Jeanette is a wonderful host. She met us on our arrival and gave us a tour of our rental ensuring that she answered any questions. She is very responsive and quick to answer any follow up. questions or concerns. The space is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The location is great, across the street from Long Island Sound and bordering a large nature preserve. All this and easy access to shops, groceries, and restaurants. We highly recommend this rental.

Johannas place was clean, just as described and had everything we needed for our quick one night stay. We brought our puppy and the back yard made it easy for us.

We enjoyed our stay at Samantha and Robert’s place. Convenient location, close to downtown and the beach. The place is spacious and cozy. Samantha and Robert provided us with everything we needed.

Enjoyed staying at Peter‘s place. We were especially glad we used the sauna, that was fun and a unique aspect of the property. It is a little bit close to a busy intersection, but Cold Spring is pretty quiet at night (and unfortunately there happened to be a political protest on the corner, the first morning.) The instructions for entry could have been a little clearer, because we weren’t familiar with the keypad lock. But other than that, it was a very nice place to stay, and we would certainly stay there again. Thanks, Peter!

The place is very comfortable and close to the shore. It was just what we needed. Silver Sands State Park is beautiful all times of the year, even in January when we stayed.

The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, and the beach is right next to the house. The home itself is nicely set up, clean, and comfortable. Jenn was incredibly responsive and kind throughout our stay. We’ll definitely miss the time we spent there!

Overall a great space, right next to the ocean and silver sands State Park. Easy to find and available parking. Clean and tidy, space as pictured. Shared back yard. Quick and easy communication with owner.

We were gathered from around the country for my Mother s Memorial. It was such a pleasure to stay in such a peaceful environment, as emotions were high. It was healing. Beautiful home, and all directions were clear. If it had been a little later in the Spring and the weather warmer, it would have been even better. I highly encourage anyone to stay and enjoy what the area has to offer in Gregory's beautiful home. You will have a wonderful vacation!

We loved Leslie's place and would book here again in a heartbeat - especially in beach season (we were there mid-April). We opted for Leslie's because of its great location over a much larger home with more amenities in the same price range - we were not disappointed! We have two teenage boys and we felt comfortable letting them explore the neighborhood on their own while we squeezed in a few hours of work. Walk or bike to beach, park, basketball courts, restaurants/bars, laundry and more. Encountered many friendly neighbors on our walks. Average 15 min drive to explore lots in West Haven/New Haven. The deck is almost as large as the house with a grill and great furniture. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog - even she felt right at home immediately! The inside is nicely decorated and very comfortable. I loved having my coffee/beer/ cocktail on the deck in view of Long Island Sound with my dog sunning herself by my feet! I highly recommend for couples or families of all ages!

The house was gorgeous and such a beautiful location and time of year to stay. Highly recommended!
