Had a great time!!! Daniel was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Perfect location. Was able to park the car and not touch it for the entirety of our stay. Looking to make this a yearly tradition!!!!

Edward was very responsive to all of our inquiries, and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Stephanie’s place was exactly as described and great location—very close to beach and Main Street. We had an issue with the shower at one point and she responded quickly and helped us figure it out.

Joanna’s property manager, Lori and daughter Tiffany were EXCELLENT!! Very hospitable and accommodating. The beach and boardwalk literally right across the street. The outside deck was an extreme extension to the apartment and was very nice to see the fireworks right from the deck patio! My grand children came to visit and it was very easy to travel back and forth to the beach and boardwalk!! Excellent!! Had a wonderful time!!

Perfect for our needs. Walked to the beach, boards and restaurants. Clean. Easy to access. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Sean’s house was wonderful! Lots of space to hangout. The house was clean, spacious, and had plenty of amenities. Would love to return in the future!

This place was perfect. We wanted to stay overnight instead of an exhausting one day beach trip. We live about 2 hours away and going to the beach for a day is always a chore. This is my recommendations for anyone going! We arrived at the beach right at opening time (10 AM), 9:45 we paid for street parking and were lucky enough to find an open parking spot right in front of the air b&b. Parking on the street from 10AM to 3PM cost $15 (cheaper than any parking lot near by). We then enjoyed the beach at our cost until 2:50pm and made our way to check in to the air b&b @ 3pm. After checking in, we put the offered street parking placard in our rear view and enjoyed free parking for the entire night and over night. We were easily able to enjoy the boardwalk and drop back into the apartment numerous times with the convenience of the location (one block from the boardwalk). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for an easy, hassle free stay-over in seaside! ENJOY!

Excellent location—very walkable. The hosts were very quick to respond/help when we encountered an issue with the lock. Overall we had a great stay!

We were in Asbury for work and Brooke’s place was perfect. Having a bedroom and bathroom on each floor of the duplex gave privacy but the place has a huge living room, nice sized kitchen and dining room as well. It’s walking distance to the beach but we didn’t get there because of work. Street parking was easy and it’s a quiet location but close to restaurants.

We would certainly stay here again! It is in central Sea Bright, and you can walk everywhere. Nice cafes and restaurants right around the corner. Because it is halfway down the block of a side street, you don't hear noise from Ocean Ave, the main road through town. Having two bathrooms, one with bathtub and one with shower, worked well for a very active family of four. We also had a cousin join us on the sofa in the living room for a few nights. That is not a pull-out sofa, so the unit is not really set up for 5 people, even though a mattress topper is provided to put on the sofa, and there are extra sheets. But it works. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. Also great to have a washer and dryer in the unit! We rented bikes and could lock them outside behind the unit. A parking pass is also provided, which is needed for your car (permit parking only). We don't mind stairs, but you do need to climb up a floor to reach the unit. Seaside Heights Getaway at Its Best! My stay at Yajaira's unit was absolutely fantastic! The location was perfect, with stunning ocean views and easy access to the beach. The unit itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Yajaira was an amazing host, very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. She even provided some great local tips and recommendations. The atmosphere at Seaside Heights was lively and fun, and I loved watching the sunset over the water. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. Thanks, Yajaira, for making my stay so wonderful!

Sam was a terrific host and very responsive. The house is just as described and kitchen is well equipped. Best suited for one or two people. Private yard and porch were perfect. Bedroom is large with large closet and an empty dresser - also a large closet in the living room. We had a blackout one night and Sam came by with a flashlight right away, and when I needed instructions or had a question about something, he responded right away. The house is three blocks from the beach and one block from Main Avenue, with shops and food right there. Parking was easy. Highly recommend

Amy’s place was perfect for a relaxing guys weekend. Amy and her husband were very responsive and helpful when we arrived. The condo had everything we needed and was spotless. The location is great, just a few blocks from the boardwalk, some excellent food choices and Heavy Reel brewery has some of the best beers ever! Off street parking is a huge plus and a nearby grocery store has anything you could need. Being the off season it was very quiet and relaxing. Would highly recommend Amy’s place for the convenient location, and friendly and helpful host.

This location is perfect! Walkable to the beach and close to places to visit. I was there to visit Monmouth University and that was a nice distance from campus. Loved the place, especially the shower! The details were lovely! Would definitely return to this home!

I stayed here for just about 2 months for a travel assignment. it is about 20-25 minutes from RWJ Rahway. the place was nice and clean, in a safe location, and there was plenty to do just a short drive away. Nerine was an great host with excellent communication. Would definitely stay here again.

What a perfect place for our weekend stay. Michael was incredibly accommodating. Extremely clean and beautiful. My kids absolutely loved the arcade room and the hot tub! One of the best parts was the location. A quick walk right to the beach and boardwalk. I hope I get the chance to stay at Michael’s place again in the future, being we visit the shore many many times a year!
