Clean home and it looks nicer inside than the pictures. I especially appreciated the comfortable beds and good A/C. The gate can be a little annoying to unlock/open and lock/close, which applies whether you're leaving on foot or in a car.

This was such a great place to stay! It was convenient to all Tuscaloosa had to offer without the hassle. Shannon has done such a great job with his place making it feel like home. These Band Moms will definitely be back next year!

We stayed here for an Alabama football game and it was great! Affordable and close enough to all the action. Would definitely recommend. Also, the host Tina was super helpful and took care of us!

We loved our stay at the Historic Train House. This is by far one of my favorite Airbnbs in Tuscaloosa. It's interior is decorated so cute and has lots of cool train memorabilia! The location is perfect for visiting your college student at the university. Our trips back and forth to campus were just minutes away. We did a lot of walking and the neighborhood is nice. Also, the host is incredibly responsive and was always available to answer questions if we needed help. The house has most anything you would need. It's isn't huge but everything you need is there and has a lot of beds for the space. If you need a place in T-town, this is a great pick!! I also recommend the Tuscaloosa Farmers market, it is close by and really nice in the spring/summer. I'm so glad I booked this place.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very Beautiful and spacious. We loved the updates inside the home, especially the master bathroom and the kitchen. The home smelled very clean and fresh when we walked in. Can't wait to book again in the near future.

The place was perfect for my trip to Tuscaloosa. It was nice and clean. I appreciated the homey feeling the place had. It was close to the university campus which made it convenient for the activities I was involved in.

Perfect cozy stay! The home was located in a neighborhood near a beautiful lake! It was easy to locate and very close to the University of Alabama. The house was super clean, featured comfortable beds, and great spaces to hang out. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Brandon provided very clear information about check-in, location, and local ammenities. Highly recommended!!

We stayed at Alan's place when we toured the University of Alabama. When traveling, there are two things that are must haves for us- clean and quiet. Alan's place was super clean, super quiet and a bonus- very well appointed. The towels are plentiful, the host very responsive, comfy beds, and about a 7 minute drive to the university. On our last day, the condo was really hot when we returned at the end of the day. I messaged Alan and he came right out and had someone there to take a look w/in hours. It turned out that there was a broken something that couldn't be repaired that day so Alan offered to let us stay for a discount or refund us to stay at a hotel-- which we really appreciated. If our daughter ends up at UA, we will without a doubt stay at Alan's place again!

Martha was an excellent host from start to finish. Always responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The space was perfect for a getaway gameday weekend with friends. Great host, great space, great times!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The space was beautifully decorated completely embodying the essence of Tuscaloosa. Communication was smooth and very helpful throughout the entire trip from the stress free check in to the very end. We couldn’t have asked for a better trip and would definitely stay again.

Becky's little house was awesome. If we come down here we will stay there for sure again. All her little extras that she thought of was exceptional. Her thoughtfulness far exceeds any other place that we have ever stayed. There was nothing that we could have wanted that we couldn't find there. The fenced yard was really nice for the puppy we had along with us. The beds were all comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay. Becky always answered in a very timely manner. Thank you Becky for an awesome stay. Hope you enjoy the little Thank you that we left behind on the dining room table for you.

This is our 2nd stay at the condo! Absolutely love the location to everything! We can walk to several restaraunts, shops and events. Love the management and everything about the condo!

Great spot for Game Day! Nice neighborhood and super easy drive to campus! Very spacious and clean and had all the amenities we needed!

We needed a last minute place to stay to visit our friends husband for his 50th birthday. All the hotels were booked so we jumped on airbnb and found his home. It is very beautiful and peaceful. Wish we could of enjoyed the home more but we spent the days with our besties. This home is beautiful, clean and very well kept. Highly recommend.

An absolutely wonderful place - charming and well decorated, it was a fantastic quiet get-a-way from the hustle of the university. Everything was flawless and we would absolutely recommend this air bnb without any hesitation whatsoever. Easily sleeps 6.

Natasha’s place was awesome she was very accommodating, the house is great with lots of space. She was very responsive and made sure we felt at home. She had enough space for us to enjoy ourselves and the house is in a great location with lots of parking. I will definitely stay again next time I’m in town.
