A very beautiful and nicely furnished house, equipped with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen or the beach. Everything looks new and very well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend

I would stay here again. This place is close to many areas on 30A but on a small dead end street with virtually no traffic. Very peaceful.

There were a few issues such as a clogged sink, pool light was out, no broom at the house, no beach towels as described and these were resolved immediately. The maintenance guy was there within minutes of our call to fix each problem and provide the missing amenities. Side note - Highly recommend renting the golf cart. We were able to access just about everything we wanted to do via golf cart. The kids loved it! Overall the house was exactly what we needed and our family of 16 had a wonderful stay there. Would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

Beautiful views and directly across the street from a gorgeous private beach. Extremely clean and spacious. Pool and buildings a bit dated but we spent the whole time out and about anyway so didn’t matter at all. Well worth the cost

Cute, comfy and quaint! The place looked exactly like the photos. The heated pool was just a few steps away in the backyard, the beach was just right across the street and there were great restaurants in the area. Our host Jonathan was very accommodating. Everything we needed was provided, clean wash cloths and towels, cookware and utensils, even beach toys. The only complaint if I had to make one were the loud footsteps from the neighbors above us, other than that it was perfect for our mini vacation. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be back!

Diane was super sweet, responsive, and gave easy to follow instructions. The condo was super clean, cozy, and right on the beach. I came for a tournament and would definitely use the space again!

Amazing place! Just like the pics. Beautiful views of the water and high enough to not hear much noise from the pool or street. The beach service was very convenient, and we had lots of beach toys in the closet to bring. The beach itself was pristine, white sand, clean, and emerald green waters that stays fairly shallow (waist) for quite a distance. Great for kids that want to play in decent waves while surfers ride in the distance. Lots of good options around but we had car to venture out a few miles for all the options. Parking was a breeze.

Dave’s place was perfect for our family of 5! We loved being able to make breakfast and head down to the beach. You cannot beat the location and convenience. We took advantage of the gym which is decent for a beach destination and pickleball courts. Dave was super responsive and flexible. We will definitely return. Destin is perfect family vacation spot! For those traveling by air - we flew into MOB and drove the 2 hours to Destin…easy peasy.

Amazing place with an amazing view. I had the best time, such a good location, less than a 10 min drive to the beach and many fun different places around. definitely recommend!

Great location with easy access to the pools, ocean and eateries. My son loved being able to fish at the pond by the condo. He caught a few large mouth bass. Area felt safe, it was quiet and we enjoyed our vacation!
