Angela is really an amazing lady, providing welcome gifts,plus tea, coffee and fresh milk. great after a long journey cuppa and feet up. we would like to keep this a secret but it's too perfect for anyone to missout on. nook up you won't be disappointed

Great hosts!! Really friendly, responsive and caring! I booked this for family visiting Nottingham for the first time and I’m glad we did! My family felt right at home and were delighted with their stay! They were very comfortable staying in this private annex and really liked the homely touches and warm welcome they received from the hosts. They said they would love to stay here again :)

Fabulous 3 night stay as a family of 6. Cottage is bigger than it appears in the photos, plenty of room for all of us. Really well equipped, great shower, wonderful location, lots of charm. Children loved the cats that came to visit and looking out on the horses. Dermot and Anne were lovely hosts, really friendly and gave us useful local information along with breakfast items, tea coffee etc. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and book again. An absolute gem. Thank you

Good spot for a night in Gainsborough! Steven was super flexible and relaxed with check-in. Nikki (the manager) was extremely friendly and welcoming. The pub was nice and lively downstairs. After a quick drink I still got a great sleep since the room isn't directly above.

perfect stay comfortable bed lovely seating area. great outdoor space, amazing shower and lovely little kitchen with great extras . much appreciated great location , hosts were friendly and helpful information book provided with all you need to know would definitely recommend and would definitely be back .

The Airbnb me and my partner stayed in was perfect for what we had envisioned. Luca was very responsive and always helpful. If we were to come back to Swinderby we’d definitely stay there again.

Loved the Grannex. it was perfect for us and our dogs. great enclosed space for them to mooch about and have a good sniff. It had everything you could need for a short term stay, all neatly stored. Comfy beds and furniture and lovely walk on shower space/ wet room. Kirsten was a great host, great comms leading up to the stay and super helpful whilst we were there with some handy local tips and stuff. The Grannex is a peaceful space at the rear of the owners house, whilst it is ideally located for driving in, there was very little noise from the local roads. Would definitely stay again when visiting Nottitngham. Thanks Kirsten.

Beautiful cottage, nice personal touches, milk in fridge, shower cap. Wonderful decor and a very quiet place. Colleen was great at communucating.

We had a wonderful stay at Bahar’s Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cosy, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed. Bahar was a fantastic host—welcoming, responsive, and respectful of our privacy. The location was perfect, with easy access to local shops and transport, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. We truly felt at home and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

We stayed here with our 5yo daughter. It's a lovely place. Very secluded and quiet despite being so close to the railway line. The kitchen is well-equipped and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

It was my son’s first stay alone on a course at an air bnb Emma was kind and welcoming but gave him the space he needed to study. He loved the fact it was secure and safe. He also commented he would love to line in a place like Emma’s new clean tidy, thanks you.

We found the Little Nook a fantastic place to stay. The accommodation was clean and bright, with good quality fittings and finish. A fully equipped kitchen with including dishwasher and washing machine. Michelle was a very friendly and helpful host. We will certainly be staying again when in the area, and would highly recommend the Little Nook to others.

The hosts was there waiting for us at the gate's with a friendly welcoming and if im honest im not the best at meetings new people straight away, unlike my beautiful who wife who is the social butterfly out of the two of us, but straight away i felt comfortable and relaxed especially with lynda 😊 and stuart is just like me tells you what's the important things are and let's you get on with the rest no fuss perfect. Now to The cabin WOW, there's so much i could say but i would be here all day it was perfect especially for me personally, ive got 2 jobs and 3 kids ages 1-5-6 which I love to bits but this was 100% perfect for me and my wife to be together alone and relax its just right every little detail is there for us to feel like were on our first dates again and make each other happy. Thank you for a perfect break we will definitely come again .no kids lol

Lovely place to stay! Very clean and tidy! It was in the perfect location with only a 10 minute walk into the centre. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Nottingham :)

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Robert and Janes lovely and spacious annex. It is obvious that they take every effort to make your stay as comfortable and easy as it can be. The annex is just like the pictures and is spotlessly clean. Cooking and eating in is a very welcome addition to our stay and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and all the cutlery. The shower is lovely and the bed is very comfortable with crisp nice smelling bedding. Robert is very helpful and always responsive should you need anything. You will find Robert and his lovely wife Jane to be a lovely couple to meet and chat along with. I would definitely recommend without hesitation that you stay with them at their place. What a fantastic place to stay. Very private and secluded. You really are out in the country. It pays to do due diligence and look up the location on maps as we found it a little tricky at night. The accommodation looked recently renovated all to a high standard. Comfortable beds and quality linens. Super kitchen. Great living room area. Being a new conversion it was up to a high standard and was very warm. Recommend.

Nina was a truly excellent host! We booked the property to watch Wrestlemania and the Location was unbelievable, very close to the Bus Stop and a few local shops about 100 yards away, the check in was very easy and we had some lovely goodies left for us by the host. You won’t find a better value for money property in the whole of the East Midlands and we will be booking again!

Had an absolutely lovely stay. The cottage was incredibly clean and cozy. We had a few lovely nights where we chose to watch tv and not go out at all! The cottage was very well stocked and we felt right at home. Linens were spotless and there was great water pressure and heat. The hosts were very sweet and caring. Could not recommend this cozy place enough.
