Excellent quiet place, back from the beach, friendly owners and neighbours. Pleasant veranda, great place to sit and enjoy the sea breezes.

It was an amazing time at Amami. Not only a brilliant location near by the seacoast and all the desirable tourist attractions (waterfalls, diving centre), but also the food in the hotel restaurant was exceptional! The staff’s friendliness and openness to share some local tips required an additional appreciation. Highly recommend!

Spoke to Tita Nena (Co-host) and she was the one who attended our needs with regard to the place. Parking fits our mini SUV (Tucson) and they even have an automatic washing machine that is free to use during stay. Thankful that we didn't need to find a laundromat anymore. Complete kitchen appliances/utensils. They provided bath towels. Though shower has low pressure on peak hours on the 2nd floor, they have a water heater so that's a plus for us! And lastly, we are very thankful that the place is pet friendly. Location is near Batangas Grand Terminal, a Petron gas station, diversion road and also only along Caltex road. This is the perfect place to book for me when visiting some of my relatives in Batangas City. :)

We had such a wonderful stay at Anilao Cliffhouse! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 What we really loved was the complete kitchen—and when I say complete, I mean it! The dipping pool was also a hit with the kids, especially since the beach is a bit far. The beach isn’t ideal for lounging by the shore since it's rocky (as expected for a diving site), but once you swim out a bit, it’s a whole different world! The hospitality? SUPERB. Kuya Abet was a 1000% assist—seriously, it felt like we were in a luxury hotel. Every little thing we needed, he was there to help. The house is super clean, towels smell great, bathrooms spotless, and kitchen items were ready to use. For a big group (we were 12!), there was plenty of space for sleeping, and everyone was comfortable. We even had room to spare! We also appreciated the complimentary extras like turon (yum!), snorkeling gear, life vests, and even basic scuba diving lesson in the pool—those thoughtful touches made the experience extra special. We were happy with our stay at ALC transient home. It was clean, spacious, and can accomodate up to 12 people. Ochie was kind, flexible, and very responsive to my queries. We experienced a short power outage due to the rain during the evening but it went back pretty quickly. The only concern we had was the aircon units – it was not that cold but it was working, and the place had many e-fans. Overall, it was a great stay. Should the aircon units be cleaned (I think it just needs further cleaning to function properly :)), it would be perfect! Thank you!

It was a very pleasant experience. Staying at the accomodation is comforting, relaxing and healing! The view and the vibe is very homey. The sunset view is perfection! Everything was worth it. I’m veey rhankful I have found this gem at airbnb, Sir Patrick was accomodating and easy to talk to. Our transaction was very smooth and hassle free. Wishing to come back here again. In addition, the sea! The accomodation is right in front of the shore with a beautiful crystal clear ocean. Our snorkeling experience was superb! There’s a lot of fishes even in the shallow area only and there’s a lot in the deeper parts. Also, they have some life vest and snorkeling gears there that you can borrow for free if you didn’t bring any. Hope to come back in the future. Thank you so much!

The Adonis’s are such friendly gracious hosts that sincerely care and go out of there way to accommodate your needs and requests. They are courteous kind and do everything they can to ensure you are comfortable in their accommodations and in knowing where you are and where to go. They take you for a tour of the area and point out places of interest and good places to eat and any of the kind of places you are looking for. Just outstanding gracious kind friendly hosts.

The place is cozy, good for our family of six. Very clean and complete with amenities like kitchenware etc. although it’s not beachfront, there is an alleyway going to the beach. The beach is rocky but clear water. Although, the days we were there, choppy waters. Good for a quick getaway with the family.
