The host was very quick to respond with all communications. Checkin was easy. The place was very clean and everything worked. I loved that there were split air-cons throughout the residence and how close it is to the mall.

We had a wonderful stay at the condo unit! The place was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. The location was convenient, and the host was responsive and accommodating. Definitely a great place to relax and feel at home.

I was really pleased with the place and Brenda’s cooperation with everything we needed. The cleaning service was always available. The only thing I didn’t like was the noises of the cars at night.

- The host was always available for any questions I had. - During my long stay, a free cleaning service was kindly provided. - Parking fees had to be paid in cash, and since my card did not work, I sent the money via pay-pal and the host kindly paid in cash for me. - She also gave me recommendations about nearby places and things to do after asking. - The condominium was very well secured, and the staff were extremely friendly. - The view from the condominium was truly beautiful. The only negative point: - In the middle of the night, I could hear dogs barking and roosters crowing. (I'm not sure if this is normal in the Philippines) But not so loud to wake up and not so long lasting. Overall: If I will visit this city again, I will definitly book this apartment again. I really recommend it. The Price for this comfort, safety and size is really good.

This was a rare stay at an Airbnb that felt like a truely personal experience. Fiona and Henny not only nail a of the standard points for hosting, their personal touch goes above and beyond. They’re always happy to socialize in the bar they have downstairs, they even invited me to go along with them when they took a trip to the mountains! I look forward to coming back here!

The place feels homey and very comforting. Although it's a studio unit, it is spacious and does not feel cramped at all. The bed is comfy—it's soft but not overly so, making it easy to move around. You can hear the loud music from the surrounding bars, but not to the extent that it becomes disruptive and bothersome, so you can still get a good night's rest. My favorite part of the place is the kitchen, which is complete with the basic necessities for cooking and of good quality too. If you prefer cooking your own meals, you'll feel at ease doing so. The host, Ms. Jezza, was very responsive and helpful. Body soap, shampoo, hand soap, and dishwashing liquid were also provided, which was very thoughtful. The location is also very convenient and easy to find. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting CDO. We would surely choose to stay here again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Pearl’s condo. The place is clean and has all the essentials for a couple or solo traveller. It has a nice view from the 6th floor to enjoy the sunrise with my morning coffee. The place is also well-secured with security guards present at the gate and the lobby 24 hours a day. What stands out during my stay is my engagement with Pearl. She accepted my booking on the last minute after an issue with another bnb host. She is very quick in responding to my messages and accomodating to my requests. Thank you very much for making my stay in cdo more memorable Pearl.

Great location. Across the bridge from downtown and the taxi rides to downtown were around 100 pesos. Remy was able to fulfill my needs. I got the space for my father and Philippine airlines changed my flight from 6:00pm to 9:00 pm. Remy allowed me to stay longer than the 12:00 check out for a minimal fee. Checkout was changed to 6:00pm, so my 86 year old father was able to rest before heading to the airport. Thank You.

Had to stay for more than a week and throughout my stay, I was very comfortable. Communication with the host was good as they are responsive. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Worth it! Thank you!

This is a nicely run establishment by friendly people with easy access to the centre of town by taxi. My flat was quite large for one or two people, well provisioned and cool with the air con. It was secure and peaceful which gave a good place to relax after the bustle of the city. It was nice to walk down to the beach which only took about 10 minutes. It was good value and I would certainly stay there again.

The house is clean and all the things we need can easily be found. There are condiments which can be used freely. Also there is a free gallon of water which guests can drink. Guests can also brew their coffee. Utensils are complete as well. When it comes to the bathroom, it is very spacious and clean. The water heater works perfectly, there are also free bars of soap. Towels are also provided to guests. The room is also spacious and the air condition is cold. The owners, Ms. Vicky and her husband, is very accommodating. We were welcomed warmly even if we were a bit late. Vicky also replies quickly whenever we have questions. When we asked her if she has an extra umbrella, she lend us one even if its already late. She also cares for her guests as she would constantly check us if everything is okay or if there is anything we need. Overall, our stay at their place is pleasant. We will go back if we have the chance.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Maria! Bernd und Julito waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben uns viele Tipps gegeben. Im Ort selbst gibt es kleinere Läden wie eine Bäckerei und ein Hähnchen-Grill. Man muss mobil sein. Da wir noch nie Roller gefahren sind, haben wir ein Auto am Hafen gemietet, um die wunderschöne Insel zu erkunden. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

I had a pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The owner was prompt in replying, and the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city near malls and with a 7/11 at the entrance, which made everything very convenient. Although the building's parking was full, the helpful guards allowed us to park on the street. The room, located on the 19th floor, offers a great view of the city. It's small, as described, but well-equipped with a king-size bed, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, hair dryer, clothes iron, and complimentary body wash and shampoo. A practical and convenient choice for a city stay.
