Amazing place!! Zach was extremely responsive and made us feel right at home. It is a definite that we will be back!!!

In addition to having the basics, the host also provided teas, coffees, lots of extra linens, and more to make the stay very convenient. Teuta always responded quickly, making it easy to ask any follow ups or for help.

I can’t say enough great things about our stay! From the start, the host reached out to us to offer an early check in for no charge. The condo was as-advertised, we loved the included beach chairs/toys. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools and spices. The location is perfect! Pebble beach is peaceful and clean, and there are many great restaurants within a 10-15 minute drive. We highly recommend staying here, we look forward to returning!

I would 100% recommend this beach condo. We didn’t have one Issue while staying at the condo. The decor is absolutely adorable and my 2 teenagers liked the bunk beds nestled in the wall. The beach was super easy to walk to and the pool is beautiful. I can’t wait to book our next vacation here. It was our first time visiting topsail and I was afraid the kids would be bored. Oh was I wrong! Great beach shops near by and the restaurants are super close too. Thank you Kelly for a wonderful condo for our vacation.

We had a great stay at Lauren’s beach condo! It was perfect for a week of family beach time. Beautiful ocean view, right by the pool and looked just like the pictures. The condo had everything we needed. There are local shops, Grocery stores and beach stores close by but we mostly relaxed on the beach or in the pool. Have to give a shoutout to the host as well as my oldest has bad allergies and I said I would bring separate linens for her but she said she would go ahead and clean the linens for her in free and clear detergent. That was super helpful and very appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at the Crabby Paddy. Check in was easy and the space was very cozy and comfortable. The view of the ocean was perfect. Lisette was very good to work with as well.

We loved our stay! The condo was great! Everything was as pictured in listing. Very neat and clean, very nice beds with clean linens, just very cozy. We really liked it. The view was amazing! It was very convenient, there's a restaurant, coffee shop & ice cream shop just walking distance. We will definitely be back again to stay in the future!

Great stay in Sandra’s unit. Sandra was easy to communicate with and was always fast to respond. The unit was clean and spacious. Although not listed as handicap accessible my Mother had plenty of space to get around with her walker. We will check her unit availability again.

We loved this place! It had everything for us to enjoy time at the beach. We loved how close the place was to the beach and to the walking path. We’re big runners so being able to have somewhere to run everyday was awesome. We had everything we needed, it was a wonderful stay. We especially loved the balcony, it was so nice to have our coffee out there. I would totallly stay here again!

This condo has a great location! We were able to walk into town, but also far enough away that we weren't in the hubbub. It was truly wonderful. The furniture was comfortable, the bed was awesome and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. Anna was super responsive and very helpful. This is the second time we have stayed in this condo (the first time was the height of the pandemic) and it has not disappointed either time. You won't be disappointed if you decide to stay here!

Great 2 night stay for my daughter's 20th birthday! The condo had everything we needed and the St. Regis was a wonderful location with great amenities. We highly recommend!

Shawn's place has the best view for morning sunrise and the location as last stop on the island makes it so serene on the beach. Great place for our weekend getaway.

Ashley is an excellent hostess! Her details are spot on and she is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The condo was as she described and offered a great location with easy access to many shops, restaurants, and the beach while being more private and in a more quiet area. Highly recommend any property Ashley lists and highly recommend the condo!

loved our place at pebble beach. it was very clean and neat. host was very response with great recommendations for places to eat and hang out. would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kates' place. As an Airbnb host, I am a good judge of a place to stay. This one gets 5 stars.. The house and views can not be beat. We had everything we needed including kids toys to play with in the sand. The downstairs was a great spot to get away from the sun and wind and grill out.. We had a family of six with one 2 year old plus two dogs. There was lots of space to spread out and for the kids and dogs to run around. The fenced in porch and underneath the house were great with the dogs. I especially enjoyed the "fish bowl" (bedroom with windows on all sides) room on the beach side. All the windows were great and this room was the designated nap room for anyone who wanted to rest and be beach front. My son and his wife had a date on their private ocean front balcony. Kate was great with the communication, checking in on us via email. We recommend this house to others. We hope to stay there again. Susan and Jeff

Roy was an excellent host. The house has beautiful architecture and has space for the whole family. We loved it and would definitely rent again.

Great stay, everything was super clean and organized, loved that she put extra toothbrushes and toiletries in the bathrooms. Beds were SO comfortable. Felt at home.

Thanks to the comfort and care put into this space, our family was able to enjoy an unforgettable trip to Jacksonville, including meeting the new great-grandchildren (twins!) and celebrating five generations together for the very first time. We were impressed how comfortable her place was for us. We were moving from New Jersey to Leland and had a gap between closings and needed a comfortable place for an 8 night stay and it was absolutely perfect. Its a beautiful comfortable home and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Extremely happy with our choice of accomodations. Highly recommend. Beautiful neighborhood and pool area too. Just lovely.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. We were 20 min or less from everywhere we wanted to go. The room was extremely clean. The bed was also VERY comfortable. The parking for side B was a little tight considering we drove a truck, but otherwise great stay.

Patrick's place was a wonderful place to stay, very roomy and open. The view from the master bedroom and balcony was incredible!! Upon arriving we had a problem with the refrigerator and Patrick was more that responsive at finding a solution to the problem. The problem was completely out of his control, and he still refunded me for the groceries that were purchased. A stand up host!! Will defiantly stay again!!
