Renta de casas vacacionales en Novate Milanese

We really loved our stay at this beautiful home. We felt like we were in a fairytale. Natalia were very sweet and helpful and we felt very lucky to have found this wonderful place for our vacation. We will recommend this place and it was perfect for family vacation -we were 5 adults and 6 children.

Un grand merci à Doriano et Raffaela pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur grande disponibilité et leurs conseils utiles pour visiter la région. Le logement était impeccable et les literies confortables. La voiture était garée en toute sécurité. Le logement était aussi très bien situé pour visiter la région des lacs et Milan. Petit plus : Doriano parle bien Français. Soyez certains : vous serez bien à La Radura

Marco is the ultimate host. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. The apartement has been tastefully renovated and is very spacious! Marco not only handled every request we had he did all with cordial and prompt action. The only downside is the area. Although it is close to a metro it is not an area where you can find a restaurant or walk around in. It is necessary to take the metro to other stops to find restaurants. Although they are only 2 to 3 stops away it is an inconvenience. In all-the property is a hidden jewel in a questionable location!

Immagini perfettamente corrispondenti all’alloggio, cosa non scontata. La casa era pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario, l’host è sempre stato estremamente disponibile e cortese fin dalla prima comunicazione. Perfetta la posizione per noi che cercavamo un alloggio ampio e vicino alla fiera di Milano: la settimana è stata stancante ma la sera ci sembrava quasi di rientrare a casa nostra perchè tutta la casa è davvero ben curata e trasmette calore.

Eine sehr schöne, gemütliche Wohnung mit tollem, modernen Bad. Super Kommunikation. Besonders gefallen haben mir die ausführlichen Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung.

Nous sommes arrivés dans une magnifique maison très bien entretenue où chacun pouvait avoir son espace Le jardin ainsi que la piscine étaient très confort Alberto qui nous a accueillis était vraiment très sympa et souriant Je recommande vivement !!

Tutto perfetto, pulitissimo e Silvana Super gentile!!

Sarà è stata una host eccellente. Precisa, disponibile, cortese e professionale. La casa è molto ampia e luminosa distribuita su due livelli con delle camere molto soddisfacenti. L intorno è stata una vera sorpresa un borgo costituito da antiche cascine ben ristrutturate e trasformate anche in ristoranti ben condotti. Comodità di parcheggio e ottimi collegamenti con Milano concludono un bel quadro per un soggiorno rispettabile e piacevole.

Permanenza di un mese super-approvata. Appartamento chiaramente ristrutturato da poco, pulito, con tutto il necessario, in zona tranquilla e vicina al centro storico a piedi e con i mezzi pubblici. Supermercati e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Host e collabooratori dell'host pieni di gentilezza e informazioni.

L'appartement de Maurizio est très spacieux pour deux personnes, bien aménagé et impeccable. nous sejournions à Milan deux jours et avons apprécié de laisser la voiture pour utiliser le tram ( prévoir 30 min de tram pour le centre) Maurizio est très réactif et les instructions sont très claires. Séjour parfait !

Great stay, handy location for the metro to go in to Milan. Spacious accommodation and had everything we needed, incredibly well stocked kitchen and also lovely welcome package of essential food which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend.

Ho soggiornato da Mario purtroppo solo una notte e sarei rimasto volentieri qualche altro giorno in più. Appartamento spazioso, pulito e silenzioso in posizione strategica. Grande Mario

It was a nice stay for my purpose. TLDR; I needed a bed to sleep on my bike trip from Milan to Bellagio. I chose Paolo's place based on its lowest price among everything that was available on Airbnb in that area at the time. At first I was astonished at the price because of the title of the listing "Entire home in La Valletta Brianza, Italy" but it proved to be a clickbait one. The place is actually a small room with a bathroom converted into a single-bed apartment in the house shown on the main photo of the listing. There are sealed doors connecting it with the rest of the house and you can hear some noise through them. One can guess from the photos that the room is quite small, although it looks somewhat bigger on the photos. Overall it was good for me, but the description of the place on Airbnb, IMHO, is prone to setting higher expectations for someone looking for more than just a bed and a bathroom.

Tout est positif, l’accueil, la relation avec les hôtes, la disponibilité, la gentillesse. Et pour la maison, rien à dire, tout était bien. Lieu, tranquillité, propreté, espace, si nous retournons dans la région, nous ne choisirons pas un autre établissement. Merci pour tout ! Patrice et toute la famille.

super logement pour profiter aussi bien du lac que du grand prix F1. il est paisible et avec une vue incroyable

Seconda volta nella casetta , Rita sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Apprezzo molto la posizione in zona residenziale sicura e tranquilla. La casetta ha quello che serve per un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante. Un piccolo supermercato raggiungibile anche a piedi, farmacia e un paio di pizzerie e ristorante a pochi minuti distanza.

Genialne mieszkanie! Bardzo duże, przestronne i komfortowe. Świetny landlord - kontaktowy - zawsze odpowiada szybko na wiadomości, bardzo pomocny! Dobra lokalizacja, Cudowny ogród - klimatyczny. Polecam!

Sehr schöne, kleine Wohnung mit guter Anbindung an die Buslinien. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Sogar in der Küche hat uns nichts gefehlt und auch bei kleinen Problemen war immer jemand zu erreichen und hat schnell geholfen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
