Grace’s place was a home from home, clean, spacious and had everything you could need for a stay away. Shops were within walking distance and lots of public transport links to get where needed. Parking on the street was only a short walk away.

Highly recommended! Beautiful cottages and location, perfect for our group holiday. The kitchens were equipped with all we needed, the accommodations had great showers and comfortable beds. The garden is an amazing outdoor space perfect for summer dining. We really enjoyed our stay and Kirsty was a brilliant host, she was really responsive when we messaged. Thanks again!

A great host, very fast responses to our very late notice booking, everything was ready for us within a hour of booking. Super clean and comfortable house with great facilities, perfect for a 3 generation family break. Would recommend and would be happy to stay again. thank you hosts for being so responsive, for answering all my questions and requests with patience :) my family enjoyed their time there. my only nitpick would be some kitchen utensils were a bit dusty / dirty, and there was no hooks in the bathroom, which made it a bit difficult to hang up clothing. other than that, everything was as advertised and we had a fantastic and memorable stay.

Wow what a place, we had a truly lovely stay! Lucy is a fantastic host, very welcoming, friendly & informative! Lucy even left us a welcome basket! Filled with essentials plus prosecco, biscuits & a homemade lemon cake - Lucy went above and beyond! It is such a beautiful, private, welcoming and relaxing annex! Perfect for a break from busy day to day life! Fab for the puppies too, with a private secure outdoor garden and amazing location with great walks and trips. Hotel standard bedrooms and bathrooms. Very convenient location near Trent Bridge. Living area and kitchen all good quality, although we didn't need these this time.

We had a lovely stay. Lesley was a friendly host and we were made to feel very welcome. The property was clean & tidy, good water pressure in the shower, plenty of hot water and everything you could need for a short stay. Getting to use the pool was an extra bonus. Definitely recommend and would happily return.

Brilliant quirky stay in 'Arvey', the novelty being an 80s US Motorhome was brilliant, facilities and everything on site was in abundance and clearly signed/explained. Gabrielle was quick to communicate, we have already talked about returning with our 2 boys over the summer!

Fantastic place for a get away very peaceful. Lovely and tidy when we arrived and the hot tub was ready togo. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. 10/10 weekend. Can’t recommend enough.
