Excellent stay at RivahLife! The views were spectacular and the home was exactly as described. Easy to find with lots of stuff for the kids and adults. Looking forward to returning during the warmer months as the fishing, boating, and swimming would be more desirable. Thanks for the high chair and portable crib. Those things really help when traveling with kids.

We enjoyed our stay here. The kids enjoyed seeing the chickens in the backyard. Location is great- we enjoyed walking, it is a very quiet area. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. If you have kids, take note that the play set is no longer there!

Charlene is a wonderful and very responsive host. This was our second time staying there when we visit Williamsburg. The location is great and only a few minutes from everything. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our week. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Oyster House. The home was beautifully decorated & in a very peaceful location. Had everything we needed and more. Our pups loved the big yard! Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Eddie's place! Very close to restaurants, Colonial Williamsburg, and Busch Gardens. The unit we stayed in was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed during our stay. Highly recommended!

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

The Laughing King (and the Honeymoon Island Cottage in particular) were fantastic! A wonderful quick getaway from DC for couples. The property is gorgeous - a farm with a historic old house that is the main lodge, surrounded by hundred-year-old oak trees, a standalone cottage (that we stayed in for 3 nights), open fields, a saltwater pool, and private beach with dock and a boat and SUPs for guest use. MJ serves up gourmet breakfasts (eggs Benedict, avocado toast, French toast, quiche, etc. over the course of our stay) + coffee in the morning and also dished out recommendations on local spots to visit. 100% will be back!

This was our second stay at Beach Please and it was just as delightful as the first! The house was again squeaky clean, thoughtfully decorated and had plenty of room for our multi-generational family to spread out. Grandparents appreciated the first floor master bedroom and kiddos loved the game room, and the crafts and puzzles upstairs. The neighborhood is peaceful and cozy, with beautiful views in every direction. The addition of the acoustic guitar for songs by the firepit was a major plus, as our ten year old is a music lover and almost brought her own. We had a great stay and would recommend this AirBnB to anyone! Grab a week (or two) and don't think twice.

We loved our stay at the Rosé Retreat and are so sad to leave! The place was spacious and beautiful- we felt right at home. The surroundings were so peaceful and serene. Roxanne and Tara were very responsive and helpful. This was the perfect place for our family to spend a fun weekend together. When we come back to Irvington, we will absolutely stay at the Rosé Retreat again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful cottage by the water! The home itself is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully decorated — it felt like a true retreat. Waking up to the peaceful views of the water every morning was just magical. The location is perfect, with some fantastic restaurants just a short drive away — everything from fresh seafood to charming cafes. Heather was incredibly welcoming and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!

My partner and I had an amazing time at Victoria's place for a birthday celebration. It was extremely cozy, peaceful, and relaxing. Archer and Marley make the best welcome committee-- we had a great time making friends with the kind animals at the sanctuary. We were a short drive to Williamsburg, where we enjoyed lots of great food options, but we found ourselves missing the cottage and itching to return. There is lots to do on the property such as pool, darts, or relaxing on the L-shaped couch while enjoying a show. During our stay, we didn't have any issues with spotty wifi and were able to binge watch The Pitt without a problem. Overall, Victoria has a wonderful home and is a very thoughtful host. We hope to return soon!

I had a fantastic stay in Williamsburg! The room was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and had all the comforts of home. The hosts were incredibly communicative and helpful, making the entire experience seamless. Their attention to detail and hospitality really stood out. Our host, Tom, accommodated our family with a last minute request that was outside the typical stay parameters after another host had to do a last minute cancel on us for an unforeseen circumstance. He was the nicest host we've ever had! The home was very spacious, comfortable, spotless and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, paper supplies and all our cooking needs. Beds had soft, comfortable bedding. Bathrooms stocked with soaps, shampoos and plenty of towels. We truly just had to bring ourselves and the food/drink to enjoy a wonderful family Christmas stay. I highly recommend this AirBnb and we will definitely stay with this host again whenever we are in the area. Thank you!

We booked a last minute spring break trip with 2 kids and a small dog. We loved how private the property was and the fenced in yard was more than enough space for our dog to run around. The location was great and we were able to visit the Richmond zoo, Maymont, and spend time with some local friends while having a calm retreat to get rest between activities. We arrived late at night and had no issues finding the property or getting inside despite it being a little ways off a main road. The next morning we were happily surprised to see some donkeys across the street at the neighbor’s property! We enjoyed breakfasts at Eat 33 (such friendly staff and delicious food!) and our favorite dinner was at El Zocalo Mexican Restaurant (a must visit!).

We really enjoyed this cozy house for our short stay! The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had what we needed, the bathroom was clean. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, but a quick drive to great food and things to do. We appreciated the snack basket, what a sweet touch!

The house was great. The fenced yard was nice for my dog and granddaughter. It was quiet and peaceful. We loved the hot tub. I hope we can stay again.

We booked Jaimes's place at the last minute and honestly in a bit of a panic. He went out of his way to adjust the availability date to accommodate our schedule and was very responsive to all of my questions about the rental. It was perfectly situated in quiet, older neighborhood, and is walking distance to Maymont. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was graciously stocked with essentials, and cookware was in great condition! We were all very pleased with the amenities. There were also extra towels and cozy blankets that we loved! I appreciated the privacy of the TV room, because it allowed the rest of the house to go to bed early and you could close the door and not disturb the rest of the guests. Street parking was not a problem. We brought three cars and never had a problem finding of space near to the house. We will definitely look to come back to rent this home again ! Very happy!

Honestly, this could be the best Airbnb experience we have had to date. The house was actually nicer than the pictures, completely spotless and very quiet. Our dog loved the large fenced in yard. Steven was extremely accommodating and responsive. We felt so welcomed as this home was above and beyond with cookies and fresh fruit and water which were a lifesaver after being exhausted from a long drive. Steven even asked us if we needed cream in the morning for our coffee! I truly can’t say enough about this place as five stars doesn’t seem like enough. The bed was super comfy and we had such a great, quiet nights rest! We can’t thank you enough Steven and will definitely consider staying for during our Florida travels next year!!
