A wonderful place to spend 3 nights on the edge of the New Forest. Fabulous accommodation. Private, quiet and superb barn which was really well appointed with great facilities including a separate spa room solely for our use. Chris was a lovely host, great communication before, during and after our stay.

Pretty little barn and just as described , we loved our 3 night stay and perfectly located for trips to Windsor, London and Legoland

Beautiful accommodation. An overnight stay with my daughter, spacious enough for the two of us and some beautiful restaurants near by with a lovely walk. The accommodation was as described and Natasha was very helpful. Would love to stay again

Piers was very helpful, always on hand & only a message away. The informative given about the local area & lots of eating recommendations were excellent. The driving instructions were very useful, especially following his final directions. Great location for Kingsbridge, Salcombe and surrounding areas.

We had a lovely stay with friends and family. The property was immaculate and had everything we needed, from all kitchen appliances, extra blankets, and board games. We loved our stay and would stay again. Thank you

A wonderful peaceful place which felt like a retreat. The owners were friendly and being able to join in with feeding the animals in the morning was great (not just for children). Sauna and hot tub was great. They would check what time we wanted it put on which was considerate. Was a surprise weekend for our mum and was even better than expected. Thank you for the stay x

Lucy's place was lovely! Great for an Easter getaway. We went up to Thors cave and there was a helpful guide on local walks attractions etc. The place was spotless and very cosy, we had everything we needed and felt like a real home away from home. Lucy came over right away when there was a slight problem with a radiator and had it fixed immediately. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again 🩷☀️

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

What a treasure of a place!! So cosy, private, quiet & peaceful and beautiful views too. The barn was well equipped, spotlessly clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. Lisa Marie was a fabulous host and was so very helpful too. So many great walks in the area for ourselves and our dog and great places to eat too!! We can’t wait to go back!!

A beautiful space in a peaceful setting, Pat and Neil's barn conversion was perfect for the two of us and our Dog, it had all the amenities you need and was clean and really comfortable. We would stay again and definitely recommend! Really close to Keswick and easy access to the Lake District, loads of shops and restaurants a short drive away in Penrith.

We had such a fantastic stay! The barn was absolutely beautiful — even better than we expected — and the hosts were truly lovely and incredibly accommodating. The location was perfect, just a short drive to Alton Towers, which made everything so easy for us. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and were super responsive to anything we needed. We honestly couldn’t fault a thing and would 100% love to come back again! Thank you so much for everything!

Beautiful house. Lovely location. For myself the track up to the property only being wide enough for one car with only a few passing places and a steep drop one side. Would mean I wouldn’t return. For the high quality refurbishment of the barn. It was lacking furniture in the bedrooms. A clothes rail with a hanging thing suitable for only shoes, Didn’t really cut it and we all chose to live out suitcases on the floor. No drawers or a chair to put anything. Spoilt it tbf. I would really expect a king size bed in the master bedroom. The en suite no where to hang clothes or towels. Not ideal really. The long shower I personally found a slippy walk with nothing to hold onto. These are all just personal preferences. Can’t fault the house or surroundings. Just missing the high end furnishings in the bedrooms. There is plenty of space for drawers etc. lovely lady dealt with issues we had quickly. Goats are lovely too.

We had a fantastic stay. House was beautifully furnished and more than ready for our arrival (including the lovely lemon drizzle cake). NIC and Chris were very responsive in any questions we had asked proir to arrival and made the effort for a chat at the end of our stay. A wonderful stay.

Tim and Anna were incredibly responsive from the day we booked and even gave us a video tour of the barns before we arrived! Everything was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The two barns worked very well in terms of space but we had issues with the internet in the garden barn which was a bit frustrating, though Tim tried his utmost to improve it.

Amazing view from the house. Rooms were spacious, especially kitchen area. Great location for families 5 or more people. Quick drive to the A30 (if you can fit through the bridge). Hot tub, with scones and Prosecco was an added bonus! Had a few minor issues, which Jeremy helped to rectify where he could. Definitely stay again!

Amazing stay. Hazel was a fantastic host, always responsive and her and Mike were super friendly. The place was incredible, spotlessly clean, everything you could ever need and a terrific location. We will definitely be returning and we were so sad to leave!

Jenny & Lisa both responded really quickly to messages and proactively sent really useful extra info on how to get there so we arrived stress free! Lovely barn conversion in beautiful countryside. Very clean & tidy throughout & as described. Perfect base for us to explore nearby attractions. Excellent local & wider recommendations in the info book with OS Map for walks if needed. We had the most wonderful stay in this beautiful barn conversion. Everything was high spec and it was a cosy yet spacious living space. Lovely kitchen and we were able to cook all our meals. Log burner was gorgeous as were the comfy sofas and chairs (my 8 year old son said the arm chairs were the most comfortable he had ever sat in!). My mother in law loved the high quality pillows and I was really pleased about the lovely hand wash and shower gel. Luxury touches! The surrounding countryside is breathtaking. We walked to the top of the hill opposite for panoramic mountain views. Had lovely afternoons out in Brecon and Hay on Wye. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Great place for a small group. We were four of us and were quite comfortable for the short stay we planned. Judy was a great host and the instructions she gave were spot on!

Brilliant venue with lots to do for the children. Rooms were all good sizes, the kitchen was really well stocked and the games room and hot tub were perfect for the kids. A great find!

We have visited The Barn a few times now while visiting family nearby. Unfortunately our daughter is about to reach two, and therefore we are really sad that we will need to find somewhere a bit bigger. The Barn is excellent because: 1) It’s brilliant value for money (compare it to the premier inns down the road!) 2) The bed is incredibly comfortable 3) It is lovely and peaceful (we even saw a deer in the garden during our recent visit) 4) Sharon has excellent communication, and is quick to sort any problems straight away. We had the most wonderful stay over Easter weekend at Grove Farm. The barn is spacious , beautifully and thoughtfully renovated , large kitchen and family rooms, very well appointed and well laid out and was very comfortable for our family of 5 adults, a toddler and a baby. The views are beautiful and the nearby footpath was ideal for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed our memorable stay here !
