Rebecca and her partner we absolutely lovely. she helped us check in and gave us recommendations on places to eat and local walks. the place was lovely and peaceful, clean and overall had a great time. we were suprised by the little gifts left, had fresh eggs from the chickens along with lots of other food. thanks again we had a great weekend.

We had a lovely stay at Fabian’s house - there was plenty of space for three adults and three children. The kids loved exploring all the rooms and running around the large garden! Very clean, very well equipped and we appreciated the toys and games. Thanks for having us!

A beautiful, spacious and quirky house. Many historic features kept in the renovations but nothing too precious so the children (aged 9-12) were able to play inside & out. The huge kitchen/dinner/lounge made a great family space to eat or chill out with plenty of furniture for all ten of us. We all enjoyed pottering about in the river behind the house in the little boat & Toby lent us a bigger boat & kayaks for a longer trip in a better part of the river. We toasted marshmallows over the fire pit, cooked pizza in the pizza oven & watched bats flying over the water in the evenings. Good beaches & a cinema are only half an hour drive away and the Emmaus charity shop & cafe (10min in the car, 45min walk) is well worth a visit. Good biscuits in the kitchen when we arrived was a nice touch.

Lovely place to stay with our puppy! Great place, great decor and comfy. Excellent location with Ickworth Estate accessible through garden gate for great walks and also within walking distance to 2 local pubs. Bury St Edmunds just a short drive away. We had a great weekend thank you very much!!

Had a lovely stay here over the bank holiday week. Was a perfect location to relax and go on dogs walks, there's a lovely local pub not 10 mins walk away with great food and chatty locals. Everything around was dog friendly which was great, particularly the local farm shops that are dotted all over. The home its self was well equipped, with beautiful views from the back garden to enjoy at all times of day. Hot tub is a nice touch to relax in after busy days of relaxing and walking the local fields. Found a beautiful bluebell walk nearby which was really something special. The perfect getaway location for those wanting to relax and spend time in nature.

A perfectly located home from home on Norfolk’s north coast, easy access to all the key sights on offer and a quick trip back to Norwich if you wanted to take in a visit to the city as part of your stay.

A wonderful stay in a spacious yet homely house. A lovely characterful home, well placed for plenty of surrounding activities & a very amenable host. Super comfortable & perfectly relaxing. My family (including our dog) really enjoyed our stay…we’ll definitely return.

What can I say , a brilliant experience from start to finish! Lyndsay was a great host , super responsive and helpful throughout , with lots of helpful information regarding the property and surrounding area. The place itself was fantastically decorated and lovely and light , and there was more than enough room for us all (6 Adults and 4 Children). The Kitchen Dining area is a brilliant space to spend time together. The Garden is huge and an ideal outdoor space for games , a bbq or drinks in the Sun , and the garage having a Pingpong table and additional games too was a nice touch. Heating controls were very easy to use and once set , the place soon warms up quickly. It was very easy to find and there is plenty of parking space and the local pub is just a short walk through the churchyard. We chose to have lunch there and it was dead nice and reasonably priced. Overall , Lyndsay was fantastic and so was the Accommodation, the only negative was having to leave! 😁

I cannot thank the hosts enough for their hospitality. Questions were answered promptly, they were flexible , all you had to do was ask. The place was pristine and very well kept and I can't fault it in any way. If I am in the local area I wouldn't hesitate getting their accommodation again. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Fabulous stay. Glorious facilities and incredible nature all around. The natural pool is very special. Great to have covered fully equipped kitchen as well as individual fire pits and tripod for more outdoorsy experience. Great warm tents. Will definitely come again.

Greg’s place was like a home from home, very clean and everything we needed for our short 2 night stay. Place was warm and inviting, plenty of towels and the hot shower was very welcome after being on a boat for four nights. There was a nice size dining table and the place was very spacious given everything apart from the bathroom was in one open plan area. Many thanks Greg, you have a lovely place and will recommend to friends and family.

We had a wonderful Easter break in the Director’s shed. It was super comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed and more. The projector was a lovely touch meaning we could have movie nights which were fun. The pub across the road is lovely and the location was very quiet and peaceful. Thank you!!

A great place to stay- it's a beautifully renovated yet wonderfully original wagon, that's comfortable and well appointed for any retreat. We really enjoyed the garden space to be amongst the fruits and vegetables and Bertie the horse! Wish we could've stayed longer! Overall just the tranquility we wanted. Thanks to Julia for being great and accommodating host.

Just what we were looking for although only for a couple of days and plenty of outdoor space for our dog to roam around

Lovely accommodation with everything you might need and great host.. Lovely comfy bed in a cosy cabin in beautiful surroundings. would recommend for walking, cycling or as a great get away for peace and tranquility

Lovely cosy cabin that was just what we wanted for a chilled Easter break. The first evening we arrived we sat in the sun over looking the fields and saw hares and skylarks. Amazingly, we also had the company of a muntjak deer who walked within 10 meters of us. The accommodation was great and the area had looks to do and see. All round a great place to stay.

Had a lovely few days stay at the miller's shed. It was a very relaxing location after a day out walking the coastal areas with our dog. Close to many amenities. A lovely welcome pack on arrival with local honey and freshly made apple juice and bread. It was our dogs first holiday and he was able to settle well in his surroundings, home from home. Would definitely book again.

Such an incredible location! We had ponies for neighbours and ate dinner on the patio watching the sunset. It was a very peaceful place to stay. The farm is far enough from towns that there’s no traffic, no noise. But close to plenty of good places to eat. Their handbook had lots of local recommendations and notes on the many beaches nearby. This was a great base for exploring Norfolk. The cabin itself is compact and cleverly designed, the rooms have multifunctional spaces for resting, eating, and storage for luggage. Plus plenty of outdoor space. Although it’s close to the road, it felt like a private space as we saw hardly anyone.
