absolutely would book again if in the area. House was very clean, lots of great amenities such as Wifi, some streaming apps, and coffee. Peaceful area and we also got a visit from a neighbors cat.

Large cabin got to take whole family. Nice trail cut to go down to pond to fish. Scenery was also a plus.

The place was clean and very charming! If I had any questions or issues, he was very quick to respond. They house had plenty of parking and was centrally located so it made it easy to find/get where I needed to be. I would definitely recommend it/stay again.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our stay for my daughter’s graduation from UTM. Holly was great too and even left us a special treat to enjoy which was so kind.

I’ve never been more satisfied to stay at an Airbnb. I felt right at home immediately when I walked in the door everything was as described. The house is a very nice size. Kitchen is big. The screen in porch is wonderful. The bedrooms are all big very comfortable. Nice pillows. The best thing I loved were that they had TVs in the bedrooms except for one my stay was great although I was there for a sad occasion my mother’s funeral staying at the house made it much easier thank you so much. I appreciate you more than you know.

Mattie and Jason were INCREDIBLE Host. Jason met us at the property and was very down to earth and wanted to make sure we were happy and that we felt taken care of. I’m beyond appreciative of them both and Mattie was incredibly responsive and caring!! Loved our stay and it was everything we had hoped for. You made our 26th anniversary VERY memorable and we hope to be back some day. Thank you so much for everything!!

We love this rental! The best rental in Martin. The house is convenient to the university and walking distance to restaurants. Lora and her husband are wonderful to work with. We will book this house again when visiting Martin.

Great place to stay. Our second time staying this duck season & it is perfect for a large group. Darby was great and communicated well. Very clean & minutes from the boat ramp.
