Wonderful clean home close to all the Vegas activities but in a nice quiet neighborhood. Private pool huge plus! Definitely recommend!

Amazing home, it on a very convenient location and it's a great neighborhood to even take the kids for a walk which we did. Amihay was very responsive from the beginning and throughout the whole stayl. Even gaves us a discount for our next stay which we most likely be calling her again. This was our 8th time staying at Rio's Ranch. Always a pleasure and very relaxing. The views are spectacular and Mike and Diana are exceptional hosts. Their home is always clean and well equipped and is relatively isolated from neighboring properties, affording a quiet, peaceful stay. Trails are accessible to the south from the house, and other, popular trails are a short drive away. Rio's Ranch is our first choice. And it's pet friendly!

My friends and I had a nice stay at Frankie’s place. He was very responsive and proactive. We found that the speaker in the home was broken and he was quick to bring a new one which was greatly appreciated.

Great place to stay, beautiful surroundings.

We had a great stay! The place was very spacious and it was great that the bedrooms all had enough room to spread out. 2.5 bathrooms was also perfect for our group. We really liked that it was quiet and we could pull into the garage. Temperature control was also fast and effective. Definitely hope to come back!
