This beach house was wonderful. It was very accessible to all areas- food, bars, entertainment. You can walk to Belmont in 7 min or go to the R in PB with a 6 minute Uber ride. The house has all great amenities. They had bikes and water equipment to use. There are 2 parking garages so it helps with big groups. Along with that, the beds are comfortable and clean! I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This place is amazing!! The best views, the best walking, and the spaces in the house are perfect for a group. We made dinner in and watched the sunset every night. We also brought our 6 month old son and it was a great location to be “nap trapped.”

Michael was a great host. I really appreciated the opportunity to check in early even though it didn’t work out. I also appreciated the fast and efficient communication. The house was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Tina’s place was lovely and perfect for a family reunion. There were 10 of us (and a dog!) gathering together and the house was a perfect amount of space for all of us! The rooms were great and met everyone’s needs, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more to make meals at home, and the location was amazing to go on walks, dog beach, and target runs. The backyard was great for hanging out and there were plenty of extras to have a fun beach day. Tina was responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed! If you’re looking for a place to gather people and make fun memories, this is your spot! Thank you so much Tina for a great stay! :)

Mike was awesome. My family and I are from near Pasadena CA. Mike was awesome in making us feel welcomed in lieu of the unfortunate fires in LA county. His house was beautiful. The view of the ocean was exactly what we wanted. As a plus, the spot was near a brewery (walking distance) where they had amazing coffee and food. We were also about 20 mins from downtown, and a short drive to nearby stores like Costco and Target. Thanks Mike for everything!

Stayed here for our anniversary with our pup and enjoyed every moment from check in to check out. Place was insanely clean and we really enjoyed the outdoor amenities. It’s in the perfect location with the beach and tons of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. 10/10 stay and would definitely book again. Thank you Ricardo !

Nice place! It's just a quick walk across the street to the beach. I appreciated the chairs and beach toys that were available to borrow. The rooftop deck is a great place to watch the sunset.

We had a wonderful stay with family and kids. Place was better than pictured. The heated pool was great, location for beach, restraints and legoland was perfect. Quiet neighborhood. Very clean, well kept, stocked and very kid friendly. We loved it here, definitely recommend!

Great stay, perfect house for our gathering.

Family loved it, kids enjoyed the game room, everyone enjoyed the pool, nice kitchen and plenty of rooms so anyone can go get some peace alone if they wanted to. Even with having neighbors on both sides the house felt private, would recommend this place to everyone I know. Great spring break vacation.

Place was nice. Location was great. The house was nice and big and served us well. That being said and although it was also pretty clean, it’s definitely an older house.

Tricia was extremely helpful and responsive which was amazing after a very long day of coast to coast traveling. The place was amazing, between the view, the activities and the energy of the area. Cannot recommend this place enough, would rebook if traveling to the area again!!

This home in La Jolla is an absolute gem!! On a quiet suburban street, with a park, beach parking, and beautiful La Jolla Shores beach all within easy walkable distance (less than a block away). The house is immaculately clean, stylish, and comfortable, light and bright. We loved the private yard, patio areas and the sun deck! The fixtures, finishes, and appliances selected in this newly remodeled home are top notch! We loved the 3 bedrooms in the main house, and the bonus casita with full bath, washer/dryer, and kitchenette was such a bonus! We were provided everything we needed for our stay, and appreciated all the amenities. The linens were fresh and clean, and the beds were really comfy! Natalie was a great host, and is very helpful and responsive if you have any questions. Highly recommend!!! We look forward to visiting again!

The house was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed and more. The kids loved all the beach toys and had fun playing in the backyard. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and close to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

nice place on the beach and check out was a 11 we asked to stay a little on the patio and he said it was okay much appreciated.

I researched the area for months. I knew South Mission Beach is under the flight path, but the location was so great I was okay with the airplane noise. I brought my service dog and we were a 2 minute walk to the beautiful park surrounded by the bay and waterway. Then it was a 3 minute walk to Mission Beach. The house had every amenity you need. It was clean and comfortable. Got warm in the afternoons, but we just opened the front and back doors and a nice breeze flowed through. There were also fans if you needed them. We met Mary, who owns and lives in a separate place on the property. She is a wonderful lady who knew everything about the history of San Diego. We spent a few hours talking with her over our week long stay and plan to keep in touch. Talley was very helpful and checked in with us throughout the duration of our stay. Everything was great that they provided. I felt very safe there and the area was so peaceful. It was a cozy and comfortable cottage. Thank you!

If you’re looking for a place at the beach, this is it! We were able to fit two mid size SUV’s in the parking area. Spacious and comfortable furniture. Most importantly the linens were clean. We will definitely stay here again.
