This is a great budget friendly place that is walkable and can easily get to most places in Chiangmai. There’s a 7-11 within 5 minutes walking so you can stock up on any necessities. Be warned that there are a lot of stairs, at least two flights of stairs to reach the first bedroom.

Wir waren für 1 Monat in dieser Unterkunft. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns alles gefallen. Rapee ist ein sehr sympatischer und netter Gastgeber. Die Dinge (Bügeleisen, Staubsauger etc), die uns gefehlt haben, hat Rapee uns sofort besorgt. Er war auch in anderen Sachen uns behilflich (medizinische Beratung). Das Einzige, was wir sehr vermisst haben waren die Moskito-Netze an den Fenster. Danke und alles Gute!

We loved our stay at the Corner’s Unique House. It seems at first to be a bit off the beaten path but then you realize there is a super nice grocery store and restaurant area just next door and then a huge mall down the street. Plus it’s fairly close to the old town. We ended up getting a moped but used Grab into town and tuktuks back. It wasn’t generally a problem to get one any time of day. Kannika was super helpful and responsive, always answering texts and helping to fix problems immediately if they arrived. They also came and cleaned every few days if you wanted, which was an amazing plus. We also loved the airport pickup and dropoff. It’s super close to the airport but it was still so nice to not have to arrange it ourselves. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great stay at the condo! Our family with younger children was a bit loud and some neighbors complained, but other than that had a wonderful stay! Felt right at home the entire time, Jin was a wonderful host and very reaponsive!

This home was in a wonderful location! So much to do in the area and a short tuk tuk ride to the markets and old town area. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations.

This is an amazing place! The location is absolutely perfect. It is basically 20 Minutes to drive anywhere in the city, getting a Grab is always easy and convenient, and lots of great restaurants, cafes, and massages within a 5-10 Minutes walk. Hosts weee responsive and friendly with great local recommendations. The home was fully stocked with everything we could possibly want. Definitely recommend every stay here!

โลเคชั่นดีเยี่ยม หลังบ้านติดกับ 7-11 เดินไม่กี่ก้าวถึงร้านอาหารแถวๆ วงเวียน บ้านมีอุปกรณ์ทุกอย่าง สะดวกสะบาย โฮสให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก แนะนำครับ

골든타운 신축건물이라 실내외 벌레도 없고 매우 깨끗함 가전이나 가구도 깨끗하고 훌륭함 길 건너 마트가 2개이며, 루암촉몰의 월화 야시장은 현지인 위주로 다른 야시장보다 훨씬 싸고 맛있음 다만 1층 화장실에는 온수가 나오지 않지만 정수필터가 있는지 물이 깨끗함 수영장이 있어 아이들과 머물기엔 정말 최고!!!

交通方便，步行到宁曼路很近，房间干净，舒适。 和房东沟通也很顺畅，有机会会再回来。

It was 8 of us who stayed at Am’s place and we really felt at home. The description matched the house. She is very kind too. Whenever there are issues, she is quick to accommodate and do solution for it. We will really use Am’s house again in the future.

We had a pleasant and very comfortable stay in the villa. Easy check-in and easy check-out + easy to ge there because of the airport transfer offered. When we checked-in we needed a couple of things to use for our short stay and the host is very helpful and responsive to accommodate our needs. The villa has a good wifi connection too, my husband used it for this work. Situated in a guarded community, peaceful and quiet neigborhood and not far from the city. The neighbors are nice as well, one helped us when we had trouble with our rented car. You need your own transport if you stay here as its not walking distance to the town center. There's 7/11 closeby and tops market as well for basic needs. There was a good gym in walking distance where one in my group went for. Everybody in my group had a wonderful stay in the villa. It made our stay perfectly relaxing after a long day of exploring Chiang Mai.

Was a fantastic property! 3 lovely bedrooms with en suite, spotless and well furnished. The property was close to restaurants and easy to get local taxis into the markets etc. Our hosts were really friendly and responsive, and gave clear instructions. Thank you so much!

This place is amazing, the location is absolutely perfect, and the transportation is super convenient. The house is exactly as shown in the photos. I loved it so much that I even wanted to buy it! However, the only downside is that since it's newly renovated, there is still some renovation smell when you first move in. I would recommend guests who are pregnant or have babies to wait at least six months after my review before choosing to stay here

Отличное жильё! Очень удобное месторасположение, рядом всё, при этом тихо и спокойно. На территории есть спортзал и бассейн. В доме всё новое, чисто, уютно, кухня полностью укомплектована. Проживанием остались очень довольны — если бы квартира не была уже забронирована, с удовольствием остались бы дольше.

I absolutely love this place. It's spacious, clean, and perfectly located. The house has everything I need, making it feel like home. The kitchen and backyard area are especially amazing.

I am not the first one to write this but the apparent is literally inside the Saturday market which I must mention was the best market we have been in Thailand. Not too crowded, great prices, lots of unique and local products and good vibes. We arrived on Saturday afternoon to a not that busy street, the 3 floors apparent is located in an internal building with a small porch facing the small parking lot. A few hours later, the entire street including the parking lot is filled with music and beautiful market stands. Not to worry, all the hassle disappeared before midnight as if it was not there. The apparent itself is very spacious with living room and kitchen on the first floor and two huge bedrooms with private bathroom on each of the other floors. Fah and Talay are very responsive and provide good tips for the stay. This is a great accommodation if you are here on Saturday!

Perfect place to stay for our trip, with a short ride into the town centre. Able to walk / use bikes to get to local shops near by - 2/3 mins on bike. Use of pool / gym facilities right on the door step.
