We had a wonderful stay and had everything we needed. The communication was great and instructions were easy to follow. It was rainy all weekend so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor area but it would be a great place to spend time when the weather is nice! The lake view was beautiful especially in the early morning. We would definitely stay again if visiting the area!

This was the perfect place for our weekend. The house was great and everything was very easy.

Lucy’s place was spacious and clean. The check in process was smooth, and the house was well kept. We have staid at one of her other places before and we plan to stay with her agin this summer.

Katie is a great host. Her lakeside hot tub home is as beautiful as pictured. Everything you need can be found throughout the house... in cabinets, drawers, closets. I told her it was my son's birthday and she left him a special birthday treat. She was also very generous with snacks and drinks.

This was definitely home away from home! The area was very peaceful with beautiful views, we had everything we needed and is perfect if you have children! Plenty to keep the kiddos busy and having fun while you enjoy your time too. It was hard to leave! 10/10 recommend staying here with family!

Great location for dance competition at local high school. Place was very clean and as described. Deana was a pleasure to deal with. Even made it to lake with paddle boat and had a fire one evening. Will definitely book again if we are back in Charter Township.

House is very clean, check-in instructions were clear. Location was quiet but close to amenities.

This might be my favorite home that I’ve stayed in using Airbnb! Hanna Hospitality was super communicative, proactive, and kind. The home itself felt extremely clean and like a family home. I spent most of my time out in downtown Clarkston, but pretty much stayed on the deck or in the water when I was there. All of the furniture in this home was clean and comfortable, making it easy to lounge indoors and outdoors. The bed was almost more comfortable than my bed at home. The home is as described, and even cleaner than expected. The only challenge and my reason for the four stars: it was a bit frustrating to get into the front door. Hanna Hospitality provided clear directions for the keypad, but it’s weird that you had to “wake it up.” I hope I get to stay here again each time I visit Clarkson! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Meg was definitely a great host. Her place was better than the pictures. From the time I got there to the end I felt so much at home. She greeted and helped me at the door upon arrival and with refreshments. I’m normally a hotel girl but if host are as great as Meg I’ll stay in Airbnbs more. Anytime I visit Michigan if this is available you can guarantee I am booking here.

The beach access was incredible for quiet mornings. Well stocked with things to do, it was a joy to watch the other renters take the boats out to fish and relax. The neighbors were all friendly, the neighborhood a short and sweet walk. It was an incredible stay, we ended up extending because we weren't ready to leave! Loved the fully equipped kitchen and though we didn't utilize it, free laundry facilities are always a plus for lake vacations (no more smelly bathing suits on the way home!) The thermostat was straightforward and the wifi connection was strong. No complaints here!

This host has a wonderful home to stay in! I would come back here anytime, the location and view of the lake is absolutely beautiful! On top of the beautiful home, the host made it that much better! Very respectful, and if you have any questions they respond quick! Thank you for having us!

Nice, large apartment in an 8 unit building , looks exactly like the photos . Clean . Apartment is upstairs ( 14 steps) Coin operated washer /dryer ($2.50) in basement . Quiet and directly across from the lake , with lovely views of the entire lake and beach ( about a 5 minute walk) Carport parking. Large shower , very hot water, excellent pressure. Kitchen has supplies for cooking and bathroom was stocked with shampoo/ conditioner and soap as well as extra tissue / trash bags . Great communication with Hosts and we will definitely stay again in the future . Also really enjoyed meeting and talking with a few of the residents that live in the building full time. They were very inviting and friendly and helpful.

This cottage is absolutely lovely. The decor is so cute and the entire place is so homey! The kitchen was perfect for the cooking I needed to do - would recommend a few more pots however. We loved sitting at the counter and the high top table as well. The living room is cozy with a huge tv - plenty of channels and options etc. Furniture is comfortable and clean! Bedrooms were cozy with plenty of storage. Bathroom was great! Just note that shower needs to point to cold to get hot water :) but it worked perfectly!! We can’t wait to stay there again. Great location for us and would be fantastic in summer.

House was clean and cozy. Heating and water temperature were nice. beds and linens were comfortable and the area wqs cozy. Only negative that I can really think of is the low water pressure, which can fallen anywhere and still worked fine. was a great stay and Dang was very attentive and responsive.

Amy and Beau’s place was incredible. We were able to take the kayaks out and paddle out to the bridge. We also enjoyed the comfortable accommodations—especially the beds. A fire pit at night completed the weekend. We will definitely be back!!

This cottage was in the perfect location for the conference we attending at Suburban Collection in Novi. Very beautiful surroundings and the perfect place!

My family and I felt right at home, we enjoyed our stay at Jonathan’s.

When I think of the perfect getaway this is the place. Well taken care of. Much bigger than it looks. The decor and furnishings were amazing. The couch is insanely comfy. The views are some of the best on Lake Orion. This is the best of LO and a slice of heaven I am glad they are willing to share. Jamie went above and beyond and made our son’s birthday extra special. Having been around LO for years this is a gem that shouldn’t be passed up.

Quiet, Private and Safe neighborhood. Highly recommend. Joe was super nice and the property is amazing! The backyard was quite enjoyable. Lots of nature like blue and white heron and bunnies and chickadees. The view was amazing! Right against the water with a private dock. Lots of places to get food only a couple miles away. Plus Pine Knob is super close.

An amazing spot, 9 of us came down to stay here while competing in DGLO24'. It offered the perfect setting to relax in between 3 days of tough competition. The lake and kayaks were fun to take out, and the weather was great during our stay! Would definitely come back to Novi to stay at Kayaks & Coffee cottages again! Thanks Erin for being a fantastic host! 10/10!
