Such a wonderful couple of days attending our daughters wedding. Made even more relaxed by staying at Lizzie place. Fantastic directions and info sent in advance. The Old Barn was such a delightful place to stay. Beautiful and peaceful setting, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, even the little dog came in to say hello as we were leaving🥰 I would definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Four of us stayed at Tina’s beautiful home for 3 nights whilst visiting the area for a wedding. The location itself is utterly gorgeous with stunning views from the back garden. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay with touches of real luxury. The bathroom especially is pretty special with the lovely freestanding bath and plenty of fluffy white towels and complimentary toiletries. There are plenty of places to eat and things to do in the area, but Tina’s place was so lovely, we all just wanted to enjoy the home, play games, cook dinner in the huge, luxurious and extremely well equipped kitchen and enjoy a few drinks in the garden in the evening while taking in the views. The basket of treats was a lovely touch, as was the bottle of wine! Three days really wasn’t long enough and we didn’t want to leave, but we hopefully get to the opportunity to go back and explore the area a bit more. Tina is a great host, very friendly, communicative and welcoming. Thanks Tina! ⭐️⭐️⭐

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jay Barn! While the house is on a busy road, it felt very private once on the property. We stayed over the Easter weekend and were doing lots of baking and cooking - the kitchen had every appliance you could need. The house was spotless, spacious, and we felt at home immediately. A car is essential as there is nothing realistically in walking distance, but pubs a 2 minute drive. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend away with family or friends. Fantastic place to stay, lovely and cosy with the log burner and nice Christmas decorations. Fantastically equipped kitchen and with bathroom/shower and a bathtub too! Location is great for walks. Pam was very communicative and made everything hassle-free. Highly recommended!

I had such a lovely stay at Madison’s Barn — Judith and Richard were friendly, kind and responsive hosts. The place is very remote and I didn’t have access to a car so Judith gave me a lift from Grantham station, which was so nice of her and a total life saver! The location, which is in a small village, is quiet, peaceful, with several lovely countryside walks nearby. The place itself is spacious and cosy, and it was lovely setting up the fire and getting it going every night. Bear in mind the TV isn’t a smart TV so bring some DVDs if you’d like to make use of it! Overall this trip was exactly what I needed and I’m so glad I went. Can thoroughly recommend!

The barn is beautiful and very well fitted out. Fabulous setting, absolutely stunning and super peaceful and quiet. The one bathroom was challenging at times with a party of adults but the rest of the barn is faultless and such a joy to stay in. The tennis court and other amenities were fabulous.

Fantastic place to stay. We visited with our young daughter and dog & we had everything that we needed - hosts simply can’t do enough for you. Fab location as well with loads of places to visit that are only a short drive away.

Lovely clean gorgeous barn, ideal location with everything we needed to spend the weekend without leaving but equally we enjoyed walking to two local pubs. Adam communicated well and was accommodating to our needs. Perfect weekend break

Larch Barn was perfect for myself and 2 friends. We were blown away with the location and space inside and outside the barn. It was a luxury to have our own bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed relaxing in the huge garden after a day exploring the area. The only negative was that we didn’t want to leave!! Would definitely return…

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here whilst we visited Stratford and Warwick. Emma was so lovely, really helpful, and made us feel right at home with how cosy the barn was. She left us little treats and even stuff for breakfast. Literally anything you need is there! Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back to stay again 🤗

A wonderfully peaceful location with beautiful countryside views. The pictures really don’t reflect how big the property is - so much space! Very much appreciated the high chair, children’s cutlery and books/games. Very family friendly. Would recommend!

What a stunning home had absolutly everything and more than you needed very attentive hosts and what a lovely gesture of a welcome pack we came for a chilled break and that’s what we got we would love to can’t me back our dog loved it too

A very comfortable and cosy stay! Kitchen utensils were well stocked and fresh linen was well provided. Good location to do days trips to the popular villages. Very clean and would definitely recommend.

Felt like a home away from home. spotless and had everything we needed, the perfect little touches of teas, milk , butter and sugar so saved having to buy any for a weekend. Mel was a lovely host and was fast at replying. Loved sitting by the fire of an evening, very relaxing. Would love to go back and make more memories.

We had a lovely 3 night stay, really peaceful, great location to explore the Cotswolds! Lovely village, with coop, park for kids and such a nice pub over the road.

An amazing property in a great location. The views were incredible! Check in was very easy, communication was great and even a mid trip amendment was no problem. The property was clean, well supplied and perfectly described. Definitely will be staying again in the future.

The first thing I have to say is the microwave is in the utility room! We had bought steamed veg and a couple of other things that needed a microwave but thought there wasn't one there and only discovered it on the last day, d'oh! The barn is actually even nicer inside than the photos, it's really spacious and nicely laid out. The postcode will try to get you to turn off towards a church, ignore it and use the I do from the owners, it's a doddle to find then. It's much quieter than you expect for being in the heart of the village and is set in beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay.

We went with friends for New Year. It was perfect for us and a good space to socialise. The barn is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfortable. The icing on the cake was the hot tub it was a perfect temperature and so lovely to relax in.I would highly recommend Louise and Andrew’s barn. A true gem in a pretty village 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I grew up in Dorchester on Thames and we stayed at Steve’s to visit family and go for a walk up Wittenham Clumps. It was a great location for us all to stay, beautiful and peaceful surroundings. 5 days of sheer bliss in fabulous accommodation in a beautiful environment. A credit to Mary-Clare and Geoff, the Barn was beautiful, spacious and oozing an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. A home away from home. The Barn was more than well equipped with all facilities required, meticulously clean. There was nothing more we could wish for. Mary-Clare and Geoff were great hosts, always available to provide any assistance if required. The Barn is situated in a rural residential area which is picturesque and quiet, convenient to local pubs, walks, sightseeing, shopping and tourist destinations of Cambridge, Ely, St Ives and more. A highlight at the end of a day’s sightseeing on return to The Barn was the short walk (150yards) to a lovely community pub, The Green Man, which has quality food and refreshments before retiring for the night. ABSOLUTELY would stay again, highly recommend. Thank you Mary-Clare and Geoff, it was an absolute pleasure and experience meeting with you.

It was a really beautiful place to stay. The kitchen is a thing of beauty. The character is striking wherever you look, with a lovely dining and sitting area. You need to be agile for the spiral staircase, but the ascent is worth the effort.
