Doris’ place was excellent. The house and yard were beautiful, quiet and private with access to the lake. The place offered Something for everyone in our group (7 of us between the ages of 11 and 75 years) to keep entertained and relaxed. We had the best time and would love to stay again. The amenities were as described in the listing and she was a very responsive host!

We had a great 5 day stay with family of 3 generations. We loved the nooks & cranny’s of an old house. The bedrooms were large & spacious. It was only a 5-7 minute drive to 2 beaches, where we spent a lot of time with a 5 & 9 year old. There were lots of interesting shops within a 15 drive. It was quite warm when we were there & when we reached out to Cris, he provided a couple more fans for us. Great stay.

The spot was perfect for us, a great little cottage by the lake. The lake was gorgeous! Chris was very responsive for all of our changes in schedule and questions we had and even left us a little welcome gift of some snacks and drinks. It was incredible and we would stay there again! also it is much closer to Halifax than you think! Turn on tolls when looking because everyone uses the toll bridge and it's just 1.25$ at time of writing and it saves 20 minutes to get into Halifax!

Chris is fantastic host, very responsive and accommodating. We really enjoyed the hot tub and view!

Tout est pensée en fonction des besoins des utilisateurs. nous étions un groupe de parents qui c'était rassemblé pour une compétions de cheerleding de nos filles qui avait lieux à Halifax. il n'y avait pas d'enfant avec nous la maison est grande il y a de la place pour tous. Had a great stay over Valentine's weekend at this spot! We really enjoyed the spacious kitchen & den, the hot tub, and the beautiful frozen surroundings. If you're coming in winter, make sure your car is up to the task of scaling the hill on the way out. Winter tires are a must! I took a few attempts to get out, but Lisa was a huge help in getting us safely on our way.

Jordan’s place was perfect. We were down for a wedding in the area and it was the perfect landing spot to rest. Quiet neighbours and such a beautiful view. Beds were so comfortable, house was spotless.

Was breathtaking. Weather for us wasn’t the greatest but we made the best out of the moment! Got to enjoy a nice fire, finally got out on the canoes for the last few hours of the evening on our last day and it was so much fun. Was so nice to just enjoy peacefulness. Stunning scenery and am definitely missing it already. Thinking of rebooking for longer next time. Was so clean and had everything you’d need to be comfortable.

Great location for our stay. Apartment was clean and spacious with most comfortable beds. Jin was easy to contact and responded to requests quickly. The lake was a bonus with dock for swimming and plenty of outside seating. We would definitely recommend for an enjoyable stay in Dartmouth!

Beautiful basement suite with full kitchen, bathroom with toiletries, washer and dryer and a lounge room with streaming services and cable. Lovely setup with separate entrance for privacy, easy to find and easy instructions to get in. Snacks, juice and bottled water also provided. Would recommend. Only thing that would’ve been nice to have on hand would be a fan for the bedroom and a hair dryer, otherwise everything was great.

This was the most amazing place. We spent a week here and Everything you needed or wanted was right in this place. The surroundings were peaceful, very inviting. Gillian checked in with us halfway through our stay to see if we needed anything. The beds were very comfy. The firepit is beautiful there was a fully stacked wood pile to use for the fire. There were lots of chairs all around to sit outside or out by the the dock. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you Gillian and Scott for your hospitality.

We were looking for a quiet place near Annapolis Royal yet out-of-town, and we found it. The trips to surrounding towns, restaurants, and tourist sites were easy and there was little traffic. Although not all the rooms in the cabin have been fully renovated yet, Patrick thoughtfully provided comfortable furnishings, and there were many 'homey' touches that we appreciated, like adequate lighting in each room, good quality linens and towels, and flowers on the table. We enjoyed the well-supplied kitchen, great shower, and deck for relaxing, outdoor breakfasts, and views of Milbury Lake from the private beach. Patrick was a responsive host and made sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our weekend getaway at the cottage. The place was spotlessly clean and cozy and had all the amenities you could possibly need. The place is very private and we got to enjoy the kayaks and a lovely bonfire under the stars. The hosts are very accommodating, friendly and responsive. This is one of the nicest AirBnBs I have stayed at and we are already planning to come again next summer. Highly recommended!

Great location for getting away from everyday life. multiple lodgings if ever you want to rent as a family unit. the water access and equipment is a bonus!

This was a great stay and we hope to be back. The weather was less than favorable but it didn't matter, we loved staying here. Beautiful location and an amazing home. It had everything we needed!

Beautiful cottage! The views of the bay are breathtaking from the wrap around deck and from inside as well. My husband and I had a great weekend getaway and enjoyed cooking on deck, sipping coffee in the mornings and playing pool in the evenings. Great for couples and families. Highly recommend :)

This little oasis is just that, it has a peaceful and welcoming feel. We visited for the purpose of ice fishing, and it did not disappoint. We had everything we needed and more, plus the access to the lake was very easy, convenient, as it was literally right in the back yard! I recommend this place to anyone, anytime of year. We will definitely be returning to see all its beauty in the summer! Mario was personal, friendly, and prompt in his messaging. It is obvious he is organized and genuinely wants his guests to have a good time. He has thought of it all, including a binder with all sorts of information about the property, location, fishing, bike trails, etc. there isn’t anything he hasn’t thought of! Excellent service!

Second time to this Airbnb... once again loved it! No complaints... had a beautiful stay with our puppies! Love being able to bring them to enjoy time together. Everything was perfect! Host was excellent! We loved the extra touch of the Christmas tree and decos that were still there for our January 2nd vacation (made Christmas last just that little bit longer) 🎄💗 Would love to be back !
