Will always use Stephen for stays. I’ve stayed in multiple of his properties now and this one was breathtaking. Will be staying here anytime I visit Birmingham

Très jolie maison, correspond à l'annonce. Joli déco assez minimaliste. Hôte très sympathqiue et repond rapidement. quelques suggestions à améliorer : - le chauffage est inaccessible pour le régler dans une des chambres, et il faisait très froid. - les meubles de cuisines sont très haut, impossibles à accéder pour une petite personne, heureusement qu'on était 4. - il n'y avait pas de quoi allumer la plaque à gaz, on a dû partir en magasin acheter un briquet. - il y a des ballons dans les buissons du jardin 😅 - là où on stationne la voiture, c'est extrêmement sale avec plein de déchets autour, mais ce n'est pas de la faute de la hôte.

We rented this Airbnb for a works meeting and it couldnt have worked out any better. The accommodation was clean and beds really comfy, the outside space was great so we did most of the meeting in the late afternoon and evening sat in the sunshine in the garden. We couldnt fault the cleanliness of the kitchen or bathrooms and the showers were really powerful, what was needed to wake us all up in the morning to carry on our meeting. We had milk and juice in the fridge when we arrived and tea and coffee was provided along with a little treat that was a lovely added touch. Joy (the host) responded to all requests for information and the information regarding access to the house etc was provided in time with easy to follow instructions. We would just like to say a BIG thankyou to Joy.

Excellent. Had everything we could need. Plenty of towels and blankets. Lots of storage space. The kitchen had everything we needed. Nice bathroom and shower. A proper little apartment really. Marie was always responsive and made sure we had everything. Our stay was brief but we certainly enjoyed it.

Found this place online as a need for a getaway and it did not disappoint!! The place was fantastic, easy to find following clear instructions from Tyler. There really isn’t anything bad to say about this place at all other than it was only available for one night! We would have loved to have stayed longer but unfortunately it wasn’t available! Clean, tidy, huge telly with Netflix, although we didn’t watch any of it as the slide and games table took up most of the evening! Added bonus is the hot tub which is round the side of the property and isn’t overlooked so you can watch the sunset in peace. My only small criticism would be that if you want kindling for the fire pit then it’s a further £20 charge, I feel providing a small amount of kindling for the fire pit would really put the icing on the cake Genuinely is a fantastic place and would 100% stay again! Also the bed in the hayloft is unbelievably comfortable!!

Alex was a great responsive host. Always replied instantly and helped with any queries. The area is lovely and quiet and the grain house was a lovely stay. Really cosy and comfy. Will definitely be booking here again.

Really lovely place. Very peaceful. Recommend the nearby canal side walk at Turley Locks and pickles Indian restaurant was amazing!
