This stay was 10 out of 10! It was exactly as described but more as Samantha created the coziest, vacation aesthetic in the condo for us to walk into which we weren't expecting but truly made the best start to our VA Beach vacay!! The condo has everything you need. Samantha has thought of everything from beach equipment, towels, cozy blankets, umbrellas, etc. The location is also perfect, with literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and restaurants/shops. The area is busy & noisy but again, Samantha had white noise machines & earplugs ready to go... this truly was the most considerate host & AirBNB that we have stayed in so far. Would highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting VA Beach!!!

A great find. Everything we needed, including a grocery store, was walkable and convenient. Loved being 2 blocks from the ocean and boardwalk. Excellent space and very comfortable. Colin is an excellent host. Always addressed our questions and needs in a timely fashion. We will be back!

My sister and I stayed at Dave’s beautiful apartment - elegantly decorated, equipped with everything we needed in a quiet and park-like neighborhood only a short drive from the cultural and culinary offerings in Williamsburg. The space provided each couple with individual privacy. The common spaces are cozy and very comfortable. Easy check-in, well prepared. We had a wonderful stay- highly recommended!

Nickie and her place were amazing! Fantastic host that was very helpful and responsive.

Kevin’s place was fantastic for what we needed. It’s clean, quiet, extremely close to the grocery store, and a hop and a skip away from the beach and restaurants. The keypads on the building and the unit itself make coming and going a breeze without having to remember a key. I would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks Kevin!

We loved our weekend stay in Cape Charles and this rental was absolutely perfect for our family. Very well equipped home with lovely decor. Angela communicated every detail that we needed for a seamless check in. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Karen’s place! The entire unit was spotless, (I am OCD and I approve) perfectly located, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. All of the Hosts were very responsive and we had a smooth transition when we needed to extend once more. We would definitely book again!

Gayle’s place was a great location to stay at with our dog!!! Great neighborhood to walk him in and the marina/beach is an added bonus! Gayle was very communicative and check in was easy. The space of the condo was great for a family and large dog! We will definitely be staying again!

My daughter and I had a great stay. I didn't see the negative that was posted in other reviews. Very cozy and simple place; the only negative is based on my personality. I like to know in advance check-out procedures to execute how the sponsor wishes—plenty of close-by activities and close enough to the beach. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Mike’s place was great for our annual Easter vacation. Mike was attentive and informative. The place was clean and spacious. It gave great views of the beach, and the back landing walk right on top the private beach that was a plus.

We stayed a week at Kerri’s place in Virginia. She went above and beyond our expectations, very communicative and organized. She offered a ton of information and insights before and during our stay. Her place offers a delightful and relaxing getaway experience. The resort's picturesque location by the ocean provides stunning views and a serene atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The resort amenities such as the pool, spa, and on-site restaurants add to the overall wonderful experience. Whether you're looking to relax by the beach or explore the nearby attractions, Boardwalk Resort is a fantastic choice for a vacation in Virginia. Came with my girls for a conference at the Beach. Salt and Serenity was super peaceful, felt private and quiet. Beds were super comfy and the water pressure in the showers was awesome. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and all amenities were as described. Susan was a great, responsive host and made accommodations for our early check-in. And all the restaurant suggestions were a hit! Would definitely come again!

Great place to stay. Clean, no carpet on the room so no smell. Awesome view of the beach. Great communication from the host if you need it. But there is not much to know, so simple.

This boost was very responsive and understanding due to a mistake I made. The home was beautiful and if you’re a person that loves a nice walk to your destination, this condo is close to everything. 20 minute walk from literally everything! I will stay again on our next visit.

Great property with pool and tons of bbq areas. Perfect location to the beach. Beautiful, well wiped apartment with easy proximity to the parking spot and elevator. Loved it opened to a nice courtyard. Only negative is there were no luggage carts to move items in/out of apartment. We had to make multiple trips. Also, be advised the nearest supermarket and Target are 16 miles away. Easy ride, but not really nearby.

Great Location. Came down for gymnastics competition . Penthouse was very accommodating. I have rented Houses in Sandbridge before but will definitely be renting Penthouse on my next trip to Sanbridge.

We had a great stay at Slava’s place, the communication was easy. Instructions were really straight forward, the place was exactly as described and the location was perfect! Highly recommend for a family vacation.
