Anna was very flexible with check in & out times and days due to ferry links etc. House was in a great location and was suitable our family group of 4 over a long weekend

My son and I had the pleasure of staying in Judy and Tony’s beautiful, warm, and luxurious villa for 10 nights, and we felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself is stunning – spacious, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need. A majestic 400-year-old tree stands proudly in the front yard, adding to the charm of the place. What made our stay especially memorable, though, was Judy and Tony themselves. They are kind, gracious, and genuinely refined individuals, with an effortless elegance and warmth that made us feel completely welcome while also respecting our privacy. On Sunday, they even took us to a nearby market, which turned out to be a delightful local experience. We’re deeply grateful for the chance to meet such wonderful people. Getting to know them added something truly beautiful not just to our stay in New Zealand, but to our view of the world. We still miss the time we spent there.

We had a lovely stay in Helen and Peter's beautiful home - with amazing art everywhere. Furniture and beds very comfortable and the kitchen was really well equipped. The outside space was super and wonderful for relaxing in the evening after a day exploring Auckland. Ponsonby area is very walkable for coffee and shops. The CBD is manageable but a little further away. We would highly recommend Helen and her lovely home!

A beautifully presented place and everything was spotless. Could probably do with a few more kitchen utensils, like a dishcloth or cleaning cloth, dustpan and brush, cooking utensils as there were only two. Upstairs was very hot and could probably do with a fan. These were only minor things but if tended to, would make future stays pleasurable. I did not get to meet Han as there was no need to, but apart from those few issues, the place was as described and I would stay again.

Cozy cottage in quiet, residential neighborhood. Clean, practical, full kitchen, parking on prem. 15-20 min walk to busses/trains (then 20 min ride) to center city. Nonetheless, having a car is useful. Juliet was friendly, helpful and a good communicator. Very flexible in check in/out arrangement. We would stay with Juliet any time again.

Our No1 choice for Best Airbnb in Auckland. A top Airbnb, just a slice of paradise, which we absolutely loved and will return to. Ideal if you are visiting New Zealand, especially after a long journey to relax and recover before heading off for further trips. Situated around 20 minutes from down town Auckland and airport the ideal home. Eva’s home is welcoming, clean and fabulous. The location is stunning and peaceful with the sandy beach, shops, cafes and restaurants handy on your doorstep on Eastern beach for a swim and fish and chips supper. You will also have Buckland beach just a few minutes’ drive away on the other side of the peninsular along also beautiful Mellons Bay Marina a short drive away. Eva and Tony were brilliant hosts in communicating so helpfully. We highly recommend a stay with them, you will not be disappointed. Lovely home, myself a four others stayed. It was very clean and tidy upon arrival. The hosts were very accommodating. Would stay again.

This place is amazing and beautiful. The house is very well maintained and as it looks in the pictures. The pool was clean and big and nice, hot tub was also great. The house is very spacious and has a great speaker system. Check in was easy and you truly have the entire estate to yourself. My only negative feedback was on the golf course. I booked this place so I could play golf and the course is unplayable. Still had fun hitting balls around but it’s not been well maintained. Also, the bbq wasn’t clean enough to cook on. Everything else was great.

Andre and Juan were lovely and accommodating hosts! I really enjoyed staying here in my time in auckland - big beautiful home with a restaurant grade kitchen and 3 gorgeous bedrooms. The location is very central. Highly recommend!

Trevor and his wife have an amazing property that is up kept to the highest standard. With an unlimited amount of supplies and utensils throughout the house, they made the stay very easy and comfortable. They also provided clear instructions around functionality of equipment. Highly recommend this property 😊

The place itself was spacious, clean, and tidy - everything I could ask for in an Airbnb. The amenities were top-notch, and the decor was modern and stylish. We stayed just one night for a Saturday wedding. The accommodation was perfect and had good room for 3 of us. The amenities were clean and modern and the view was breath taking. it's 10 minutes drive from the main spots of Oneroa & Ostend. The communication was great and the instructions clear and concise. I definitely recommend this property.

This is a very special place. Ponsonby and its spunky cafés right around the corner, yet totally private and quite. The appartment is large, open, bright. Interior done with great taste and care. The terrace, the Auckland skyline, hard to beat. Carl is professional, friendly and circumspect, wonderful host.

Had a great stay. Super helpful, easy and responsive communication. We had to swap unit as ours hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived, but they gave us a nice bottle of wine and a discount and the swap was super easy. So top service! Thanks Chillux.

We had a fantastic family holiday at Jeff’s place - such a spacious place in a peaceful rural setting with a lovely heated pool and conveniently located to everything Aucklands north shore has to offer.

We have had the most amazing time staying at the villa, it was even better than the photos. The house was absolutely beautiful, huge and had everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable with beautiful linen, the kitchen had lovely tableware, an amazing coffee machine and everything we needed and the pool was just the best fun! Channy was extremely responsive to messages and made out check in and check out very easy. Thank you so much Channy we will definitely love to stay here again!

Amazing view, the only recommendation is to get a car if you don’t like the hills to walk to the villa other than that, it was amazing and the hot tub was awesome
