too. Would definitely stay here again!

I loved Beverly's place so much! I did not want to leave. It is incredibly private and peaceful. The outdoor space is magnificent. I enjoyed the jacuzzi under the stars immensely. The inside is great too. The bathtub is fantastic, and the bed is super comfy. Beverly and Ken are wonderful. They made me feel so at home. They both have great energy, and the property reflects their joyful vibe.

Everything was great and exactly as described. The bed was also super comfortable. The view from the deck is lovely. We’ll be back!

The Perfect Holiday Stay: We had an amazing holiday at this Airbnb with 10 friends and kids. The location was ideal—close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions, making it convenient for everyone. The house was spacious, with large bedrooms, cozy living areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. It comfortably accommodated our group without feeling crowded. Families will love the kid-friendly amenities, including books, a play area, and essentials like a high chair. The kids were entertained while the adults enjoyed relaxing. The backyard was a standout feature—big, well-maintained, and perfect for BBQs, games, or unwinding. The kids had plenty of space to play, and the adults appreciated the serene setting. We also loved being close to excellent dining options, with everything from fine dining to casual eateries just minutes away. Caroline was exceptional—responding to questions within minutes and ensuring our stay was seamless. It made our holiday unforgettable!

First and foremost, the directions to the location were spot on, super clear and easy to follow, so there was no way of getting lost. The pictures honestly don’t do this place justice. The view is absolutely beautiful, and the whole atmosphere is incredibly peaceful. It was exactly the kind of escape from reality I was hoping for. The space had everything we needed for our short stay, which made things really convenient. The only slight challenge I had was using the bathroom, but that’s likely because I’m 6 months pregnant, just a bit uncomfortable for me, but nothing major. Overall, it was a lovely, serene getaway and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone needing a quiet, restful break.

Kamilo and family are such amazing hosts! My family had such an amazing and first time experiencing AirBnB. Kamilo was so responsive, clear with instructions, and has such a beautiful home. He was flexible and understanding regarding some arrangements with our reservation. It’s home away from home. It had all the amazing amenities making it feel private, cozy, and such a relaxing experience. Kamilo was so friendly and appreciated the excellent customer service. It’s also pet friendly, such a plus, we brought our toy poodle and he loved it the open space and private area for our family to spend time outside grilling. My family and I look forward to coming back soon and it’s a highly recommended getaway! Thank you Kamilo and family!

This place was awesome!! We loved staying on the farm & enjoyed everything this place had to offer. Easy to find, nice outdoor area & comfy bed inside too! The AC worked great & the space was just right for two people. If you are larger, just be aware that the bathroom is TINY! We made it work though & thankfully the location felt very private. Would love to visit again!!
