I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

Great property, perfect for 4 adults and a child or 5 adults. Parking at the property for 2 cars, one on the drive and one on the road. Walking distance to Warwick City and the castle which is an absolute must! Beds were very comfy, and such a quiet location. Hosts extremely responsive, easy to check in. A great very comfortable property. We loved it. Would highly recommend.

I had booked 2 of Anjus accommodation for guests travelling from abroad to attend a wedding. Everyone loved the accommodations - they were spacious, clean and suited the needs of our guests. We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

We used James’ AirBnB the night before I got married and it was exactly the right place to be before such an important day! Clean, clear instructions to find and enter, and lots of amenities to help relax before the big day!

A perfect place for an overnight catchup between two couples - halfway between Somerset and Lincolnshire! Lesley was a great host - quick to respond, helpful and friendly, and The Annexe was immaculate. It was well-equipped, with thoughtful touches such as eggs and milk in the fridge, and it was great to have access to a couple of outdoor spaces for Rupert the Labrador to stretch his legs. We could have stayed for much longer (thank you for doing one-night stays though, Lesley!) and will definitely be back.

Our first visit to Stratford upon Avon was a great one in part due to our wonderful stay at Lisa's place. It was spotless and well maintained; it looked recently renovated. Kitchen was fully stocked. Being on the ground floor, it was easy to bring our luggage in and out with a baby and our stroller. The location was the best part, being right across the street from Shakespeare's birthplace, and a very short walk to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Many thanks for a memorable stay, Lisa!

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

This is one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed at. The location and the apartment are amazing. private , very clean and an amazing host. We stayed here for a few days after a very long journey and felt right at home. Kids were very happy. Place is quiet and private. Great location. Thank you Kam for being a great host.

Me and my husband stayed at Stuart and Bethan’s place for a month, I was working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is a 10 mins walk from the flat. The check-in was easy and Stuart was very friendly and provided all the information before we arrived. The flat was the highlight of our trip, the place was exactly as described,clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beautiful surroundings, and the walkable distance from shops and the hospital. Stuart and Bethan were extremely responsive and you would feel at home due to their attention for the small details. The bed was very comfy, the sofa bed was a plus and not having stairs made everything easy because we had large bags. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Birmingham, and I would definitely stay again! 🤩

My friend and I would highly recommend this AirBnb with Julie. It is a stunning little annexe. The property was amazingly clean all throughout, and was very comfortable and warm. All instructions for check in and check out were very clear, the property was easy to find and walking distance from the university. The generous snacks and drinks in the fridge were a cherry on top! We were both very satisfied with our stay and would definitely visit again!

We stayed two night to run Shakespeare/ Stratford upon Avon marathon. Katie’s apartment met our needs. Lovely chickens to admire outside and beautiful grounds

Andra’s place was great. She was a really helpful host and the flat was clean & bright & just what we were looking for.

+ On the positive side, as with other Mihir's apartments, its very clean, perfectly well equipped, modern, comfortable. We enjoyed the nice TV set with subscriptions to Netflix and other streaming services. The kitchen is amazing and complimentary coffee and others treats were much appreciated. The 2 bedrooms are clean with quality sheets and mattresses. The bathrooms are just perfect. Arrival is in full autonomy with clear instructions provided. Congratulations to Mihir for his dedication to being a great host providing a comfortable experience to his guests - As mentioned in the description, the neighbourhood is not very nice (dark alleys, pigeons everywhere, seemingly abandoned buildings). On top of that there happened to be big construction works next door and it was very noisy on Monday and Tuesday, beginning at 7:30AM
