This property is really SUCH a gem! We wanted to find a place in nature that wasn't too far from Yosemite and glad that we chose to book at Cooper Lodge. Other than the house cleaners running behind causing a bit of a delay to get inside the home myself and kids LOVED everything about this place! The games, ping pong table, the swing all were such an amazing touch that really left us with so much to do! It was a great home away from home and so nice to be able to disconnect from our day to day lives.

This was my second visit to the Barn. I came back this time with my family because I wanted them to experience this special place. The Barn is an amazing space since it gives the peace and tranquillity of a rural setting in a well designed great room area downstairs and 2 large but cozy and comfy bedrooms upstairs. The outside patio was a great space to read, draw and share wine with my family. All of this and only 10 minutes from downtown Ashland. Additionally if you are a hiker there is a trailhead a very short drive away. Communication with Jenn was great throughout our time there. We had the bad luck of being in Ashland during a rare power outage that impacted power in parts of Ashland and Medford. Jenn was great in responding to my questions when the power went out and following up to get information from the power company for us. We also had an problem late at night with the water but Jenn responded to my question and immediately tried to fix things for us. Even though the problem couldn't be fixed until the next day Jenn did everything in her power to make our stay comfortable. I was very impressed and would strongly recommend her as a hostess and this home to anyone to who loves a rural setting.

We stopped for the night but I would have enjoyed staying longer. The unit is spacious, was clean and comfortable, full service kitchen and they thought of *everything* to make a stay comfy. From complimentary drinks and snacks to toiletries, it was very welcoming. It rained overnight and the sound on the tin roof was glorious. Blackbirds serenaded us in the morning. Bucolic! If you drive an EV be aware that the charger is NACS (aka Tesla). The hosts were extremely kind when we arrived and discovered our car couldn’t use it, and even offered to find us an adaptor, but as we were only staying the one night it seemed too much trouble to ask. There are fast chargers in town so it wasn’t a big issue for us.

We had an amazing stay in this lovely home. The entire home was spotless, the running water was warm, and the property was peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to get away.

I have stayed here 3 times and each time is lovely. The house is comfortable and clean and the landscape is beautiful. Didn't want to leave.

A great place to stay with lots of supplies. We especially loved the kitchen and location- how walkable it was to things to do. I loved walking to south shore in my free time or for coffee. The driveway was a bit narrow if you have a larger SUV, but you can still get in and out. It felt like a home away from home as there was evidence of family memories made there. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions and we would definitely stay again.

What a dream. We loved staying at the farm in the barn. Michele and dom are wonderful hosts and artists. The entire property is gorgeous and charming beyond belief. We had such a wonderful stay and can’t wait to come back.. with our closest friends !

The hosts are awesome! Great family. Our family had a blast. The place was perfect for us and we look forward to returning. I recommend bringing a cooler because the place is out there, which was heavenly for us.

This was our first time using Airbnb and our host, April, set the bar high! It was such a pleasant stay, and nothing could have been better. She is very responsive and went above and beyond to accommodate us. My son slept on the couch and it was very comfortable. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. The views right out the front door are incredible and everything is a short drive or a little walk away. They have some beautiful trails to hike and bike right out from the driveway. If we make it back to Half Moon Bay, we will definitely be booking this again! Thank you for a great experience!

Great place to stay when visiting Lassen NP for a nature escape and hiking. The hot tube came in handy for some recovery. The vinyl record player and arcade were just amazing additions. Would love to come back when visiting northern Cal.

This Farm House was an amazing retreat! Me and my family loved how big and spacious it is! Clean and organized with labels for easy use. My kids loved the garden and the outside fruit trees! The area smelled amazing this time of the year, flowers were beautiful and overall a great place to connect to nature! I highly recommend it for families with kids! Pallavi is a great host and she definitely put alot of attention to detail on the house and furnishings! Took the family to sequoia and it was very close to the park. The only thing I regret is not staying longer. I'll definitely find a remedy by visiting another time with the use of the kitchen (which was amazing!) Overall 10/10, kid friendly and parent approved!

If you’re looking for a perfect cabin in the woods- this is it! It’s a magical place with great hosts, plenty of space, a luxurious steam shower, and the beauty of nature.

What a fine! Great retreat for our family. Close to Nevada City. Set back in the woods. Gorgeous interiors and the story behind this location is simply beautiful. The location was easy to find and everything in the interior was thoughtfully planned. You can tell a Chef had a hand in the kitchen because the dual sinks and gas stove is something to envy. Really great location for kids and the hosts were extremely responsive. We hope to return again soon!

This was a super beautiful, comfortable, and cozy spot! Made for a very peaceful and relaxing stay close to great wineries and tasting rooms around Healdsburg. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Host is so nice, communication is excellent, very friendly and making sure all is at the right place. Place is clean, original to stay at and worth every penny of it. I would definitely come back!

We cannot fault our stay at The Loft in any way.. it was the perfect ending of our 5 week holiday in the States. The accomodation had everything we needed to make our week stay comfortable, relaxing and needing for nothing. .. be it listening to vinyl records whilst cooking dinner, sitting outside in the morning sun watching the wildlife go by or relaxing in the hot tub in the evening. We loved “ porch sitting” with Ed and Deborah and getting to know them.. thank you both for the surprise goodies, your company and our wonderful stay. Not many places we want to go back to but The Loft is on our list for next year as we continue to explore the USA. .. 5 star rating

The carriage house was so delightful. We loved the coziness, quietness and overall special place. We loved being able to have our dog join us. We walked everywhere and would come back to rest and read. It was a lovely place and Khristina gave us so many great ideas for coffee, lunch and dinner. We had a wonderful time. You cannot beat the location!

Tami was an amazing host and I’m glad we found the Cottonwood Barn before labor day weekend! Their place was immaculate and well taken care of. The interactions with the barn animals there led to an unforgettable experience. Do yourself a favor and consider this location for your next adventure! Thank you again!

Our stay at the Milk Barn on the Enriquez Estate was just what we expected and hoped for- a rural genuine cottage on a working vineyard. We could stroll around whenever we wanted and walk through the vineyard. The house is very attractive both inside and out and is outfitted with everything that you might need. There is a caretaker,Nick, onsite most of the time and he was attentive to our needs and questions and invisible at other times so we could enjoy our stay on the vineyard Enriquez Estates makes some very nice wines and they are available to purchase right there. The Milk Barn cottage is not a resort type experience- you are self catering all the time. We rode our bikes directly out of the gate and toured through the Russian River Valley. For us- perfect!! Thanks.

What an amazing find. I don’t think I can say enough about this beautiful place. First, the property and the scenery were breathtakingly beautiful and so much attention to detail was put into this property and home, making it by far the best place we have ever stayed. Then you add in the fantastic hosts - Natalie and Glen and you have utter perfection. Natalie went above and beyond to help make our stay amazing. She delivered eggs and pastries to us for breakfast and was so helpful to us during our stay. I cannot say enough how great our stay was. Highly recommended. Five stars is not high enough. We will come back many times in the future.

Awesome house out side of Oakhurst! Plenty of room for our whole group! Plenty of beds! Nice bathrooms! Great little apartment style 1 bedroom on one end. Lots of parking! We had 4 different vehicles and a horse trailer. Wi-Fi not great at all but kept the kids off their phones. A crockpot would be nice for cold days. Very well maintained inside and out. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking for an inexpensive place to stay. Great value for what you pay. Stop thinking about it, just book it!!

Peaceful spot in a lovely part of town. Great for a good rest and easy walking around old town Clovis. Hosts are great!

Roger’s place was wonderful! Very clean and had plenty of space for everything we needed. Unfortunately, we were here for work and weren’t able to enjoy all this place had to offer, but would love to come back again for a vacation! Roger was excellent with the communication and extremely flexible and helpful.
