Great little home, would definitely stay again in the future, safe and secure area in a great location within minutes of Water Street and the casinos.

Place was exactly as described, nice quite neighborhood, easy to find, easy to get to. Valeriy was a great host and communicated very well. We had no issue and would rent again if needed.

Our party of 6 and our furry friend very much enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need! Upon arrival check in was very easy and smooth. Adelmo was quick to respond to my questions both before and after booking. The pool being heated was a great bonus as the weather wasn't quite "hot" enough to enjoy a pool without it being heated . Hot tub was nice and very nice yard. Added bonus was no pet fee and no fee for heating the pool! Close to the strip, but far enough away in a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Adelmo!

My group of girls had a nice time! Everything about the place was wonderful only thing is the pool was a little dirty at the bottom other than that, I recommend.

Michele’s place was awesome. The family felt right at home and loved the amenities available. My kids loved the game room, pool and hot tub. My only call out would be that the towels were dirty, we had to wash them before we used them. But overall stay was great, the space was just like the photos. Michele was friendly and quickly responded to my questions, also checked in with us to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Would love to return again next visit to Vegas!

Fantastic place to stay. Conveniently close to the strip yet far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle. Great place! Exactly as described, super walkable to the Strip (due to F1 setup was a little tricky - but obviously it’s temporary)! Very clean unit, comfortable beds, worked well for two couples. More fun being in the same unit vs staying in two different hotel rooms. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone who wants the quiet of being just far enough off the Strip, but easily walkable to access it all! Host was very responsive and helpful. Great location, and great place. I’m in Vegas 2-3 times a year, often work related stuff. Had I known about this place before this trip I’d have used it before this trip. Easy walk to Vegas Blvd., the Wynn and a bunch of other places (Sphere for instance). Also spent a day on the pool deck - for Vegas, pretty reasonable. Definitely my new go-to housing for Vegas trips.

Very enjoyable stay for 4+ people we all slept very comfortably. Pool access is fun. Right next to the strip! Would stay here again thank you!

We had a great stay at Mark’s place. The jacuzzi overlooking the mountains was everything!! Mark was very proactive in his communication, anticipating every need. Will definitely book a stay at this location again.

I really enjoyed this place! It was close to the strip and the airport which made getting places really easy. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable! I'll definitely look into staying here again next time I'm in Vegas!

This property is a great base for hiking and the Las Vegas strip. It is in a safe, gated community with parking below the unit and is within walking distance to good restaurants as well. The host was quick to respond to questions. The rental price was very reasonable! We would definitely stay again!

Cute apartment in a quiet family neighborhood. Close enough if you wanted to walk to the night life and restaurants. We enjoyed sitting on the patio. It was almost 100 and the air conditioner worked great. Easy to get on and off the freeway. All our questions were answered quickly. Great linens,towels and plenty of hot water. Far better than any hotel

The place was amazing. Some people complained about the shower in the master bedroom having no hot water, but in reality it's just that the labels for hot and cold are swapped for some reason. The house looks like in the pictures, some parts are even bigger than they appear actually. At some point during the night some of us accidentally left open the door next to a hot tub and as a consequence we woke up a neighbour. The host didn't make a big deal out if it after we explained the situation, which I appreciate. The closest thing to a complaint that I have is that some things in the kitchen (utensils, bowls, etc.) weren't actually clean even though they were in the cupboards/drawers.

Sara’s had a great personality and quick to respond back to us. Very reasonable and understanding lady. Kind and funny too she was. I definitely would say, this spot is a great place to stay for a Vegas tripe and very close to the airport. Oh we didn’t even hear any airplanes either. We recommend this place to anyone. LeAnn's place is terrific. It stands out just as the pictures show, well-kept and maintained. LeAnn is easy to get in touch with and quick to respond when needed. We would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Xiao's place! She was incredibly amicable and kind, always quick to respond to my messages and checking in on us to ensure we were comfortable. Xiao is truly one of the best hosts I've encountered; she genuinely cares about her guests and their satisfaction. The home itself was clean and easy to find. It’s conveniently located just minutes away from Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, and a variety of charming restaurants. Plus, all the major stores are nearby. I highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing vacation in Las Vegas! The house was perfect for our big family — very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The location was great, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The host was incredibly kind and always responded quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this place for families looking for a great stay in Vegas!

This is a really clean house! We enjoyed our visit to Henderson. Aaron and Chai's home is large. Our kids played with the pool table all week. The pool was lovely and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax. We also really liked that we could walk to a park and take a stroll, or play football pass. The home is near many restaurants and has easy access to the highway. We explored the hoover dam, Lake Mead, Red Rock Canyon (amazing!), and the typical las vegas sites.

Hodi was the perfect host! She was very responsive and accommodating to our group. The house had everything you could possibly need. The location is off the strip, but it is a quick 15 minute drive there or Fremont St. I would stay here again any time I am back in Vegas!
