A charming House by an amazing lake in the Slovenian Alps near the Soča River, and I can't recommend it enough! The house is quite old, but it's in great condition and very clean, giving it a cozy and authentic feel. The highlight of my mornings was enjoying a cup of their excellent coffee while taking in the stunning views of the lake and mountains. Absolutely breathtaking! The host provided kayaks, which made for some unforgettable trips on the lake — perfect for those looking to explore the area and enjoy some adventure. Overall, a fantastic place for a relaxing getaway with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.

Our stay at Predag's place was truly wonderful! This little paradise nestled in the hills offered beautiful views from the balcony, and we spent many peaceful evenings soaking in the beauty of the landscape. The garden was a highlight, with its refreshing pool providing the perfect escape on warm days. The house itself was very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. We were especially grateful for the air conditioning, which made our stay even more comfortable. The beds were excellent, ensuring we all had a restful night's sleep. Predag and his family manage the house and garden with great care and attention to detail. They are super friendly and helpful. We were fortunate to taste the delicious wine made by our host, and we highly recommend it! This place is ideal for a family with up to 4 kids, and we left with wonderful memories. Highly recommend and might even return one day!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus von Neil. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 2 Jungs im Alter von 15 und 4 kleineren Kindern (im Alter von 3-11). Alle waren sehr zufrieden und haben sich wohl gefühlt. Neben dem Billardtisch für die großen Jungs, war das Spielzimmer mit Kaufmannsladen etc. für die Kleinen attraktiv. Darüberhinaus gab es draußen den Sportplatz und Kinderspielplatz. Ausreichend viel Platz war für alle da und das gemeinsame Kochen und Essen am großen Tisch ein zentraler Ort in unserem Urlaub. Die Kinder hatten große Freude an den Eiswürfeln, die sie direkt am großen Kühlschrank sich automatisch holen konnten. Für die Aktivitäten im Umland und auch den Einkauf war das Auto ein notwendiger Begleiter. Wir haben uns insbesondere über die Bademöglichkeiten in den Flüssen und Wasseraktivitäten in der Nähe von Tolmin und Most na Soči gefreut. Danke für den guten Ort.

I had the pleasure of staying at this stunning penthouse, and it was an unforgettable experience! The highlight was the enormous partially covered terrace, where we enjoyed our morning coffees while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding hills and part of river. The accommodation itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. Check in was easy. The only downside which is really nobody's fault was that we had no internet connection from the street. I recommend that you look at the map before you arrive. I highly recommend this penthouse for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful setting. I can’t wait to come back!

Très belle maison, très bien équipée et confortable, à partir de laquelle nous avons pu visiter plein de jolis villages ! Arrivée très facile et flexible ! Je recommande à 100%

We had a wonderful stay at the Garden Villa. Upon arrival we had a warm welcome and clear explanation about the house with some extra tip for a refreshing spot in the area, which was more than welcome with the hot temperatures. The house was perfect, clean and fully equipped. The shade on the terras provided by the grape vine made it a good place to relax, just be aware of the mosquitos, even during daytime 😉 The village of Stanjel is really charming and the perfect location to discover the area and wider region (Slovenia, Trieste) I highly recommend!

We had a great time. The house ist huge and the garden with the little river in it is beautiful. Walter was very friendly an made us feel welcome. When there was a power outage one night, he came straight away to help us and got the power Back on in no time. 12 out of ten stars 😁

La Villa est très récente. Le logement sous les toits est singulier et aménagé avec goût. Il correspond aux photos. Le site et la vue sont très agréables. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour dans la "Toscane" slovène.
