Thomasina let us know we could check in earlier, which was great. She and her husband were very friendly and answered all our questions about the area. Beautiful spot, would stay again when in Phoenix.

My wife and I were in town for a couple Diamondbacks game. The place was conveniently located about a 15 minute walk from the stadium. Elizabeth was quick to respond to any questions we had and the place came as advertised. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Phoenix.

Heather’s place is fantastic, it’s perfect for a lone traveler or a couple. It’s private, quiet and peaceful. Heather is an excellent host, she’s friendly and communicative, and made it a real pleasure to stay there.

This place was TOP NOTCH! A+++ It is EXACTLY as described. It was gorgeous! Clean. Classy. Modern. The chickens out back were adorable. The bathtub was dreamy. We were in town to celebrate my husband’s birthday. This place is very continently located to shops and restaurants. Beautiful home. Great Safe neighborhood. I asked the host a question and she immediately responded. The bed was comfortable and everything was very clean! We were sooo very pleased with everything about this experience.

This was our 1st time to Arizona and using Airbnb for a place to stay. The process was easy and simple. The photos and descriptions were better in person. The cottage house was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, it was very clean and everything was in ordered. The welcome basket was a plus offering snacks and literature for us to explore the area. Communication was always opened and always available. Everything was perfect that we didn’t need to communicate but we knew that Erik and Bridget were just a call away. The neighborhood was very peaceful. This place felt like home away from home. So happy that we chose this place. It was literally close to everything. This was the perfect location to stay while we attended Spring Training baseball games for the first time. Debbie’s place had everything we needed, was extremely comfortable and private and was close to stores and restaurants. We enjoyed walking the neighborhood and hanging out on the patio. Debbie was a terrific host and we appreciated her great communication. We would definitely return if we are ever in the area again!

This was a great spot. Perfect studio - well arranged and clean. We used public transportation and it was simple to get to Tempe and ASU and Phoenix. Aaron is a great host and responsive! We lived the little park at the end of the street, too!

A very convenient location, close to everything. Truly enjoyed the host and his fiancé. Lovely accommodations and really enjoy the comfortable bed and the Jacuzzi.

Our family had a wonderful stay w/Angela & Jason. They were communicative, friendly, & let us know we had the option of an early check-in. Their place was easy to find, check into, & even had yummy welcome snacks & a bottle of wine waiting. They also have an orange tree w/tasty oranges. Our 4-year-old excitedly gathered the couple that fell off the tree every night we came back. Their place probably had the best amenities of anywhere we've ever stayed!!! Anything a guest may have forgotten (razors, feminine products, etc.) were provided. There is plenty of storage space to keep your belongings, something that's not always thought of @ other places. There is also a cute park directly behind the house that was a short walk. We were able to meet up with family who live nearby & the kiddos had a great time playing. If we're ever in the area again, we'd definitely stay again!

Håkan was a five star host! He assisted on the check-in process and we were a last-minute in! We booked the place at 2:00 pm and it was ready within an hour! It's a beautiful place in the desert very quiet and lots of wildlife at night. Well worth the money spent!

I was in town for the Kylie Minogue concert and found this Phoenix guesthouse to be the ideal blend of comfort and convenience. The private entrance and shaded parking space were perfect, while the central location made it convenient to explore the city. The outdoor pool area and patio provided a relaxing bonus, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space truly set it apart. I highly recommend this place!

This is my favorite place to stay when I am in town. lovely guest house with tranquil backyard and pool. Hosts are so friendly. Would stay here again. If this place is available just book it, you won't regret.

Howard is a very nice host. He was flexible for my arrival. He was awesome about keeping me updated. There were snacks in the kitchen. Bed was comfy.

Everything we needed and exactly as described. We especially enjoyed having our breakfast on the private patio each morning. Our grandchildren loved the putting greens and meeting the friendly dogs. Larry and Judy were friendly and helpful.

An incredible place to stay! Was very clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Jessica always responded immediately to my questions. There was a short power outage during my stay and when I reached out to Jessica, she immediately responded about there being a power outage in the area. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone. This place never disappoints. We have stayed here several times and would definitely return. The casita offers many extras including a welcome basket filled with snacks and waters. There are condiments, cooking/storage supplies, shampoo/conditioner and lots of other thoughtful toiletries. The king size bed is very comfortable. The location is in a very safe and convenient neighborhood. Beautiful pool and lounge chairs just steps from the door. We would highly recommend!

The place was well worth what we paid for, not to mention the projection screen. The place is welcoming and very comforting.
